 Student Authors should be currently enrolled in any program/discipline at an HEC
Dr. Sajjad Zaidi recognized university/institute in Pakistan

 Maximum three students are allowed (as authors) per paper/poster.
 Authors should submit papers/posters based on their original work, plagiarism is strictly

PNEC, NUST  Any paper/poster found guilty of copying or plagiarism can be pulled out of the seminar.
 Selection of paper/poster for presentation would be done by a panel of Reviewers.
Management Officer  A panel of judges would decide upon the best three papers. Decision made by judges

hardware/software for project demonstration) required by authors, would be
responsibility of the author.

Arij Riaz  In case, the author requires any specific software for presentation (other than MS office
PNEC, NUST 2007 version) they should provide it to IEEEP Karachi Centre, at least 4 days before the
seminar.
Media Officer  Each presenter will be given 15 minutes to present his/her paper.

 In case of poster presentation, a display board would be provided. Poster size should be
4 ft by 3 ft.
Marketing Officer  In case of poster presentation, authors are requested to reach the seminar venue two (02)
Kanza Basit hour in advance on the day of the seminar.
PNEC, NUST  Authors should bring their university/institute ID cards and Computerized National
Identity Cards (CNIC) on the day of the seminar, if person fails to produce CNIC or
Program Officer University/Institute ID Cards he/she will not be allowed to enter the venue.
