Happy, because this jungle of personalities helps me to know myself better.

2. Why do you think it is important to know your strengths and weakness?

For me knowing our strengths and weakness gives us better understanding of ourself and how us
function. And also helps us to grow more.

I use my strength carefully, and I will use my failure as my biggest motivation, and also my focus is on
strengths not in my weakness, and lastly I’m going to change my mindset that my personality is not
same with others.
