Structure assembly procedure

9. Inside the door frame we will weld the hidden hinges - "dads".
10. We hang the door on the hinges. If everything is done correctly, the gap between the door
and the frame will be one millimeter around the entire perimeter.
11. Sand the joints of metal plates.
12. We will process the structure with an anti-corrosion coating.
13. Apply the paint layer.
14. Insert the lock.
15. We attach the weapon safe to the wall using anchor bolts.

Let's make a bent steel unequal- flange channel GOST 8281-80 and sheet metal GOST 19903-
74 . In our example, we used a channel 200x50x30x4 (mm) and sheet metal 4 (mm) thick. The
body consists of a long and a short channel bars, fastened together with the left and right plates
using an M8 bolted connection.

A PEN
Made of metal with a wooden insert. The handle is attached to the shaft using a pin 10x36
GOST 3128-70 .

Assembly order

1. Put brass bushings on the shaft on both sides.


2. We put metal plates on the bushings.
3. We attach the metal plates to the long channel:

- bolts DIN 933 ;


- spring washers GOST 6402-70 ;
- nuts GOST 5915-70 .

Fastener size for M8 thread.


4. Insert the key on the winding shaft and put the gear on, then put on the metal sleeve.
5. Put brass bushings on both sides of the winding shaft.
6. From the gear side, insert the shaft into a long channel.
7. On the reverse side, we put a short channel on the brass bushing and fasten it to the plates
with bolts, spring washers and M8 nuts.

The hand winch is assembled by hand. We fix it to the garage wall.


To reduce the load on the winch drum, it is necessary to use a block system (pulley
