The Four Seasons of Subtropical Climate

Most of you have heard of the four seasons right? There are spring, summer,
autumn, and winter. All of those four seasons are happening in the subtropical region of the
earth. Since we live in the tropical region, we can’t experience all those seasons. But now I
will explain to all of you about the four seasons of the subtropical climate.
First I would like to explain what subtropical climate is. Subtropical climate is a
zone of climate characterized by hot and humid summers, and cold to mild winters. This
climate lies on countries like the United States of America, countries on Europe like French,
Germany, and United Kingdom. Also this climate can be found in some countries on East
Asia like Japan, China, and many more.
Now I want to discuss on how do seasons happen? Seasons come regularly.
However do we know how these seasons change? The different parts of the world have the
same season at different times. In the northern half of the world, such as North America and
Europe, winter happens during the months of December, January and February. In the other
hand, the southern half of the world, such as South America and Australia have winter during
the months of June, July and August.
How does this difference happen? This happens because the earth tilts back and
forth as it goes around the sun. During the summer, the earth tilts toward the sun. It makes
half of the earth hotter. this condition is what we call summer. During the other half of the
year, the earth tilts away from the sun. As a result, it makes that half of the earth cooler. This
cool condition is then what we call winter.
Spring occurs when a side of earth is starts leaning toward the sun when surround it.
The weather is warm, the plants bloom, the leaves grow and the birds make their nest. In
summer, a side of earth is leaning toward the sun when surround it. The plants grow well and
bear fruit. The insects swing and also look for their meals freely in the ground. Beside that,
rabbits and antelopes grow fast. Afterwards, autumn occurs when a side of earth is starts
leaning farther the sun when surround it. The weather is cold. The plants lost their leaves.
The insects dead but left their egg. Finally, in winter a side of earth is leaning farther the sun
when surround it. The weather is very cold. Most of the animals hid and have their
hibernation.
