Mandatory pro bono work for final year student:

A mandate to do pro bono work for the final year students in the legal aid clinic. Those students
who are attached to the legal aid clinic are allotted certain work and duties that they have
towards providing legal aid to those who are in need. The pro bono work done by the final year
students would need to be submitted in the report form to the faculty coordinator, who would
later verify and scrutinize in his/her capacity, and from there on the same report would be sent to
the district legal service authority.

Pro bono compulsory by committee and anyone from school of law:

During the tenure of the legal aid clinic student committee, to satisfy the aim and objective of
legal aid and the services that has to be provided, All the members of the committee shall do pro
bono work during their tenure.

Environmental committee:

The environmental committee, made up of elected and appointed faculty, staff, and students from
across the campus, engages the entire community in environmental and sustainability issues. The
committee shall work alongside with the legal aid clinic. The environmental committee is an
advisory body and action committee to the President and the community at large. Its
responsibilities include the following:

 To gather information pertinent to decreasing the College's "environmental footprint,"

and to convert this information into usable form. This may include ecological surveys,
institutional studies, financial information, development plans, student work, awareness
campaigns on specific issues, and more. All information will be public and easily accessible.
 To connect with various administrators, trustees, faculty, and student groups to
coordinate interests, plans, and activism in terms of environmental efforts. This includes inviting
the entire community to voice what they would like to see happen in the future.
 To advise and make recommendations to the administration on ways to maximize
socially-just sustainable planning in purchasing, development, and policy making.
 To help increase the community's awareness and accessibility to low-impact living.

Drug substance abuse committee:

Drug abuse or substance abuse committee that has to be formulated on the guidelines given by
the state legal service authority and the district legal service authority. The committee shall work
alongside with the legal aid clinic. The main objective behind the committee is to curb the nexus
drug and substance abuse within its vicinity. The committee shall educate, advocate, and
collaborate to reduce drug and alcohol problems in the state. Some programs may begin by
allowing students to be interactive and learn skills such as how to refuse drugs. This is proven to
be a more effective method than strictly educational or non-interactive ones. When direct
influences (e.g., peers) and indirect influences (e.g., media influence) are addressed, the program
is better able to cover broad social influences that most programs do not consider. Programs that
encourage a social commitment to abstaining from drugs show lower rates of drug use. Getting
the community outside of the school to participate and also using peer leaders to facilitate the
interactions tend to be an effective facet of these programs. Lastly, teaching youth and
adolescents’ skills that increase resistance skills in social situations may increase protective
factors in that population
Composition of the committee:
1. The committee should be constituted according to the directions given by the state legal
service authority and the district legal service authority.
2. There shall be 10 students in the committee who can be from the core committee of the
legal aid clinic or volunteers from the college/institute.
3. The company shall comprise of 10 parents who can volunteer or take initiative to be a
part of the committee.
4. There shall be 1 faculty from the college or institution as a representative in the
committee along with 1 member from the district legal service authority who would be
