THE UPP PROGRAM
Our University Pathway Program (UPP) is designed
to prepare students for their academic studies at a
Canadian College or University. Students will develop
the key skills required for studying in English at an
undergraduate or postgraduate level, as well as
receiving regular assessments and consultations to
help them succeed.
PROGRAM INTENSITY START-DATES
• 120 minutes a day of live classes Online courses start on Monday, with start-
dates every two weeks.
• 40 minutes a day of group session activities

 REFUND POLICY
1. In the event, that an online course is cancelled by TLG for any reason, a refund of 100% of the payment, including the
application fee ($99), will be issued.
2. In the event that a student withdraws from a course before the start-date, a refund of 100% of the program fee less the
application fee ($99) will be issued.
3. In the event that a student withdraws from a course within 5 business days of the beginning of the course, the following
rule will apply:
A. Following our “money-back guarantee” policy, if a student withdraws within 5 business days of the beginning of the
course, a refund of 100% of the program fee less the application fee ($99) will be issued. This is only valid for new
students.

1. In the event that a student withdraws from a course after 5 business days of the beginning of the course have passed, the
following rules will apply:

A. If written notice of withdrawal is received by TLG before 30% of the period of instruction has elapsed, a refund of
50% of the unused tuition fees less the application fee ($99) will be issued.
B. If written notice of withdrawal is received by TLG after 30% of the period of instruction has elapsed, no refund will
be issued.

1. Items 2, 3 and 4 are subject to the student informing the Student Services Department of their intention to withdraw, in
writing, and presuming the student has paid their fees in full.

Any refunds due will be paid to the person or organization who originally paid the fees.
