AAPL Summary Quote Assignment

Best Bid is the highest price being offered for a block of stock.

Best Ask is the lowest price being asked for a block of stock.

1 Year Target is (I’m guessing) where the stock will be in one year (approximately).

Today’s High is the highest value a block of stock has been bought at ‘today’ (during regular trading
hours).

Today’s Low is the lowest.

Share Volume is the number of shares that have been traded today (excluding after hours trading).

The 50 Day Avg. Daily Volume is the average amount of Share Volume for this stock for the past 50 days.

Previous Close is the last reported trade price for the previous day.

52 Week High/Low is the Highest/Lowest price achieved by the stock within the last 52 week period.

Market Cap isn’t that useful for us right now I think, but it’s like all the total price of all the shares and
shit?
P/E Ratio is the ratio between the price of a stock and the actual reported earnings of the stock. (I’m not
sure, but a lower P/E Ratio is better, right?)

Forward P/E(1y) is the projected P/E in a year. (Still not sure, but if we’re planning on long term
investment, it’s better if this number is lower than the P/E Ratio right?)

EPS, higher the better. Kinda self explanatory but they explain it so convolutedly.

Annualized Dividend is a dividend paid out to shareholders(?) who have held the stock for a year. Higher
the better I guess.

Dividend dates are self explanatory.

Current Yield is the historical data of the percentage the last dividend paid out I guess. Higher the better.

Beta is the volatility of the stock. Lower is more stable, higher is less stable. I’m not sure what 1.6 exactly
means for us, but I imagine the stock is very stable right now.

Open/Close Prices and their dates refer to what value a stock opens and closes on and their dates too I
guess.

Community Sentiment is just what the ‘community’ thinks this stock is ‘like’.

I wouldn’t buy this stock since it seems really low yield (though the community itself says it’s bullish, the
rise is just way too slow). Even at the end of the year, the price doesn’t seem to raise enough to warrant
buying stock. I’m not sure, but I think the Beta is low, corresponding to a low rate of change, so not even
trading will help that much. That’s my best guess, there are other reasons for not wanting to buy it, like
the P/E Ratio ‘seems’ too large to be useful or that the earnings per share are too low (I think, I’m really
not sure lmao).

Anyway, my verdict is no, let’s not buy stock here.
