Lala National School indicates that they are highest in terms of pupils, teacher,
parents, management, support stuff, board members and trustee. Also Kapatagan National
High School has a highest rating in terms of teacher, management and board member, trustee.

Base on the ratings Maigo National High School indicates that they are low in terms
of pupils, teacher, parents, management, support stuff and board member, trustee. On the
other hand, Kapatagan National High School has a low ratings in terms of pupils or students,
parents and support stuff.
3. In general, can you say that the assessed schools are good schools or not? Why?
I can say that the assessed school are good because they can promote a positive school
climate for students and staff by fostering connectedness through meaningful relationships,
creating a sense of safety and freedom from violence, and providing an environment that is
tailored to the needs of students.
4. In your personal reflection, what makes a good school and a bad school?
Base in my personal reflection, only the best is good enough. Quality is expected and
nothing less is acceptable. Passion for excellence is a driving force each and every day. Good
schools have a friendly atmosphere and have a good communication between teacher and
students as well as the parents. Students feel welcome and know that the staff cares about
them. Although there is pressure to perform, it comes in a way that promotes learning, with
an expectation that students will excel and the support is provided to make it happen. Leaders
in education need to look at what it takes for students to succeed and help create schools to
educate the students of today and tomorrow. However bad school have a multiple negative
outcomes for students and has been shown a harmful behavior and diminish achievement.
Neglecting to purposefully address issues related to school climate may result in missed
opportunities for student success and improved well-being.
