The motion picture is a remarkably effective medium in conveying drama and especially
in the evocation of emotion. The art of motion pictures is exceedingly complex, requiring
contributions from nearly all the other arts as well as countless technical skills (for
example, in sound recording, photography, and optics). Emerging at the end of the 19th
century, this new art form became one of the most popular and influential media of the
20th century and beyond.
Examples:

Avengers: End Game Miracle in Cell No. 7
A film is an art form that is expressed by telling stories through the use of different
techniques such as motion-picture camera (also known as movie camera), animation
techniques and computer-generated imagery (CGI). It conveys a message that can
reach people all over the world and strike a chord with them no matter what their
cultural background and personal experiences are. Through the combinations of acting,
literary design, visual design, cinematography, editing, sound design, etc., films seek to
provoke an emotional response in viewers - making us empathize with characters we
previously maybe wouldn’t have felt sympathy for in real life. It makes its audience
reflect, and often, show that there’s more to the world than our convictions and
prejudices.
It allows an artist to think outside the box to create a film that would capture the minds
and hearts of their target audiences. It stimulates the artist’s creativity in making a
unique story and visualization so that they would be able to come up with a piece which
is distinct from others and effectively communicate it to the people. It also lets an artist
share with the world his/her ideas, stories, perceptions, feelings, that will have an
emotional and aesthetical pleasing impact over the audience.
DANCE
Dance, the movement of the body in a rhythmic way, usually to music and within a given
space, for the purpose of expressing an idea or emotion, releasing energy, or simply
taking delight in the movement itself.
Dance is one of the essential forms of human’s expression and communication. People
seem to dance for a variety of reasons from its birth, and have developed different
dance types as different forms of expression, as members of a socio-cultural
community, an aspect which forces the role of dance as a particular form of social
interaction and brings to dance the character of a culturally determined “program” where
social, historical and environmental factors together with the physical, psychological and
mental features of the individual.
Examples:
Ballet Hip-hop
Tango Tinikling
Dancing is a natural expression of your body. This art form is expressed through putting
one’s inner feelings, thoughts and experiences into a dance performance. It can be
performed in different genres like ballet, tap, modern, contemporary/lyrical, hip-
hop/street/urban dance, street jazz/jazz-funk, ballroom, cultural dances, and many
more.
Dance allows the artists/dancers to freely express themselves by naturally moving their
body following the rhythm or beat of the music. It stimulates the creativity and
imagination of an artist when creating dance
steps or choreography as they put their soul into the music and interpret it in their ways.
Through dance, artists can express their feelings and emotions, communicate their
ideas and experiences which conveys a message to the audience. Also, it allows an
artist to reconnect themselves to their bodies and build self-confidence.
