TAKE NOTICE:

This letter/document is in follow-up to the aforementioned, and above clearly identified, formally and officially
submitted March 3. 2020 document "Ref: LegNot:UKGOV-OTH-03032020-1", and in response to the subsequent and
unacceptable:
 Illogical and 'seemingly' inexplicable continued delays and inactions of the UK Government, its' employees,
representatives, departments, agencies and representative bodies and/or contractors.
 UK Governmental failures in both policies and logistics, and the implementations of such, with respect to
effective containment and erradication strategies, and support of same, in response to the Covid-19 virus.
 UK Governmental failures in both policies and logistics, and the implementations of such, with respect to
effective protective measures for UK working professionals and UK public... and a very noticable lack of
responsible levels of public notification, education and instruction. The actions of the UK government in
these latter respects could only be considered 'Ambiguous', 'Misleading' and 'devoid of crucial pertinent
facts' at best.
 Constant UK Governmental 'blame-shifting'... away from their own irresponsibilities and failures, and
towards: NHS staff, UK Care Workers and Care Providers, NHE and the UK general public.
 The complete lack of accountability and self-responsibility of the UK Government.
 Deliberate and on-going UK Governmental and UK media 'demonisation' of the government and people of
China, including implied liabilities, resulting in a rise of clear, indisputable and unjust anti-Chinese and
anti-Asian sentiments and actions, ethnic-based bias and prejudice.
 Continued UK Governmental propensity towards the preservation and protection (and supplementing of) the
economic well-being of a minority affluent 'economic elite'... taking precedent over the lives and well-being of
a struggling UK general public.
 The glaringly apparent UK Governmental corruptions, violations and questionable
expenditures/policies/decisions brought further to light by and through this crisis.

The vast majority of these issues and wrong-doings which would have and/or could have been completely prevented,
and/or avoided altogether... had the UK Government acted promptly, appropriately, efficiently and responsibly... from
the initial onset of public/worldwide awareness of the Covid 19 threat, which was, inarguably, (as presented herein, in
substantiation) as early as November/December 2019.

The vast majority of these issues and wrong-doings which would have, and/or could have, been significantly
minimised had the UK Government paid heed and acted upon the informations and the urged immediacey contained
within the formally and officially submitted and very clearly titled March 3, 2020 document:
"URGENT LEGAL NOTIFICATION; COVID-19, a.k.a. 'Coronavirus'; Re: Risk Reduction and Legal Liabilities; Ref:
LegNot:UKGOV-OTH-03032020-1."

Perhaps the members of this UK Government should have borne in mind the observation attributed to the Athenian
philosopher Socrates: "Smart people learn from everything and everyone. Average people learn from their experience.
Stupid people already have all the answers."
The preceeding bullet-point issues to be touched upon further in subsequent sections of this document.

Whilst I apologise for the length and extent of informations within this document, please accept that it is essential to
read this document fully, with non-judgmental open-minded intentions of full comprehension, in order to fully
recognise and understand the potential implications it identifies.

This document (as with the March 3, 2020 Urgent Legal Notification LegNot:UKGOV-OTH-03032020-1) is all based
on documented facts combined with logical analysis and observations... and an exhausting level of research within
very limited means, particularly in current circumstances.
The sheer amount of parameters and avenues requiring investigation, the amount of informations and leads (still)
requiring further research and analysis... quite staggering.

As such, the presented informations should be viewed as nothing less than 'just the tip of the iceberg'.
Due respect to the expended effort is requested, through and by ensuring a dedicated, focused perusal of its contents,
free of distractions, void of any predetermined or prejudged mindset or denials.

FORWARD NOTES:

It was in fact, the absolutely puzzling, inexcusable and continued 'complete inactions' of the UK Government, up to
the end of February 2020, that began to 'really set off alarm bells', and prompted the writing and submission of the
formally and officially submitted 'Legal Notification' of March 3, 2020.
Even with such clear and indisputable notification and facts, simultaneously submitted to multiple parties from a
concerned member of the UK Public...
This UK Government still shockingly continued on with its (seemingly) completely 'lacks-a-daisy' approach to the very
serious and life-threatening Covid-19 situation, until well into the end of March.
A highly questionable situation which should require thorough investigation and clear answers.
The UK Government finally having, although "far too late into the game", engaged into somewhat limited first 'decisive
actions' March 23, 2020 by implementing somewhat ambiguous 'lockdown' strategies.

**The Independent February 29, 2020 "Boris Johnson said to be implementing measures to limit the economic impact
of the coronavirus" and "Downing Street said to be weighing limiting spread of virus against keeping economy alive"

**Sky News Sunday March 1, 2020 "Matt Hancock reiterates the importance of washing hands for 20 seconds or
more, the time it takes to 'sing happy birthday'." and "total number of (confirmed) cases in the Uk is now at 23".

**Financial Times March 1, 2020 "PM says country is well prepared as Scottish patient pushes cases to 36"

**The Telegraph March 1, 2020 "Boris Johnson warns coronavirus 'will get worse before it gets better' as UK cases
jump 57 per cent in a day." and " 'Wash your hands!' urges Boris.

**Express UK: March 2, 2020: "Coronavirus LIVE: Student at school in Devon tests positive -39 cases confirmed in
UK."

News after News of Boris Johnson and the UK Government telling everybody everything is under control, the NHS is
prepared and, don't forget... wash your hands and sing 'Happy Birthday'.

The UK Government had been very clearly notified, within that formally and officially submitted document of March 3,
2020, of which had included...

which had included (importantly):

 roughly one in seven patients can have a recurrence after an 'all clear' (14% tested +ve again after release).
(**Obviously, 'developing immunity' is not a realistic objective)

or resultants. Any potential 'tested' vaccines or means of controls will only apply to an unmutated or
un-evolved virus, and may lose any potential effectiveness against any potential offshoots or 'rogue' strains'.

**The Telegraph July 22, 2020 "New Covid-19 mutation 'helping outbreaks spread faster around the world' Professor
Nick Loman of the University of Birmingham, who is part of the Covid-19 Genomics Consortium,
said the new strand of the virus, known as D614G, is now the most dominant mutation globally."

 The initial indications that Covid-19 had its potential origination from a species of bat, and the report of a dog
in Hong Kong being tested as 'positive' for Covid-19 would indicate that, despite claims of 'unlikely', it would
be foolhardy to completely exclude the possibility of transmission to, from, and mutations occuring within,
various animal species, both domesticated and wild (ie. bird flu).

**The Guardian March 15 2020 "I'm an Epidemiologist. When I heard about Britain's 'herd immunity' coronavirus
plan, I thought it was satire" William Hanage

**It had been reported mid-March: "At a private engagement at the end of February, Cummings outlined the
government's strategy. Those present say it was "herd immunity, protect the economy and if that means some
pensioners die, too bad" A statement Cummings denies.

**Sadiq Khan tells LBC he was overruled on closing building sites: "Boris Johnson overruled me about closing bulding
sites"

**Re: Herd immunity: Boris Johnson, March 23, 2020: "So it's vital to SLOW the spread of the disease. Because that
is the way we reduce the number of people needing hospital treatment at any one time, so we can protect the NHS's
ability to cope- and save more lives."

It was never about "Protect our NHS" (which the government had previously been trying to destroy and privatise for
profiteering)... it was always about 'Don't overwhelm our system'. And...

It was never about "Flatten the curve" it was always about 'Lets try and get the public to die at a nicer CONSISTENT
PACE so we can PROCESS them through the hospitals and morgues more efficiently'.

Obviously, it was never about 'save more lives'.

The document was also very clear (on March 3, 2020**) in stating...

"IT IS INDISPUTABLE:
At this early point in time, and with such a potentially volitile pandemic-level situation... full of unknowns... it is
absolutely essential to implement all logical, feasable, and 'essentially' non-detrimental (to national security and
essential well-being/services) policies and precautions, and to do so in the immediate. " (**which the UK
Government did not)

and...

"This is currently the beginning, or 'incubating' period, of what could easily, if not addressed firmly and in the
immediate, turn into a high UK-mortalities situation."
(**Which it unfortunately did).

I was not alone in my concerns...

**The New York Times March 13, 2020 "As Europe shuts down, Britain takes a different, and contentious approach"
and... "PM Boris Johnson of Britain once said his political hero was the mayor in the film 'Jaws', praising him for
defying mass hysteria to keep the beaches open after a constituent is eaten by a shark" and... " In effect, his
government has said that mass closures will not halt the outbreak, and that exposing a large segment of the
population will help build immunity"

(** Please Note: On March 1-3, 2020, whilst struggling through writing that aforementioned formally and officially
submitted document, there were roughly 36-39 'confirmed' cases of Covid-19 in the UK ...and NO officially attributed
deaths reported or confirmed at that point.)

The aforementioned formally and officially submitted Legal Notification of March 3, 2020 was additionally, extremely
clear in two sections:
NOTICE OF RESPONSIBILITIES :

1) CANCELLATIONS OF NON-ESSENTIAL 'MANDATORY' ATTENDANCES:


and...
2) CANCELLATIONS OF NON-ESSENTIAL 'NON-MANDATORY' ATTENDANCES:

Which included:
"Notifications to the essential nature of avoidance, to the greatest degree possible, of any larger type gatherings,
particularly of the nature which inherently introduce close proximity contact and higher density presence. Any such
gatherings or situations must be considered to be potential Covid-19 contamination and/or transmission 'hot spots'
and would include, but is certainly not restricted to: Nightclubs, larger entertainment venues, sporting events and
facilities, receptions and other such public gatherings"

**The Independent February 28, 2020: "Boris Johnson calls emergency Coronavirus meeting-- for three days time"
"The meeting of senior officials will be the first attended by the Prime Minister since the virus emerged." and
"Speaking after a meeting with chief medical officer Chris Whitty and health secretary Matt Hancock, Mr. Johnson
said the outbreak was now "the government's top priority"." and in respect to a repatriation question..."we think that
the best thing to do is not to move people around too much in the current situation."
(**Cheltenham had people come from all over the UK, and undoubtably... Internationally... all untested and
unquarantined, and packed into high density crowds)
**The Guardian April 15, 2020 "We scientists said lock down. But UK Politicians refused to listen." by Helen Ward.
professor of public health at Imperial College London.

**BBC News April 30, 2020 "Coronavirus: Cheltham Festival 'may have accelerated' spread."

The formally and officially submitted Legal Notification of March 3, 2020 was equally, extremely clear and adamant in
the section: 'NOTICE OF LIABILITIES:'

Including, notably:

"A) By this formal submission I hereby notify, as of March 3, 2020 <and hereby claim as legally admissable evidence
of such notification, and the right of provision/submission/testimony of such as evidence: to be used within any formal,
bureaucratic, and/or legal proceedings involving ANY UK citizen or resident in any related or relevant matters>, that
any and all addressed parties, as of March 3, 2020 engage in immediate complaince to their duties, responsibilities
and obligations in these very serious and life-threatening matters, specifically as has been addressed in this formal
legal notification/submission."

Take note, as had been included within the March 3, 2020 document... from... Formal Submission of Enquirey and Legal
Notifications; Section 4a Legal Notification (J. Hyland; January 13, 2020):

"B) TAKE NOTICE:


Section 4a part 21 TAKE NOTICE
This formally submitted document LEGALLY REMOVES by way of clear, concise and formal submitted notification: any
and all opportunity, validity and/or ability of, or to, any claims of 'deniability' in these issues and matters from ALL
governmental bodies, agencies, contractors, employees or representatives."

The UK Government, unfortunately, did not "engage in immediate compliance to their duties, responsibilities and
obligations".
Did not heed the content of that above quoted March 3, 2020 letter/notification.
The UK Government had failed to heed and/or act upon, for months, massive levels of international informations,
actions, notifications and urging of actions, including (notably) an undeniable 'heads up' from the 'FVEY'... and
certainly did not heed the relevance of the closing comment of the aforementioned March 3rd document, which had
stated clearly and correctly:

"Human life and well-being must take precedent over revenues, targets, profits and markets."

As a result, the United Kingdom suffered unprecedented per-capita infection levels and horrendously and
unnecessarily inflated levels of preventable deaths.
All the excessive sufferings and failures directly attributable to the 'seemingly' inexplicable behaviours (and inactions)
of a UK Government which appeared to be predominantly focused on strategies aiming to protect and preserve the
'investment security' and 'financial interests' of an already excessively wealthy, powerful and corporate connected
minority. (See, from the formally and officially submitted July 2019 document/grievance (HOCS Ref: TRO/0012218/19) ...
Section 1v: UK Social, Legal and Economic Aparthied).
This is in fact clarified and substantiated within this document.

The contents of this document should raise many questions and concerns in respect to this.

It is quite ironic, that on March 3, 2020... as I was finishing up the March 3, 2020 letter / document / legal notification...
which in itself was prompted by the very visible and highly questionable (Addressed within the subsequent section
'POTENTIAL MOTIVES') 'complete inaction' of this UK Government with respect to Covid-19...
I was 'visited' by a Mr. Liam Twigg, Manchester Council 'Channel' (Anti-terrorism/extremism) Co-ordinator, and a
Detective Constable Keith Galley of the Counter Terrorism Policing, Manchester.
They had apparently been 'sent' by the 'Bolton Council Channel panel', and were, in reality, nothing more than yet
another governmental attempt at intimidation and silencing of political and human rights based grievance and dissent.
Ironically, representatives of a UK Government which itself displays a propensity to point fingers at other nations,
certainly including China and Russia, citing such similar 'rights abuses' as unacceptable.
(Whilst ignoring all the human rights violations, of and by, the UK Government, AND any of its favoured 'allies').
Subsequently, the identified Mr. Twigg and Mr. Galley, as it has been with all UK governmental
employees/representatives... in continued and ongoing actions of abuse and violations... have REFUSED, and
continue to refuse to date: compliance to any and all formally and officially requested answers, informations and
accountability. Despite numerous reiterations requesting such compliance.

This was followed by a letter from a 'so-called' (and to this date by an individual continuing to refuse
identification/accountability despite request for such clarification) Bolton Channel Panel 'Chair'.
A letter which had blatantly attempted to 'bypass' the obligations, responsibilities and duties of both Mr. Liam Twigg
and DC Keith Galley... to comply fully with their individually submitted formal and official letters of enquiry/notification,
and accountability... by writing their own (the Bolton Council Channel Panel) (unsolicited) 'letter of response'... Prior
to which I had never contacted, heard of, nor had any awareness of, any such 'Bolton Council Channel Panel'.

This clear and indisputable attempted 'bypass' or 'evasion' having had occured nearly 100 days after my having
submitted, formally and officially, individual letters of enquiry to both Mr. Liam Twigg, and DC Keith Galley (Counter
Terrorism). Still to date refused compliance, now over 200 days later.
There is some interesting and certainly relevant passage within my June 12, 2020 response/reply to that 21.05.2020
(first) letter by the 'so-called', and to date still refusing identification, Bolton Council Channel panel 'chair' in relation to
Covid-19 and the UK Government:

was attempting such stated 'evasion and/or bypass'... being the document identified as:

The subsequent 'Bolton Council' (UK Governmental) response (July/August 2020) to that document... (my) above
June 12, 2020 clearly identified as formal and official submission and response:
"Ref: INDLETENQ06122020: BCPC-CSS-1a" (in response to their initial letter of 21.05.2020)...
after more than a month... was nothing more than yet another refusal of any and all answers, of requested
informations or accountability, and a blatant and insulting attempt at further stone-walling, delays/refusal.

Again, an unsigned letter, despite having clarified that very problem several times in my initial response, and as such,
again lacking any accountability and legitimacy.
Additionally the letter was undated, furthermore... the recipient (my) name... blatantly mis-spelled.
This subsequent letter by the Bolton Council Channel Panel additionaly included the morally and legally unacceptable
attempted 're-wording and/or restructuring', and even complete exclusion, of parts of my own extremely clear,
unambiguous individually indexed and identified requests/enquirey... in a very blatant attempt of altering, controlling
and/or manipulating information and/or legalities, an attempt at eliminating and/or excluding pertinent requests, facts
and statements, an attempt at the violations of their responsibilities, obligations and duties, and a blatant attempt to
refuse or unjustly delay the full, accurate and expediant compliance to very clearly expressed questions and
requests.

A deliberate avoidance and/or dereliction of duties, responsibilities and obligations by a UK Governmental


representative body, an outright attempt at the violation of legalities, and of the rights of a UK Citizen. Additionally, the
letter itself, given so many factors which clearly, illogicaly and inexplicably violated so much of what had been
identified and/or clarified in my initial response, appears to be, in itself, a deliberated act of intended aggitation.

The Bolton Council (and as such the UK Government) also, in that same said 'subsequent letter/reply' expressed
'indicated intentions' and/or 'threats' of with-holding or refusing answers and informations by 'hiding', in bureaucratic
cowardice, behind self-serving 'statutes' or 'legalities', legislations and bureaucracies... like some abhorrant and
unacceptable 'Secret Police' construct.

A commonly used and abused UK Governmental tactic. All from a repeatedly and very publicly unaccountable UK
Government which hypocritically points at other nations claiming similar improprieties

Certainly this brings forward the question: "Is the UK Government in the habit of refusing answers and/or hiding
information from the UK Public?"

**On Saturday July 25, 2020, Phil Miller of the Daily Maverick wrote: "Thousands of historic British government files
censored after 'independent' watchdog approves over 99% of SECRECY requests" which included: "Boris Johnson's
attitude towards British history is being called into question after new (UK Governmental) figures released on
Wednesday show Whitehall applied to keep 6,656 files written by previous Conservative governments hidden from
the public in 2019-2020."

Yes, and it cannot be denied, the UK Public is constantly lied to, misled, decieved and refused information and
answers by UK Governmental agencies and departments, employees and representatives.
Indisputable fact backed by an ever-growing mountain of publicly accessible evidence.
Yet the UK Government has the audacity to criticise other nations?

Certainly it must also be carefully observed, analyzed, and asked: "Is the UK in fact, currently undertaking and
undergoing a process... of 'laying down' and establishing the underlying fundamental foundations... of essentially
'constructing and increasingly engaging', a governmentally structured and endorsed form of a 'Secret Police'?
Structures operating akin to old western concepts of the construct and 'modus operandi' of such oft-quoted and
condemned similar stuctures, ie. 'The KGB' or the 'East German Secret Police'?

Structures such as 'Prevent' and 'Channel'... with their systemic information sharing and gathering, without the
consent nor knowledge of any such civilian, the encouraged monitoring and reporting of civilians by agencies,
schools, doctors, neighbors and others, the documented refusals of accountability and the questionable behaviours...
certainly indicate such possibilities.

Please take note of the following passages... particularly in respect to COVID-19...

TAKE NOTICE: I have read your provided attached sheet/document "Channel" and certainly have questions and
concerns with respect to it's content and implications, however, these can only be properly addressed once full and
compliant response to this formally and officially submitted enquiry is received, as such I would urge accuracey,
completedness and expediency in your response.
Do not engage in any aggitating and thus inciting stone-walling, delays or refusals.

It is absolutely shocking and insulting to the intelligence that the VERY SAME Bolton Council that refuses a man trying
to survive on less than half the poverty line... any housing assistance, refusing to even answer a formally and officially
submitted letter in respect to same, would attempt to imply they, in any level of honesty, wish to provide any such
said 'support'.
In such a light, this statement appears completely disingenuous in nature.

It was well after my March 3, 2020 formal and official submission and LEGAL NOTIFICATION to several members of
this current UK Government in relation to Covid-19 and the UK Governments refusal to act upon the contents of
that letter (resulting in, at the very least, in excess of 20,000 additional, preventable and unnecessary deaths of UK
Citizens and Residents, including NHS frontline workers)...
that I was sitting in Bolton's town square.
A Bolton Council supervisor with two Bolton Council colleagues walked by me, I had a brief converstation with that
supervisor, during which I asked the supervisor about the aforementioned 'housing assistance'. The reply being
something to the effect of "No, you don't fit into the rules" (or check the boxes) or some such rubbish bureaucratic
side-stepping nonsense... I stated that I am still waiting for, and expect, a proper formal and official reply explaining
such.... never received.

As the Supervisor walked away she 'quipped' somewhat sarcasticly "Maybe you should be in number 10 running
things"... only days later the appearingly 'narcissistic sociopath buffoons' who ARE 'in number 10' were all being
diagnosed with Covid-19... as a result of their own stupidity, hypocriscy and arrogance... and going into quarantine...

Quite obviously, number one, I am clearly an individual with far more care and humanity for my fellow humankind

The Bolton Channel panel/chair letter states (Quote Q2c): "This letter is being sent from the Channel Panel as
the Panel were the group who had asked Liam and Keith to visit yourself as representatives of the Panel .

At the onset of the March 3, 2020 initial face-to-face encounter at the BAND facilities in Bolton/YMCA 125 Deansgate,
DC Keith Galley (Counter Terrorism Police) sticks his hand out towards me to shake hands, needlessly and
unnecessarily creating potential threat by way of the 'already well-publicised world wide' Covid-19 virus, and as such,
potentially putting my very life at risk.

Shocked and annoyed, I looked at Keith Galley's face, and slowly down to his still extended hand, thinking to myself "
Is this guy a F$%%£!! Idiot?", and back up to look at him quizically, in a non-verbal expression of "Are you for real?".

Hand still extended, he finally pulls it back, perhaps somewhat embarrassed by the obvious and public (many
witnesses to the whole encounter) refusal/rebuttal of his extended hand, and likely STILL completely oblivious to his
obvious act of careless and dangerous stupidity, certainly reflective of PM Boris "I shook everybody's hands at the
hospital" Johnson.
An issue I clearly pointed out to others who were present, immediately subsequent to the departure of Mr. Liam
Twigg and DC Keith Galley.

" the Panel were the group who had asked Liam and Keith to visit yourself as representatives of the
Panel" ...obviously this was done:

1. Without clear instruction on the safety and protocalls essential during such a pandemic situation, not only placing
your employee's/representatives at risk, but far more unacceptably... placing members of the public, by your
instruction of contact, at risk. OR...
2. The Bolton Channel panel/chair had met their responsibilities, obligations and duties, and had clearly instructed
their employee's and represenatives... and such said clear instruction had been ignored by your "Representatives of
the panel".
It is either (1.) or (2.), somebody must bear responsibility.

I will require unambiguous and exacting clarification on this very important and very disturbing matter.
Any refusal to provide such must be clarified in writing and clearly identify the refusing individual(s) and reasons for
any such refusal(s).
Compliance to this request should include/bear the heading 'In reply to request BCPC-CSS-1a-(Q2ca) '.

A reply to their subsequent second (July/August?) letter, an AGAIN unsigned, undated Bolton Council Channel letter
which was very clearly a blatant act of attempted rights violations, and a prevaricating attempted evasion of legalities,
responsibilities, obligations and duties... is currently pending submission.

OBSERVATIONS

It is glaringly apparent, that on March 3, 2020 (and subsequent to the letter/notification of that date... well into late
March) the levels of UK Governmental arrogant indifference, inaction and ignorance... with respect to what was
already a very well known and well-publicised pandemic-level situation unfolding worldwide... were completely
unacceptable, highly questionable, and absolutely inexcusable.

It also seemed very apparent at that time, and far more so now, to anyone with any level of intelligence, that the UK
Government was perhaps, for reasons unbeknownst to the general UK public... engaging in a highly questionable
and seemingly DELIBERATE** failure to act and/or engage in any reasonable and 'to-be-expected' levels, manners
and timeliness. (**clarified within this document)
Failures with respect to adequate preperations, precautions, instruction and response... to an obvious and
ever-encroaching pandemic situation threatening the health and well-being of a nation of UK Citizens and Residents.
A seemingly complete lack of 'National Defence', complete indifference to 'National Security'.

The big question is... 'WHY?'.

HOW?

First we must ask... 'HOW?'

The 'HOW?' of the coronavirus Covid-19 outbreak is a seperate and pressing question in itself, and would require
thorough investigation, of which would necessitate going 'far beyond' the 'seemingly' obvious.
As such, the following is merely a brief summation of observations, in no way wholey inclusive, nor in any way
intended as 'conclusive' but rather, is intended to highlight some parameters which might perhaps... but should not
be... overlooked (or even deliberately ignored).

As in many such events, individuals who might question the 'official narrative' or 'official stance' (predominantly
politically oriented/biased) are generally labelled (as a means of 'silencing') as a 'trouble maker' and/or 'conspiracy
theorist'.
This is, in many cases, nothing short of a 'McCarthyist-like' strategy and attempt towards silencing, and is completely
unacceptable in any purportedly 'democratic' society and in any genuine quest for truth.
This document is based on factual analysis and observations, a strong foundational understanding of science,
technology, history, geopolitical issues and human psychology, and certainly includes elements of clearly indicated to
be as such... non-determinant 'logical supposition'.

With respect to the Covid-19 situation, there are far too many unanswered questions, and a wide variety of
speculation... the scope of which appears to be purposefully restrictive**, many questions or speculated possibilities
being blatantly 'brushed aside', ignored and/or even supressed or censored** through various means... by both the
vast majority of media (predominantly governmental and/or special-interest oriented/biased)... and all the
governmental officials/agencies.
(**as per official 'Event 201' Oct. 2019 recommendations, addressed in this document)
A perfect example of this being the very legitimate question in many peoples' minds: "Was this virus 'accidental' or
was it somehow 'deliberate' in origin and purpose?".

It's notable how too many parties have been 'far too quick' to state, essentially: "The virus was in no way 'man-made',
it was definitely a 'natural' occurance" or such similar untenable assertions...
Any such response wrongfully (and perhaps purposefully) dissuading from full and proper focus, and factual
analysis, on the very real possibilities of any related malicious or intentional wrong-doings.

Nowhere do they address the very real fact, that even a so-called 'natural' occurance of any such said zoonotic
'cross-infection' and/or resultant virus CAN BE successfully and purposefully 'induced' or 'encouraged' within
specifically and purposefully created 'controlled' or 'laboratory' environments, in a manner which would/could
eliminate any potential visible indicators of any man-made or 'purposely induced' actions, and eliminate any need for
purposeful interventions such as genome editing.
A manner which could successfully 'mask' any such malicious actions or intents.
A manner which would give all appearance, and bear all the hallmarks of... a so-called 'natural' occurance.
This is an inarguable fact, and certainly would be the 'path of choice' in such matters.
How many secretive laboratories, bases and facilities exist all over our planet?

Indeed, even a means, or method (or any purported 'evidence' of such) of any alleged or 'questionably identified'...
'release' or 'escape' (accidental or otherwise) of any such a pathogen could quite easily be arranged, organised,
manufactured, manipulated and/or orchestrated...
and should be undertaken in a manner to induce focus and lay blame elsewhere.
Facilitation and funding enablement through offshore/secretive banking and shell/shadow companies.
This again is an undeniable fact.

As such, it should also be noted, there seemingly is no real way to know for certain, if any similar past 'outbreaks' of...
for example... 'swine', 'bovine' or 'bird' flu's might be (or might have been) a completely natural occurance, or
potentially some deliberate act of 'geo-political' or 'economic' oriented sabotage or 'economic warfare'. Certainly
legitimate concerns and possibility which need to be kept in mind.

Warfare of any means, can get quite dirty.

Quite obviously, as had been noted July 2019 in the above preceeding passage, such offshore and secretive
banking and facilities and muti-tiered 'shell'/cover companies can be (and undoubtably... frequently are) utilized in
order to enable the bribery, funding and corruption of groups, officials and/or other such individuals, both foreign and
domestic, for a wide variety of geo-political and potentially nefarious purposes.
Many such financial irregularities channeled and enabled through pyramidic multi-levelled inter-connected 'limited
company' entities posing or fronted as legitimate enterprise... and highly likely with the assistance of Intelligence
agencies and their operatives. (More relevance to this in subsequent sections)
This again is indisputable fact.

We live in a constantly accelerating world of advancing technological and biological/scientific and biotechnology
techniques, knowledge and abilities.

Much of this technology kept secret, free of any or all legislations and/or scrutiny... much of which might be

***Intelligence 'gathering' also requires a widespread web of 'inner-circle' contacts worldwide, such as Security, IT
and AI professionals (subsequently addressed and potentially identified in this document).

Regardless of any source and/or means of origins of the Covid-19 virus, any such a potentially volitile pandemic-level
situation or event, whether naturally unfolding or otherwise, certainly could, and might be, manipulated, utilized or
abused in manners intended to potentially 'forward' or 'empower' various (national, regional, international and/or
corporate/other) political, geo-political, economic and/or military agendas or objectives. (subsequently addressed in
this document).
This again, is indisputable.
One would need to be extremely naive to try and deny this.

Given these facts and observations, it is absolutely imperative that any and all forms of investigation, trials, cases
and/or hearings into any or all of these matters, whether national or international, give full weight to, and fully address,
ALL possibilities of any and all potentially 'deliberate' actions and/or notable inactions with respect to 'Covid-19', its'
origins, release, spread, and certainly, the notably varied worldwide national reactions, both in timing and methods.

(Isn't it odd that the two nations self-professed as the epitome of worldwide technological and scientific advancement
would have such horrendously lacking and failing response levels and strategies?)

Any such investigation also need thoroughly examine any and all apparent corruption and nepotism, particularly due
to the massive financial figures surrounding publicly identified and highly questionable supply and response
'contracts', totaling £BILLIONS... this naturally must also address the 'offshore' and 'secretive' banking and financial
and 'company' constructs/facilities which can be utilized to channel such funds, to potentially influence, enable and/or
support any such possible nefarious undertakings.

Offshore and secretive banking, and its associated high level, affluent classes and corporate structure tax evasion
schemes... in itself, a situation long overdue concerted international efforts towards investigations and eradication.
Notably, a problem continually ignored by the UK Government and Parliament.

Most certainly... any and all forms of investigation, trials, cases or hearings into any or all of these matters, whether
national or international must include a full examination of any and all potential motives.
Motive(s) being an essential channel of inquiry in any thorough investigative procedure.

The question of... 'WHY?'

EXAMINATION OF POTENTIAL MOTIVES WITH RESPECT TO:


POSSIBLE DELIBERATE AND PURPOSEFUL
MALICIOUS AND/OR NEFARIOUS INTENTS
RE: COVID-19

The number of realistically potential motives, in respect to any possibly deliberate and/or purposeful malicious or
manipulative intents and/or actions... with respect to COVID-19, its release/escape, it's proliferation, the methods,
timing and levels of response, and the resultant world-wide detrimental effects... would necessitate an exhaustive
level of wide-ranging research, investigation, analysis and prognosis.

Far too overwhelming for any one individual to undertake whilst completely lacking in adequate facilities and/or
support in such an undertaking, and as such...

The following simplified 'analysis' and 'observations' are meant as nothing more than a 'brief observational synopsis',
merely touching upon a few of the more obvious aspects in need of considerations and investigation, but far from a
'fully inclusive' list nor an in-depth analysis.
The awareness and understanding of such also essential in understanding the deeply concerning implications
exposed within subsequent sections of this document.

An identification, not in any way wholely inclusive, of matters, aspects and potentials, of which through is indicated
the necessity for investigation, consideration and/or examination... into any and all such said parameters and
possibilities... in any potentially forthcoming investigations, hearings, or likewise.

This document is not meant to point a definitive 'finger' at any particular party(s) or nation(s), but rather, to ponder
'non-conclusive' potential motives and their associated possible levels of likelihood.
Additionaly, and importantly, to inarguably clarify, that prior to any concluding (and any potential resultant 'findings' of)
any such said investigations, trials, courts and/or hearings, with and in respect to these matters, particularly in terms
of International responsibilities and/or liabilities... It would be essential, and thus certainly imperative, to fully
investigate any and ALL such aspects and potentials.

MOTIVES & LIKELYHOODS

1. CHINA
Economic Warfare: China's economic achievements over the last 60 years has been unequalled in terms of growth
by any other nation. China has, in addition, significantly reduced poverty within its nation, lifting hundreds of millions
above poverty level. Whilst growth levels may have significantly slowed in the last year or two, they have not suffered
the levels of economic 'collapse' experienced by many other nations/regions in that same period. China's economic
growth, whilst significantly diminished, had still sustained minimalist levels of achievement and stability. China's
banking sector remains on firm footings.
As such, any potential objectives towards some form(s) of 'Economic Warfare' would seem quite unlikely.

International Trade/Political Relations: China has, overall, grown their levels of international trade, and certainly
successfully expanded their world-wide political relations... both to significant levels.
It must also be noted that China, due to its growing trade levels and expanding influences, has been
ever-increasingly subjected to both political criticisms and critical analysis of its trade growth, levels, policies and
undertakings.
It would seem highly illogical to think any advancements or advantages in these areas could be gained in any way...
rather, as has been seen, it would more likely be detrimental... thus any likelyhood towards any objectives of such
would seem highly unlikely.

International Banking/Lending: China has steadily increased the levels and reach of its programs of international
loans and/or grants. There are perhaps currently well over 5,000 significant loans or grants to at least 152 countries.
China (and certainly Russia) has provided viable and workable banking and financial transfer/payment alternatives to
what was previously a hegemony held primarily by what amounts to 'privately-owned' and profits oriented western
entities, certainly including the IMF and World Bank.
Due to China's continuing successful growth and reach in these sectors, any potential objectives towards some
form(s) of gains through nefarious or manipulating utilizations in respect to Covid-19 would seem extremely unlikely,
even foolhardy.

Developement Programs, Business & Commerce: Again, China has steadily and successfully increased the levels
and reach of both its international business, and its international programs oriented towards developement, business
and commerce. As such, any potential objectives towards some form(s) of gains through nefarious or manipulating
utilizations in respect to Covid-19 would again, seem riddled with inherent potential risks and pitfalls, and as such,
would be highly unlikely.

Silk Road initiatives: Perhaps China's most ambitious economic and foreign policy undertaking to date, the "One
Belt, One Road" initiative, a.k.a. the 'Silk Road Economic Belt' and/or the 'Maritime Silk Road'. Aiming to bring greater
levels of transport, trade and communication to many less developed western regions of China through a massive
program of infrastructure building and developement.
Simultaneously, opening and strengthening markets and ties with neighboring European and Asian nations.
This is perhaps China's most important current undertaking. It seems absolutely impossible to fathom China risking
any damage in any way to these programs. As such, any potential objectives towards some form(s) of gains through
nefarious or manipulating utilizations in respect to any virus or pathogen such as Covid-19 would again seem highly
illogical and as such, extremely unlikely.

Africa: China has been working tirelessly to increase trade and relations with the nations of the African Continent.
China is now Africa's largest trading partner, surpassing the United States.
Over one-third of China's oil comes from Africa, as does 20 percent of China's cotton supply.
Sino-African relations began as far back as the 7th Century, and in recent times has experienced unprecedented
growth. Many programs and undertakings assisting nations which had suffered under (and continued to, as a result of)
previous European/Western colonization.
Whilst certainly subjected to criticisms and attempted interferences... particularly by such former 'colonizing' nations...
the ties, trade and programs of assistance have continued to grow in strength and magnitude. Not by force, but
notably... by mutual interests, agreements and consents.
It is extremely unlikely China would act in any way which could potentially jeapordise such successes.

Benefits to ongoing 'Huawie' controversies: There could be absolutely no concievable advantages for China or
Chinese Corporations (as has been clearly seen) to be gained through any potential nefarious or manipulating
utilizations in respect to Covid-19... and as such, in respect to the current and continuing 'Huawie' controversies... this
would in fact, appear absolutely impossible in terms of any potential motives.

Geopolitical/Military Strategies: As had been previously stated "We live in a world of constant international 'power
and economics based' struggle... fueled by greed, bribery and corruption, ego and malice.
An increasingly inter-connected world... full of infiltrations, bribery, corruption and 'undue and/or malicious' influences,
deceptions and betrayals." Much of which is empowered by offshore and secretive banking.
Much of this being played out in the spheres of Geopolitical and Military influences, entanglements, alliances and
engagements.
Many such undertakings being diverse in nature, predominantly covert, many seemingly 'illogical' and in many cases,
most certainly 'inhumane'.
Many times such undertakings malicious in their intents, other times perhaps such similar undertakings made 'in
response' to any such malicious undertakings.
China for the most part, has been increasingly... and certainly by necessity... 'on the defense' against many very
visible, what certainly could be described as... Western 'aggressions'... whether political, economic and/or military...
so on the one hand, it would seem not very likely.

However, given the sometimes seemingly illogical complexities of the world's constant and continuous geopolitical
and military power struggles... geopolitical and military strategies must equally, 'on the other hand' be viewed as a
realistically feasible sphere of potential motive(s).

Domestic Issues/Objectives/Controls: This 'topic' covers a wide and extremely diverse (and complex) range of
subjects/issues, but will be 'minimalized' for simplicity, and for the purpose of 'potential motives levels' evaluation, to:
1. 'Overall domestic economics' and
2. 'Levels and means of domestic civilian surveillance and control'

1. 'Overall domestic economics':


China has been relatively consistent in both economic growth and economic security.
Even with current (pre-existing to the 'Covid Outbreak') world-wide slowdowns, China's economy appeared to be
relatively stable and vibrant enough to sustain the necessary levels of feasability and relative strengths.
Domestically there would be no real visible economic or economics-based political gains to be made... and as such,
any potential 'motive(s)' would by appearances, be not very likely.
Perhaps one exception would be some misguided ambition, through perhaps some controlled 'domestic' release, to
generate some form of 'currency devaluation' (and internal inflation) in respect to foreign currencies, which could
certainly prove adventageous in export trade by reducing end-recipient costs.
Although given China's current socio-economic position, any such a motive would be severly misguided, prone to
potential failures and repurcussions... and as such, extremely illogical... however, it could still be considered as a
realistically viable 'possibility'.

2. 'Levels and means of domestic civilian surveillance and control':


According to the adamant assertions of the vast majority of Western media, think-tanks and politicians for at least the
last 20-30 years... China exerts 'excessive levels of surveillance and control upon its citizens'... so any such asserted
'motives' to increase such, by any such parties, would be 'almost laughable'.
Certainly, taking in to account actual documented implementation of technologies and communications in everyday
Chinese life, from cameras and facial recognition to scanners and everything in between, it only serves to reinforce
the notion that consideration of any such motives would be groundless.

Hong Kong: The possibility that China may have had ambitions to utilize such a virus in the objective(s) of some
advantage or gains in Hong Kong and its current (potentially western incited/supported, as had been seen in Libya
and other locales) climate of protests, and unrest, is certainly feasable, but by all appearances, completely
unnecessary... China has appeared to be well in control of any such said unrest.
Additionally, if any such ambitions existed, one would think it would make far more sense to engineer such an
outbreak within Hong Kong.

Certainly it could be argued that in order for China to 'hide any such malicious intents, it could conceivably be
'released' outside Hong Kong (Wuhan), and subsequently 'arranged to travel' to the region.
Any such a highly illogical plan, to release such a virus in Wuhan in order to affect a different region, would
undoubtably open the door to loss of containment, and any such potential offending and enacting parties, would be
very aware of that fact... and the possibly damaging pitfalls and repercussions.
Given the tremendous and wide-spread negative ramifications and damages (which we are witnessing) towards
China, any such possible motives, on the part of China, would be highly unlikely.

2. UNITED KINGDOM/'WESTERN BLOC ALLIED NATIONS'

Economic Warfare: The western economic systems and structures have unfortunately been continually manipulated
and abused, both internationally and ever-increasingly 'against' domestic populations, in an unacceptable manner
for decades... enrichening a minority through ever-increasing detriment and imposed debt loads upon each such
nation's general public.
Poverty levels and social/economic divide in fact, continually increasing.

All such systems and structures of economic abuses eventually reach a point of saturation, where growth becomes
hindered if not impossible, and markets (and financial institutions) face near-certain collapse.
Trees cannot grow to the sky, and without strong roots... will topple and fall.
At such points, an 'economic reset' or restructure, essentially 'wiping the gameboard clean' and adjusting the rules
against all other players, would be desired.

It is well documented that the majority of Western nations and institutions were all edging ever closer to such
inevitable collapse in the years leading up to this particular 'Covid-19' situation.
Such economic 'dead end roads' are generally (and have historically been) 'rectified' through induced massive levels
of inflation and accompanying wage level increases... which as a result devalue currency and diminish all liabilities 'in
real terms', such as national debts, pension obligations, etc.
Another age old tool in the arena of such economic manipulations being, of course... WAR.

All the while, China's own economic fortunes and powers have consistently grown and strengthened, and although
also slowing, showed little to no similarly alarming levels of such systemic weakness or dangers.
Western media and governments continually demonising China's economy as 'the enemy' for years.
One only needs to examine the history of our world for the last 200 years to understand that,
as such, any potential 'United Kingdom / Western Allied Nations' objectives towards some form(s) of 'Economic
Warfare' could in fact, certainly be realistically considered as highly possible.

International Trade/Political Relations: China has, due to its growing trade levels and expanding influences, been
ever-increasingly subjected to both political and military-based UK and 'Western Nation' criticisms, antagonisms and
critical analysis.
China is undoubtably perceived as a very real and present threat to Western hegemony and as such,
'Western-based' world-control. (Hegemony+Control='World Order')
As has been clearly witnessed, the Covid-19 pandemic has had negative ramifications, to and against China's
International Trade, and International Political Relations.
It is readily apparent and certainly indisputable, that certain western nations have in fact been actively engaging in, by
and through the Covid-19 crisis... direct political and economic attacks upon China, its people, its economy and
businesses.
It is absolutely and inarguably logical to conclude that advantages in these areas could be gained by malicious and/or
nefarious actions relating to Covid-19 and as such, the 'United Kingdom / Western Allied Nations' having 'potential
motives' in this area would have to be considered as realistically holding relatively strong possiblities.

International Banking/Lending: UK/Western powers and UK/Western economic and banking entities have been
increasing 'concerned' with, and quite vocally condemning of China's (and additionally Russia's) growing viable and
workable INTERNATIONAL banking and financial transfer/payment alternatives to what was previously a hegemony
held primarily by 'privately-owned/interest' profits oriented structures of Western governments and entities.
To such UK and Western parties, this represents losses in the TRILLIONS of dollars, and just as importantly, losses
in the respect of 'strings of geopolitical coercion, control and influence'... in itself, very strong motives.

There has also been a growing trend internationally towards reducing the use of 'U.S. Dollars' in their international
and country-to-country trade. Quite notably in this respect, 2018-2019 saw the value of U.S. Dollars implemented in
trade between China and Russia fall below 50% of their total trade for the first time in many decades.The loss of
profits from a previous world-wide hegemony by way of the predominantly exclusive use of U.S. Dollars in such
trade/transactions again representing losses in the TRILLIONS of dollars.
People have been known to kill over just a few dollars, or even a mobile phone.

Due to China's continuing growth and reach in these sectors, the potential of 'United Kingdom / Western Bloc Allied
Nations' motives and/or objectives towards some form(s) of gains through nefarious or manipulating utilizations in
respect to Covid-19 could actually be considered as quite high in likelyhood.

Developement Programs, Business & Commerce: Again, UK/Western powers and UK/Western economic and
banking structures have been increasing 'concerned' with, and quite vocally condemning of China's successful and
consistently growing/expanding international programs oriented towards developement, business and commerce.
Condemning and accusing China of actions and motives of which, ironically, western institutions such as the IMF and
World Bank, had openly and abusively engaged in for decades...
Everyone would remember the 'Live Aid' concerts worldwide pleading upon the predominantly deaf institutional ears
of the IMF and World Bank 'to provide relief' to the crippling debts imposed by them upon struggling nations.
It is notable how western media are currently silent on such facts.
There is massive amounts of documented history on just this subject.

To such UK and Western parties, any logical, functional and embraced alternative to their previous, almost mafia-like
hegemony represents again, losses in the TRILLIONS of dollars as well as significantly diminished 'strings of
coercion, influence and control' over such nations... again, this presenting what are indisputably very strong motives.
As such, any potential objectives towards some form(s) of gains through nefarious or manipulating utilizations in
respect to Covid-19 would seem extremely high in possibility and/or likelyhood.

Silk Road initiatives: UK/Western powers and UK/Western economic and banking structures have been consistently
vocal and alarmist with respect to China's most ambitious economic and foreign policy undertaking to date, the "One
Belt, One Road" initiative, a.k.a. the 'Silk Road'.
Perhaps specifically concerned with the potential opening and strengthening of markets and political/economic ties
with neighboring European and Asian nations.

There would certainly be concerns... by any such western-based political, military, Intelligence Agencies and
economic groups or power-structures... that such an undertaking, if successful, could diminish their own levels of
influence, power, profiteering and control in those same said regions.
As such, any potential objectives or motives by the 'United Kingdom / Western Allied Nations' towards some form(s)
of gains, by inducing damages or delays through nefarious or manipulating utilizations in respect to Covid-19, would
need to be considered as high in possibility.

Africa: Through and by decades, and indeed, in some cases, centuries... of Western colonization, forceful regime
changes and manipulations, political, military and economic interferences, enslavement and/or subjugation, 'theft' of
resources, abuses and controls... African nations, for the most part, have become 'tired' of western dominance and
control over their affairs and their future.
The indisputable current western 'beating sticks of obedience' being predominantly economics and debt based.

China has been working tirelessly to increase trade and relations with many nations of the African Continent.
Certainly a difficult and 'bumpy road' naturally prone to negatives... and yet quite obviously... China is increasingly
being embraced as a more positive alternative to the previous 'western' hegemonic 'status quo' to which there was no
viable alternative.
Whilst certainly a bumpy road, it is still, quite visibly, the growing 'road of choice'... China is indisputably now Africa's
largest trading partner, enabling financing and infrastructure support for many decades.

I had a very memorable encounter with a friendly Chinese road construction crew in a remote area of North Africa,
building a modern transport link for the regions people enabling travel to their capital city.

China's engagement in Africa has in recent times experienced unprecedented growth. Political engagement, trade
and programs of assistance have continued to grow both in strengths and magnitude.
These changes would quite obviously present alarming perceived geo-political 'threats' to Africa's previous 'colonialist
overlords', and as such it would be indisputable that the governments and Intelligence Agencies of those western
nations, certainly including the United Kingdom, would be examining and in all likelyhood planning and/or
undertaking, any and all possible steps towards reversing this situation.

Perhaps even with the intentions or ambitions of achieving or re-instituting greater colonialist-like controls and
influences over Africa (and other world regions). Certainly such attitudes and mentalities do exist...
Quoting the now UK Prime Minister, Boris Johnson, with respect to British Colonialism in Africa...
"The continent may be a blot, but it is not a blot upon our conscience" and "The problem is not that we were once in
charge, but that we are not in charge anymore"

As such, any potential objectives or motives by the 'United Kingdom / Western Allied Nations' towards some form(s)
of gains through nefarious or manipulating utilizations in respect to Covid-19 would need to be realistically considered
as high, to extremely plausible.

Benefits to ongoing 'Huawie' controversies: There is absolutely no disputing the political and media undertakings
which the world has already witnessed, and continues to witness, in utilizing the Covid-19 pandemic situation, all the
associated pains and losses, as a means of 'China bashing' and as such, cultivating public support of any
'anti-Chinese' business initiatives.

It has been particularly noticable amongst the western media and political class, this attributing of such unfounded
blame and condemnations to, and against, the nation and people of China.
Deliberately imbalanced and unjust portrayals of the Chinese (and similarly Russian) people as barbaric, uncouth,
backwards, coarse, cold people.
Having personally spent significant time in both China and Russia (and many other parts of the world) and amongst
so many welcoming people there, having seen the modern progressive aspects of such nations... the visibly selective
and wholey misrepresentative western media portrayals, obviously designed to mold public opinion and garner
support of western governmental objectives, are very disturbing.

A deliberate propagandist incitement of racist prejudice and bias to empower political and economic policies and
objectives.
Governmentally utilized media-backed strategies certainly not exclusive to China over the years, always 'focused' on
the 'current' geopolitical targets.
This coupled with inferred 'security concerns' and implied or alleged 'wrong-doings', many times without
substantiating indisputable evidence of such... all clearly aimed towards 'the objectives' of thwarting or eliminating the
successes and/or presence of certain Chinese firms and products in the Western markets/hemisphere... economic
warfare.

As such, in respect to the current and continuing 'Huawie' controversies... this would in fact, appear absolutely
possible, in fact perhaps currently engaged, in terms of any secondary or additional potential motivating incentives.

Geopolitical/Military Strategies: As had been previously stated "We live in a world of constant international 'power
and economics based' struggle.
An increasingly inter-connected world, full of infiltrations and 'undue and/or malicious' influences, deceptions and
betrayals." Much of which is played out in the spheres of Geopolitical and Military influences, entanglements,

The current, and alarming, increasing tensions and escalations in the South China Sea certainly a very relevant
example of such.
These tensions, 'military exercises' and conflicts are not occuring close to, and within the 'coastal waters regions' of...
the United Kingdom, the United States, Australia, or other such western nations.
They are occuring off the coast of China.
Just as it is Western missiles and military bases constantly encroaching closer to Russia's borders... not the other
way around.

How many UK/USA/NATO/EU military bases (ie. Diego Garcia) are located in and around Africa, South-East Asia,
the Phillipines and China?
Much more importantly... how did they get there?

The Phillipines for example was colonised by the Spanish, then 'taken as a prize' by the USA in the
Spanish/American war, and has never been truly free of western impositions, influence and presence.
Western mainstream media of course, consistently refusing to clarify such facts, and as such, unjustifiably biasing
public opinions to concur with governmental geopolitical objectives. Propaganda.

China has been very much 'on the defense' against many such ongoing Western 'aggressions' whether political,
economic and/or military. History shows clearly aggressions and desires to control/dominate China going back well
before even the rarely discussed 'Opium Wars' and the clear western intentions to enslave the nation of China
through Opiates and addiction.
The Great British Empire... "the heroin dealer".

It is quite notable... the United Kingdom, has clearly indicated, on multiple documented occassions, the United
Kingdom's 'willingness' towards 'pre-emptive strikes' up to and including the use of nuclear weapons.

"In the most extreme circumstances we have made it very clear that you can't rule out the use of nuclear weapons as
a first strike," Fallon told the BBC's 'Today' program.
Additionally... 'The Prime Minister's official spokesperson later added there was "no reason to disagree with what the
defense secretary said."

Quite notably the United Kingdom is a nation self-indicated as willing to engage in any level of offensive destructive
actions... in self-interest... regardless of costs in human lives and world-wide destructions, and most certainly not in
the interest or protection of the UK Public, but rather in the interests and protection of the 'wealth and power' of a
smaller, powerful UK aristocratic-based hereditary ruling class and structure.
It is also a nation, on record, as supporting and legalizing 'criminal actions, including murder' by its Intelligence

Given the complexities and craziness of the constant and continuous power struggles on our earth, it is indisputable

Any nation with such a multi-century indisputable record of worldwide brutalities, atrocities, genocide and violations
which openly states that it is capable, and willing, of a pre-emptive nuclear strike... must also be considered as being
well capable and willing of potential nefarious and malicious actions and intentions in relation to the utilization of a
virus and/or any form of pathogen.

As such, the overwhelming propensity of blaming all the current economic woes on Covid-19 is mind-boggingly
insulting to one's intelligence. It is all far too 'extremely convenient'.
Without the Covid-19 'scapegoat', any such said economic collapse would have resulted in massive public outrage,
protests, riots... and the call 'for heads to roll'... this perhaps being one of the greatest current day fears of those
within the western political and wealth-based elite 'class'.
As such, the Covid-19 situation could, in fact, be looked upon as 'the perfect scapegoat'... with an additional
benefit of pointing the finger of blame at a financial and geopolitical 'adversary'... 'China'.
The perfect tool by which to utilize a massive social and economic 'RESET'.

Economically, such a 'crisis' could be utilized to usher in rampant levels of inflation, and as a result, reducing the 'real
value purchasing power' (a stealth act of currency devaluation) of the currencies of any such deliberately
engineered/manipulated economies.
Additionally, it could be utilized to significantly 'crush' a huge sector of small business putting a far greater share of
the overall economy into corporate hands.
Massive numbers could be driven into unemployment and poverty, creating greater 'dependency' on governmental
and corporate powers, but also create a massive potential pool of 'recruits' for any planned or forthcoming military
undertakings.
This would essentially 'rob' the lower, middle, working and struggling classes of any values of their savings, and very
significantly, the purchasing power (and as such, the governmental 'carrying costs') of any pensions. Numerically
reduced in relation to new wages, costs, and certainly as a result, tax revenues.

New, younger workers would be given substantial increases in rates of pay, matched to such a new economy,
enabling 'new' continued 'market stimulations' and movement (thus 'continuing or restarting the game').
Such manipulations would also prevent collapse of the 'paper value' of properties, essential to the continuance of the
current financial construct, and in preventing banker collapses.

Homes going into forfeiture snapped up by those with money... or mortgaged (fueling the mortgage industry) by the
newer worker generation with such said new higher (numerically, not in value) wage levels... all at the loss of the
foresaken generations.
Creating such an economic 'split' in society additionally an effective means to substantially diminish possibilities of
massive public outrage and protests, a form of 'divide and conquer'.
This would accomplish several 'desireable' goals, which could certainly include:

A) Governmental debts, in 'real terms' due to such devaluations,although numerically unchanged, would be
significantly reduced in 'carrying burden' as a reduced percentage of newly inflated numerical values of wages, prices
taxes and GDP (thereby 'robbing' any prior investors in UK government bonds) which would also enable new rounds
of continued excessive borrowings all over again.
Induced massive additional debts also 'justifying'/enabling higher taxations.

B) Reduced costs (in real terms) of meeting governmental and banker obligations in paying out pensions, which
themselves will, through such inflation implimented devaluation, be essentially worthless.
If they might even continue to exist at all.

It's an age old repeated game... a 'reset', simply played out in constantly changing and evolving guise, made clear by
closely examining history and economics.

Additionally it must be noted, and is certainly being witnessed as to 'implied' implimentations...


Economically it has always been a very visible and oft-stated goal of certain political and financial entities to move the
world towards the elimination of 'physical money' as such, and to push engagement into an all-encompassing and
wholey controlled (and monitored) use of electronic currency.
Part and parcel of a massive desired socio-economic restructuring.

In such a light, it must be asked... could the 'western-based power structures' have asked for a more perfect 'blessing',
an opportune moment, in so many varied respects (as per potential motives), as the current Covid-19 crisis?
What we would 'like' to believe in, and what might be reality, can many times be two very different animals.

Domestically, as odd as it may seem at first glance, there is in fact strong economic or economics-based potential
'advantages' or gains to be made (for certain powerful parties) through possible malicious or nefarious manipulations
of such a pandemic situation... and as such, realistically, any and all such potential 'motive(s)' must certainly be
considered as very possible and in fact, are in criticl need of thorough domestic (UK) investigation.

2. 'Levels and means of domestic civilian surveillance and control':


Whilst the western media and governments have, for extensive time, openly condemned China's 'excessive levels of
surveillance and controls upon its citizens', they have, at the very same time, and in great hypocriscy...

a) Continually and openly condemned the 'dangers and threats' of their own 'western citizens' having freedom of
expression and/or access to informations via alternative media formats and the internet... and have continually and
ever-increasingly enacted restrictions and methods of censorship in relation to such.

b) Continually and openly increased surveillance and monitoring means and techniques... of, and against, their own
citizens. This including ever growing/expanding means and ways, through various legislations and constructs, of
information/data sharing, of and with respect to, their citizens.

c) Are CURRENTLY, through and by way of 'Covid-19 response' implimenting levels of controls, restrictions, punitive
abilities, intrusive abilities and tracking and surveillance abilities and programs upon the public, essentially imposing
'in the name of public health' restrictions of 'rights' and reductions of freedoms and liberties. Occuring at
unprecedented levels, and with unprecedented haste.

d) Are highly likely working/pushing towards an all-controlling 'digital currencies' system of commerce as part and
parcel of some sort of desired 'economic adjustment or reset'.

e) Are highly likely, and by all indications, working towards a triangulation-based (such as the new 5G and further
pending triangulation-tower based technologies) structure of heightened electronics-based surveillance, and
certainly through such a system... Robotics/AI based policing and monitoring.
This potentially being part of the seemingly pressing concerns of any foreign/Huawie participation and/or components
of such systems as being some form of 'security risk'.

This also gives greater clarifications to the somewhat questionable recent drive that was made towards legislations

nations)... particularly nations which have openly condemned all such similarly instituted actions against civilians in
OTHER NATIONS (notably only when geopolitically adventageous)...
it is in fact substantiated, by everything currently being witnessed, that the possibilities of such potential motives could
exist in some perhaps 'secondary' level.

As such, these aforementioned potential 'motive(s)' must certainly be considered as of inarguable possibility.

Hong Kong: The possibility that Western nations, perhaps particularly including the United Kingdom... might seek to
utilize such a virus, or its aftermath, in the objective(s) of some form or means of advantage or influence in the UK's
former colony of Hong Kong... and the current controversies and unrest... is certainly realistically feasable.
Given the machinations and historically documented wrong-doings of 'Intelligence Agencies' such possibilities could
in no way be considered as 'impossible'.

The United Kingdoms attempted intervetion/interference in the affairs of the China/Hong Kong situation are at times,
quite perplexing, and are well and publicly documented.

Certainly with Hong Kong it is questionable... that the same United Kingdom Government which so quickly and
'effortlessly' publicly undertakes, voiced to all the of the world, intentions of taking up to THREE MILLION Hong Kong
residents (BBC News July 1, 2020) into the United Kingdom... is so vocally opposed, and seemingly alarmed to
almost panic level, about a PALTRY, in comparison and perspective, two to three thousand desperate refugees
attempting a channel crossing into the UK?
This simply 'doesn't add up'.

Interestingly, this is the same George Galloway recently 'recruited' by the UK's Westminister Government in a bid to
influence and interfere in Scotland's elections and independence referendum.

Given the indisputably 'wicked ways' of our world, such potential additional or secondary motives could exist and
certainly would warrant examination and consideration at such secondary 'level'.

UK Specific Brexit/Seperatisms: Could there be any goals or objectives which might conceivably be assisted,
strengthened, empowered or implimented by or through any of the possibly purposeful delayed actions and
responses, or other 'utilisations' (which we have witnessed).
Delays and inactions which would as a result, enable the Covid-19 pathogen to proliferate in, and spread amongst all
the people and regions, of the United Kingdom?
A question although perhaps somewhat disturbing, is certainly due consideration.

Given the often sociopathic nature manifest amongst many of the British (particularly multi-generational) political and
financial elites, any such ponderings would not be unjustifiably founded.
In a nation where many of the 'established' influential families actually have such a noted and documented disdain for
the poor and struggling, for the 'commoner' population...
A disdain which is in fact psychologically and ceremonially instilled in them:

February 10, 2017.... "Burning money in front of homeless people is claimed to be part of the initiation ceremony for
the secretive 'Bullington Club', an elite Oxford University society which boasts former Prime Minister David
Cameron and Foreign Secretary (currently UK Prime Minister) Boris Johnson among its alumni."
Unfortunately, just one such example of many.

As such, it is in fact indisputable that actions or intentions of a nature which might seem morally unfathomable to a
majority of society cannot be excluded as very real possibilities.
It must be remembered, sociopaths have little to no empathy nor conscience.

As such, it is imperative to ask... Would those in the 'Halls of Power' in Westminister allow 'the preventable deaths of
a few thousand unimportant commoners' stand in the way of any potential opportunity to derail, in any way or extent,
the worrisome Scottish (or Welsh, Northern Ireland) Independence or 'seperation' momentum (and additional
potential motives as identified) if any such opportunity might present itself?

Certainly with Scotland alone, when considering over £200 Billion annual GDP, and a national household wealth
rated at (BBC News 22/06/2018) over £1 Trillion, not to mention geopolitical consequences, the potential existence
of such motivating factors, in a secondary sense, must be considerd as certainly possible.

One notable aspect of Brexit itself, is perhaps the least talked about, yet most significant issue in a global sense, for
decades if not centuries...
Military alliances, agreements, obligations and control.
Undoubtably 'Britain' predominantly reigned over 'control and command' of all Commonwealth troops during WWI and
WWII, and equally, was predominantly free of outside influence and controls in such.

As a member of the EU and in a major war situation, this would likely be extremely different.
If such differences would in fact exist legally, contractually, by treaties or accord, then one would have to consider the
possibility of there having been such underlying motivations for such a 'Brexit' break from the EU... and as such, any
potential outside influence in military matters... perhaps right from the beginning.
Whilst one would think 'unlikely' it is important to bear all possibilities in mind.
Such plans are often made many years in advance.

3. 'THIRD PARTIES'

The potential for malicious or nefarious manipulations, intents and/or actions with respect to Covid-19 are not wholely
restricted to China nor the UK / Western Bloc 'aligned' nations.
There are many other nations and parties whom could potentially endeavor to utilize or manipulate such a
pandemic/pathogen scenario towards achieving their own particular benefits or objectives.
Both larger, more powerful, international influences, and certainly nations whose influences and concerns might be
more regionally oriented cannot be excluded, as per potential motives, within any comprehensive and genuinely
purposeful international investigations, hearings and any other such similar oriented undertakings.
Such 'Third parties' could certainly include the likes of India, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Israel, Iran, Turkey, Egypt, North
Korea, International Banking constructs, Trans-national Corporate groups/interests... in fact... a whole plethora of
players whom engage on the global chessboard of power which is our planet Earth.

Whilst this section 'Potential Motives' is certainly 'speculative' (yet based on factual analysis) in nature, it is an
essential precursor to fully comprehending the alarming implications contained within subsequent sections of this
document.

It should be essential to note:

In any national or international courts, hearings and/or investigations with respect to Covid-19 International
responsibilities and/or liabilities, any wrongful or 'based on inconclusive' assertions, conclusions and/or attempted
imposed liabilities could create situations with detrimental wide-reaching and potentially highly-destructive outcomes.

Unless any allegations and/or assertations could be firmly proven, beyond any shadow of doubts, as to be absolutely
and unquestionably conclusive in such matters, it would be an extremely dangerous violation of all principles of
justice and law to unduly assert any level of such 'claimed as legitimate' conclusions, findings and/or liabilities in such
International matters and courts.

Wrongful findings or conclusions could create, enable or empower subsequent actions, resultants and/or
undertakings, (certainly including possible subsequent asset or investment siezures) which could incite or germinate
the very real potential/result of leading to war.
Perhaps as might very well be intended and/or desired by some parties.

WAR

Any such outcome (military conflict) quite obviously could easily 'mushroom', and result in massive destructions,
casualties and losses which would detrimentally affect all, world-wide.
Additionally, any such destructive outcome would in all likelyhood dwarf any such 'alleged losses' inferred within, or
by, any such said 'inciting potential investigations and/or hearings', and any resulting potential inconclusive 'findings'
or 'conclusions' of same.
A repeated pattern seen demonstrated on multiple occasion in Middle Eastern and North African nations.

At the same time however, it is important to note, it could be utilized as the 'saving grace' of a failing elitist minority
political, financial/banking class and structure, whom tend to profit and thrive from such tragedy.
A perhaps tempting gamble to any dying former 'Empire'(s) and/or hegemonies.
One certainly needs to ask themselves if war might in fact be desired by some parties.
Such plans are often made many years in advance.

As such, threats or willingness towards engaging in any such 'military enforcement of findings', any potential
confiscation of finances or properties/investments, or any applied 'punitive international sanctions' in itself... based on
the identified 'potential motives'... could clearly indicate the 'potential pre-existence' of any such prior identified
'ulterior motives and/or objectives'.

Such an outcome could be 'prompted' by purposefully 'ignited' smaller regional conflicts which may 'draw in' any
potentially targeted nation(s)... watch for any new regional alliances or agreements.
Facts which, in themself, justify very serious consideration and deliberation.

IT SHOULD BE NOTED:
If a particular party or nation (or conglomerate of such) fostered any such plans or desires for military conflict of a
'large to very large scale' (including potentially a WWIII) there would be certain logical precursors which would be
considered as desired/essential, which would include, but is certainly not limited to:

 In any relatively affluent nation, with (particularly the young) people leading a decent life, good employment
and future prospects, nice car, a significant other (relationship), savings in the bank and other niceties... if a
government wanted volunteers/conscripts in order to send them off to an overseas war, they would likely tell
that government to 'shove off'. It would therefore be essential to ensure mass unemployment, depleted
savings, reposessed cars and homes, poverty, homelessness, hunger, and a generally unhappy public.

 It would be difficult to enact any such conscription, and garner (much needed in such cases) public support
and volunteers, for any such military efforts (which may unfold as, or be incited through, a smaller regional
conflict) without some form of common 'just cause'.

 Any nation or nations targeted for any such military engagement would need to be identified, scapegoated,
and publicly percieved and 'accepted' as 'the bad guy', the 'bogeyman'.

 It would be adventageous, well prior to any such events unfolding, and any possible conscription or calls for
volunteers, to somehow ensure as much of the 'diaspora', the citizens and residents of that country whom
may be overseas working or on holidays, are somehow incited to be back at home... and restrictions
introduced to limit and/or eliminate overseas travel. This could include the creation/introduction of a seperate
'health based' passport in guise of document or APP.

 The domestic economy would have to be 'shut down' to a greater degree, greatly reducing the number of
small businesses, not only in preperation for what would be necessary radical social and economic
adjustments in any such a larger scale 'war' footing, but also to assist in ensuring "mass unemployment,
depleted savings, reposessed cars, widespread poverty, suffering, and a generally unhappy public" for
volunteer/conscription purposes.
 It would certainly be adventageous if the general public, having been made to suffer losses, both financially
and perhaps even in lives, in naivety, were coerced or propagandised prior to any such 'opportunity to
engage' (militarily) to believe that their sufferings or losses were as a direct result of (some alleged
wrongdoings of) any such targeted nation... the 'bad guy'.

 It would be essential to 'get the population fit for fighting' and ready for military service, and as such, cut
down on their ability to over-eat, or eat well... including dining out, etc. Additionally, it would be
adventageous to engage in policies and programs aimed at 'reducing obesity levels'.

 Military engagement requires vast amounts of fossil fuels to drive 'the big military machine' including tanks,
trucks, planes, warships etc... they don't run on solar power. As such it would be necessary to make public
driving more expensive, promote non-fossil fuel transport, promote reduced heating usage, engage in
programs and economic adjustments aiming to vastly reduce public fossil fuel consumption well prior to any
such anticipated undertakings.

 Promote National Service, and promote the 'volunteer' ethics and mindset. This could include inciting the
unemployed, through economic duress or incentives, into 'voluntarily' accepting and/or 'signing-up', to
National Service prior to any potential hostilities. Any such individuals pressured into any such potential
scenario would do well to ensure a Domestic Service Only clause in any such signed agreement. Otherwise
they might find themselves 'shipped off' to an unanticipated overseas battleground, having already
unwittingly 'voluntarily' surrendered their rights.

 Endeavor to suspend, eliminate or reduce: 1. accountability of military personnel, in essence supporting


violation of International Law and Agreements, and 2. any human rights acts or legislations which may
cause hinderance to conscription, forced labour, concentration camps or other potential objectives or
possibly anticipated/planned/desired violations (ie. war crimes).

 Acclimatise the nation and population psychologically and economically, to hardships and losses.

 Implement greater levels of public surveillance and controls. Impose greater levels of censorship and control
of informations and communications. Track citizens for easy location.

 Ensure 'defense' oriented pacts, allegiances and mutual agreements between any such engaging nations
and/or potentially desired allies, and in any 'regional hotspots'... prior to any such planned major event.

 Ensure grounds based communications systems are in place and running to avert any potential logistical
sufferings due to satellte communications losses.

Do any of these bullet points, in any way, seem vaguely familiar in any recent manner, matters or events?
If one does some research, and pays attention to what is going on in the world, particularly geopolitically, they will find,
unfortunately, perhaps frighteningly... that they ALL are.

Certainly, a relatively recent American study of estimated UK conscription numbers, based on three drafts of
incrementing age groups (presumably necessitated by massive numbers of dead) , coupled with the intermittent
media 'seeding' of the merits of 'National Service' (with tabling of such proposals in UK parliament) causes question...
when viewed alongside all other facts, in the bigger picture of things.

Whilst we would certainly hope such intentions would not be fostered within our 'circles of power', it would be
extremely naive, if not outright denial to overlook any such possibilities.
Certainly some parties might have strong motives to: deny, ridicule or 'play down' any such ponderings and logical
well-founded suppositions (based on documented facts observations and analysis).
History is certainly a great teacher in these areas.

It is said that Albert Einstein had once stated something to the effect... that he wasn't quite sure what World War 3
might be fought with, but he was pretty certain World War 4 (as a result) would be fought with sticks and stones. In
other words, any such potential conflict could 'bomb' the majority of mankind right back into the stone age.

In any such an outcome, those who would suffer the greatest losses would undoubtably be the poor and suffering,
certainly the working and middle class... whose losses would be further amplified by the potential losses, or
permanent disabilities or damages, to their sons and daughters.
Cut down on the number of poor and middle class University students, governmentally advertise the merits of 'blue
collar' employment as opposed to expensive University degrees, to ensure more selective exclusion from conscription
on the basis of 'University student'... to the offspring of the affluent.
Youth sent out to battle, too many times under falsified pretence, with the real/true objective being that of protecting
the financial and political wealths and powers, or persuing geopolitical ambitions, of the elites.

It is perhaps specifically due to these very real worries and observations...


and predominantly out of concern for the youth of all nations... the youth of our World...
that all the pains and difficulties involved in the composing, expressing, and by such formal and official submission...
clearly, and on-the-record... 'voicing' these concerns, has been necessary.
Whilst one might try to claim that delving into such depths of possibilities might be 'far-reaching', they still cannot be
denied, nor excluded, as 'very real possibilities'. (Evident in subsequent sections)
Never forget... such plans are often made many years in advance.

Given the undeniably grave and potentially wide-reaching destructive and violating nature of such concerns, to simply
ignore, or try to downplay such, would be unforgivably irresponsible.

By all current and initial observations, the whole Covid-19 situation... in terms of international controversies and
politically (and financially) motivated 'finger pointings'... is steeped in ambiguities, manipulations, unwarranted bias,
far too many unknowns and far too many pressing questions... and by all appearances, currently completely lacking
in any true 'absolutes', and 'inarguably conclusive' evidence and/or facts.
As such, all possibilities warrant full investigation.

Certainly, one needs to consider...

The Covid-19 situation is nowhere near as clear and conclusive as, for example... the recent use of well over £4
Billion of UK manufactured and supplied bombs and weapons against the people and nation of Yemen... costing
countless lives and creating massive destruction and losses (the per-capita deaths and losses of such far exceeding
that of any localised/national Covid-19 outbreak).

Such UK manufactured and supplied weapons provided primarily for profiteering purposes with the undeniable
approval and complicity (and perhaps geo-political objectives) of the UK Government.

In 2018 the UK (with 0.9% of the world population) was the second largest arms exporter in the world, with 19% of
the global 'defense' market... right behind the U.S.A. (with 40% of same said market).
Yet no talk of investigations and liabilities (nor, notably, the 'carbon footprint' of such munitions').

In fact, again in example, UK manufactured rubber bullets, and their resultant civilian protestor injuries and deaths,
are sold with seemingly little or no restraint, with appearingly complete indifference to human sufferings and rights
violations, again, primarily for profiteering purposes..
This despite the UK governments accusations and condemnation of and against other countries... for 'abuse against
protestors'... but never against allied nations...
A blatant hypocriscy of which resultant injuries and deaths certainly justifying any such calls for liabilities of the UK
manufacturers... and an inarguably complicit UK Government.
Yet again, no such talk of any investigations and liabilities.

Why would the preceeding observations be important to note, and how does that relate to Covid-19?

These facts should in themselves clarify... if a nation (by way of its leadership, not its people) would engage in the
manufacture and proliferation of such weapons despite such sales being deemed unlawful, to willfully and knowingly
engage in profiteering from industries with such an obvious and indisputable 'death and destruction toll'... which
would include general population civilians...
Any such nation being on the record as clearly and officially expressing a willingness towards the use of nuclear
weapons as a pre-emptive attack... any nation which officially justifies, legalizes and supports acts of murder and
criminality by its Intelligence Services.

Any such nation with such a violent, destructive, brutal and murderous colonialist history...

Any such nation cannot in any way, be viewed (through naivety nor denial) as 'incapable' and/or 'unwilling', to
engage in, or be complicit in, any potentially malicious and/or nefarious acts or undertakings, in respect to Covid-19
or any other such pathogen, regardless of any associated losses of life.

Certainly there will be many who would like to, and may, deny such possibilities, but that is denial based on desires
rather than facts.
Denial based on what they want to believe, rather than realistic analysis of potentials.
The possibilities of which should be quite clear through and by the preceeding 'potential motives' section.
Indisputably logical and realistic observations and analysis based on facts.

In answer to the unjust and wrongful, certainly as per 'lacking in difinitive evidence' voiced 'assertions' by various
political and media figures... of 'taking China to court' and/or 'making China pay liabilities'...

These appear to be politically posturizing and public opinion molding and engineering statements, and notably the
subsequent complicit media, indisputably being utilized (perhaps in many cases unwittingly) to push political and/or
economic agenda, and perhaps agenda's of which are far less obvious... even covert.
This may unfortunately, yet realistically, include the 'first precursor steps' towards military conflict.

December 31 2019 China alerted the WHO to several cases of unusual pneumonia in Wuhan, China

January 5, 2020 Chinese officials and experts rule out the possibility it was a SARS reoccurance.

January 7, 2020 WHO officials announce they have identified a new virus, named 2019-nCoV.

January 9, 2020 China's first attributed death, a 61 year old male.

January 13, 2020 the WHO reported a case in Thailand, a woman who arrived from Wuhan.
Thailand dealt with the virus quite effectively, as did many other nations.
On January 20, 2020 a Chinese expert on infectious diseases confirmed human-to-human transmission.

On January 30, 2020 the WHO declared the coronavirus a global emergency.

TIMING... WITH US LONGER THAN REALISED

**The Sun May 11, 2020 "ILL Choir Quiz Members of two Yorkshire choirs could have been the first to catch
coronavirus in January"

It is indisputable, based on Canadian Department of Defence documents, and the Canadian Defense Ministers
testimony/answers in Canadian Parliament, that the Intelligence agencies of the FVEY, NORAD and NATO were all well
aware of, and discussing, both Wuhan and the Covid-19 situation as far back as November of 2019.
FVEY: Australia, New Zealand, United States of America, Canada the United Kingdom.
NATO: Albania, Begium (EU central), Bulgaria, Canada (FVEY, documented evidence), Croatia, Czech Republic,
Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Montenegro,
Netherlands, North Macedonia, Norway, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Turkey, the United Kingdom (FVEY,

Organised intelligence collection and planning for the government of the UK and former British Empire was

As such, it would be extremely difficult for this UK Government to try and deny knowledge of the Wuhan and virus
situation as far back as November (as per indisputable Canadian Government documents and testimonies), ...at best,
in denial, it would be absolutely impossible for this government to try and explain a lack of such knowledge by
mid-December 2019 at the very latest.

The UK Intelligence Agencies and Government would have also been undeniably well aware of the implications,
and essential/necessary actions, with respect to any such pathogen:

results of three-day simulation exercise that were 'too terrifying' to be made public."
In other words... made secret, like so much information, burned or made secret by Britain.

**In addition, the UK Government and their scientists and 'experts', would have been well aware of, and privy to, all
informations and recomendations of the (ironically) recent multi-agency high-level pandemic exercise 'Event 201'
which took place on October 18, 2019 in New York, NY.
The John Hopkins Center for Health Security in partnership with the World Economic Forum and the Bill and Melinda
Gates Foundation hosted the well-publicised Event 201, which included high level participants of International reach
and professions.
Ironically, the 'Event 201' exercise was modeled on a 'fictional coronavirus pandemic'.

It is essential for this UK Government to clarify exactly on what date the British Intelligence first had awareness of this
situation, and equally pressing... when was the UK Government first informed of such.

Did the UK Government issue bulletins to all health services to be on the lookout for any potential cases symptomatic
of Covid 19 (in any manner or level) in November 2019? December 2019?
...and if not, an explanation as to 'why' must be demanded.
Records of any 'first such' bulletins and/or notifications need to be provided clarifying exactly when the UK
Government did in fact comply with its responsibilities, obligations and duties by such notifications, identifying clearly
to whom, and all other pertinent parameters of such communications.

to WUHAN in late December and later developed a cough"
Her friends all becoming ill from mid-January.
"Chris Kemp, who runs the 'All Together Now' Community Choir, was among the first to get ill on December 27."

Quite obviously, with UK Governmental and Intelligence Agencies awareness and monitoring well before these dates,
why was this not quickly and immediately identified in January, as per any such responsibly issued "be on alert"
Nov/Dec bulletins to health services, if any had even existed.

So if the nation of China, or anyone else for that matter, are to be criticised and ostracised for any alleged delays in
detection and/or reporting or notification, why didn't the British 'World's Best' Government, and its Intelligence
Agencies and Scientific/Health Authorities (and certainly other Western governments) diagnose, identify and report
(and act) as quickly as they demand others should do?
DELIBERATE FINGER-POINTING AND SCAPEGOATING, perhaps with underlying ulterior motive.

The US/UK Government and Intelligence Agencies CLEARLY were aware (perhaps even prior to Chinese officials),
discussing and monitoring Wuhan, the virus and situation since November 2019.

Chinese government and media reports traced ('TRACED'- a labourous and time consuming process) the earliest case
in China to November 17. How could the FVEY have already known in November?

The above report is absolutely irrefutable informations, aired in Canadian Parliament and based on governmental
documents and testimony.

December 31 2019... China alerted the WHO to several cases of unusual pneumonia in Wuhan, China.
January 5, 2020... Chinese officials and experts rule out the possibility it was a SARS reoccurance.
January 7, 2020... WHO officials announce they have identified a new virus, named 2019-nCoV.

Yet the informations from Canadian Governmental Department of Defence documents makes it unquestionably
clear... ALL the Western Intelligence Agencies were monitoring and discussing Wuhan and the virus as far back as
November 2019. The whole lot of them.
How did they know so early?
Why did their respective governments (including the UK) do nothing until very late March?

The Chinese Government and Media, had retrospectively, traced back the virus as far back as November 17, 2019.
Yet according to irrefutable evidence, Canadian DoD and Intelligence agency documents, the Western Intelligence
Agencies, all of them, already appeared to know in that same time frame.

It is also absolutely indisputable (except, perhaps, by UK Governmental officials who tend to deny everything) that
British Intelligence knew about, and were discussing, both Wuhan and the virus since as far back as November 2019.
So certainly one must also assume, the UK Government were also well aware since, at the very latest, the earliest
days of December 2019.
Almost four months of deliberate inaction... why? Unless proliferation was actually desired.

results of three-day simulation exercise that were 'too terrifying' to be made public."

The UK Government clearly understood, by way of that 2016 study, the potential ramifications of just such a
'pandemic situation' and as such, there is absolutely no excuses nor acceptable explanations possible for any such
substantiatable delays and complete inaction.

The UK Government also had all the lead up awareness, and access to the results and recommendations, of the
multi-agency high-level pandemic exercise 'Event 201' which took place on October 18, 2019 in New York, NY.
In fact, it needs to be clarified if there had been any UK (governmental, medical, scientific or otherwise) delegates
and/or participants in attendance at 'Event 201'.

The UK Government undoubtably had Intelligence Agency awareness, monitoring and discussions.

Whilst some nations dealt with the virus in an immediate and effective manner, other nations did not.
As such, it appears certain nations may have been 'tailoring' actions and policies based on possible agendas or
motives which may in fact, be contrary to the public's best interests and/or security.

Measures were not implimented at all in Canada until, like the UK, mid to late March. (UK: March 23)
Unexplainable... unless of course due to ulterior motives.

Very disturbing revelations. Were the Intelligence Agencies montoring Wuhan, perhaps preemptively, and in perhaps
anticipation of an occurance? A legitimate question and concern.
Such plans are often made many years in advance.

**New York Post May 7, 2020 "Athletes at World Military Games may have brought Coronavirus to Europe" and... "A
group of French athletes who competed in Wuhan back in October fear they may have brought the virus back home -
meaning that the deadly bug may have been around months earlier than first reported."

The 7th Annual CISM (International Military Sports Council) World Games 2019 were held in Wuhan City, China on
October 15 to 30th, 2019. (Whilst 'fictional' coronavirus pandemic exercise 'Event 201' was taking place, October 18,
2019 in New York, NY)
Just under 10,000 (+massive support staff) athletes from the militaries of 109 nations competeing in 27 sports.

Canada (104 athletes) United States (172 athletes) barely a handful of medals, only a few silver, bronze.
Yet the DPR (North) Korea (156 athletes 32 medals), Italy (139 athletes 28 medals), Germany (243 athletes 45
medals), France (273 athletes 57 medals) and Poland (193 athletes 60 medals) all had impressive 'medals to
fielded participants' yields (roughly 20% avg.).

It seems incomprehensible given the 'American exceptionalism' mindset within the U.S. Government and Military, and

low yields in terms of any medals.

The CISM occurs every 4 years, the first being in 1995 in Rome.
28 years for objectives and developement, in supporting 'American Exceptionalism' and projections of power and
capabilities within such games.

ministers to discuss the rapidly escalating global coronavirus crisis, to be held on Monday (March 2, 2020) The
meeting of senior officials will be the first attended by the prime minister since the virus emerged, with 19 people
having contracted the illness so far.

Were there no meetings and/or briefings with British Intelligence/FVEY from November, 2019 to March?

**The New European June 2, 2020 "Italian health minister claims Boris Johnson told his leader the UK plan was
'Herd Immunity'."

Make no mistake, if it was the intentions of any governments and/or Intelligence Agencies to somehow utilize the
cornavirus for ulterior or nefarious purposes, then it would have been part of constructed policy to have a 'cover-story'
for allowing proliferation of the pathogen... thus... 'we aimed for herd immunity'.

lockdown sooner has 'cost a lot of lives'. Health Secretary Matt Hancock has pushed back at the adviser's comments,
saying he believes the right decision was made 'at the right time'.

In relation to:
 UK Governmental failures in both policies and logistics, and the implementations of such, with respect to
effective protective measures for UK working professionals and UK public... and a very noticable lack of
responsible levels of public notification, education and instruction. The actions of the UK government in
these latter respects could only be considered 'Ambiguous', 'Misleading' and 'devoid of crucial pertinent
facts' at best.

IMPLEMENT LATE, LIFT EARLY

**The Guardian May 3, 2020 "UK lockdown must not be lifted until Covid-19 transmission is understood, say
scientists."

**Sputnik News May 6, 2020 "Chinese Ambassador slams British MPs for 'Cold War Mindset' urges 5-point
post-covid strategy" and... 'Anti-Chinese' rhetoric would harm ties between the two nations and block international
efforts to fight the ongoing coronavirus pandemic"

It's a strange state of affairs when even the nation being scapegoated by the UK Government and media, is urging
the UK Government to take a more dilligent, intelligent and professional approach to the crisis.

In response to such urgings...


**The Guardian June 25, 2020: "Boris Johnson wants Britain to go to the pub - and forget about the 65,700 dead"
and... "The government is hoping a summer of sunshine and beer will erase the avoidable loss of tens of thousands
to coronavirus"

**The Daily Mail June 26, 2020: "WHO warns that millions more could die in a coronavirus second wave if pandemic
picks up again with cooler temperatures in September."
Statement by Dr. Ranieri Guerra, assistant director-general for strategic initiatives, WHO.
Sentiments echoed by the European Central Bank Chief, Christine Legarde.

The late, haphazzard and half-assed engagement of measures... complete with lacking, conflicting and confusing
informations... late implimentations, and the subsequent premature emergence from lockdown... all strongly indicate
underlying intentions aiming for failure.

Failure of course, unless the objectives of continued proliferation and the associated social/economic impacts were
actually desired, and being infused into undertakings and policy making.
Such objectives perhaps unbeknownst to all but those at the highest levels of the UK (and other complicit)
Government and/or Intelligence Agency authorities.

many governments and people don't reflect this. It shouldn't be this way."

So one must again ponder the question of WHY?


In the accepted course and application of any thorough investigative undertakings, one must always give full due
consideration to, and closely examine... any and all 'potential motives'.

All informations, all appearances, currently point towards an agenda aiming to facilitate proliferation of this pathogen.
Not 'simply' continued engagement towards 'herd immunity' in a stealth manner, as there is no guarantee of 'herd
immunity'... as had been clearly pointed out in the submitted March 3rd document :

"There has not in fact, even been enough time to determine any possible mutating or evolvement tendencies or
resultants. Any potential 'tested' vaccines or means of controls will only apply to an unmutated or un-evolved virus,
and may lose any potential effectiveness against any potential offshoots or 'rogue' strains'."

Herd Immunity (like attempting to achieve herd immunity to the constantly mutating Influenza virus) was never a
feasable option, early reinfection cases (14%) certainly indicated as such.
This raises a legitimate question... "Was the objective actually 'Herd Immunity'? or was the objective, from the very
beginning, to foster or encourage 'controlled widespread damages and sufferings' in order to assist or enable various
potential ulterior motives?"

It must be acknowledged, most governmental and corporate structures are pyramidic, with agenda and directions
coming from the top on downwards.
Those subservient levels of managerial and supervisory staffings are generally 'unquestioning' to their directives...
their well paid salaries and prestige of position dependent on unquestioning obedience.
This needs to be remembered throughout this document.
It is not inconcievable that the vast majority of such individuals could be utilized to empower any such potential
motives, but could at the same time, be unwitting to any such true intended purposes.
(This is addressed further in subsequent sections)

REPORTING

**Metro June 1, 2020 "Further 445 deaths added to official toll and not reported in daily increase."

Having monitored the Gov.uk website page: "Coronavirus cases in the UK: daily updated statistics" essentially every
day since its implimentation, the situation was extremely frustrating.

Who in their right mind would take that same days' 'Number of infections as of 9 a.m' and the previous days' 'Number
of deaths, previous day as of 5 p.m'... and 'ensure' to 'report daily by 2 p.m'?
This in itself made no sense... why not take the previous day reported deaths and reported infections both as of 5
p.m., and report these figures to the public the following day by 10 a.m. sharp, and consistently? No delays, no
excuses.

Also, quite oddly, there were some days statistics were lodged as stating: Xx,xxx have 'sadly' died, yet on other days,
for no apparent reasonings, stating: Xx,xxx have died... Why?
Is it that on 'sadly' died days more 'economically active' (quoting Priti Patel) had died?
Perhaps on non-sadly days those people were somehow less important?
Whilst this might seem insignificant, it was not a one-off occurance, but quite a regular discrepancy, and as such,
very disturbing.

The very construct of UK Governmental informations and reporting itself reeked of intended manipulations of some
sort (thus the daily monitoring from the very start).
There were several instances where there was complete failure, or excessive tardiness, with little or no explanation,
to update/provide the latest numbers/figures (and never on time).

There were far too many days the information was posted (just as the Government's address to the people was
broadcast) after 5 p.m. or later (as opposed to the assured 2 p.m.).
Certain impactive announcements made on a Friday (markets cease trading until Monday morning!)
This puzzled me for a short while until I realised what was going on...
the 'market'/FTSE ceases trading subsequent to 4:30-4:35 p.m., Post Close from 4:40 to 5:15 p.m.
A revelation reflecting the overall approaches, undertakings and policies...
All about the economics, and protecting the markets, shareholders, corporate interests.

Ironically a thorough perusal of the official 'Event 201' (October 18, 2019, New York, NY) website, particularly the
'about', the 'players' and the 'recommendations' sections show a consistent and dominating 'corporate' bent,
continually stressing 'cooperation between industries (corporate), national governments, and key International
institutions (corporate). Notably lacking in empathy for the public suffering.
Seemingly far more focused on economics and financial aspects than human life (thus the World Economic Forum
participation) and urging increased 'private sector' engagement in such instances.

The Event 201 recommendations included:

"Travel and trade are essential to the global economy as well as to national and even local economies, and they
should be maintained even in the face of a pandemic"... a section notably more focused on economics than human
lives.

and...
"Business leaders and their shareholders should actively engage with governments and advocate (ie. 'lobby') for
increased resources (ie. MONEY) for pandemic preparedness."

and...
"International organizations should prioritize reducing economic impacts of epidemics and pandemics. Much of the
economic harm resulting from a pandemic is likely to be due to counterproductive behaviour of individuals,
companies and countries. For example, actions that lead to disruption of travel and trade or that change consumer
behaviour can greatly damage economies"... again showing focus on corporate economics over human lives.

and...
"a need to identify critical nodes of the banking system and global and national economies that are too essential to
fail" ... 'too essential to fail'... memories of the 'banker bailouts'.

and, concerningly...
"Governments and the private sector should assign a greater priority to developing methods to combat mis- and
disinformation prior to the next pandemic response. Governments will need to partner with traditional and social
media companies to research and develop nimble approaches to countering misinformation. This will require
developing the ability to flood media with fast, accurate and consistent information. Public health authorities should
work with private employers and trusted community leaders such as faith leaders, to promulgate factual information
to employees and citizens. Trusted, influential private sector employers should create the capacity to readily augment
public messaging, manage rumors and misinformation, and amplify credible information to support emergency
public communications."

and...
"For their part, media companies should commit to ensuring that authorative messages are prioritized and that false
messages are suppressed including through the use of technology. "

The overwhelmingly worrisome part of that whole section is the underlying potential imposition of a:
"We are right, and anyone who disagrees with us will be silenced by our organised power and authority" collective
mindset and structure... certainly implications of a potential underlying threat of 'Tyranny'.

Overall, if one is to read through all the officially presented informations with respect to 'Event 201', it conveys the
direct opposite of the ending statement on the aformentioned March 3, 2020 document submitted to this UK
Goverment. That is...

"Human life and well-being must take precedent over revenues, targets, profits and markets."
TO BE NOTED FROM THE PRECEEDING PASSAGES:

1. "authorative messages are prioritized and that false messages are suppressed"... Who is it that determines which
'messages' are to be deemed as 'false', and in what manner? For example, would this factually based and
factually substantiated document, of which the content not only points out pertinent issues, but in fact raises
awareness in respect to protective measures, also be suppressed?

2. " flood media with fast, accurate and consistent information" and... "promulgate factual information" and... "amplify
credible information" ...This unfortunately reeks of 'You will do as we say' and 'We will decide what is truth and the
public have no right to communicate debate, dissent or question'.
Lockdown the public, and restrict and censor their communications.

The following sections will not only examine additional areas raising concerns, but will certainly clarify 'just how well'
the UK Government and media have been doing with the above "TO BE NOTED" number 2.

MASKS

The Independent June 23, 2020 "Luton and Blackburn put on highest Covid-19 alert level, as face mask rules spark
confusion across England"

Just as all the rules, all the instructions, all the informations... have sparked confusion... and most certainly (and
perhaps deliberately) instilled a 'false sense of security' which has facilitated proliferation of the Covid-19 pathogen.

This in-depth medical and scientific article includes data from testing and observational studies, variables analysis,
charts and data, and provides full reference list.
2,333 unique articles were retrieved from Pubmed, EMBASE and Web of Science, and 31 relevant publications from
reference lists. Of the 334 full text articles assessed for eligibility, 305 did not meet exclusion criteria.
The resultatnt article includes 6 RCTs (Randomized Controlled Trial) and 23 observational studies.

The article itself is quite in-depth and technical, and for those who desire a thorough and authorative understanding in
this subject, it is strongly recommended reading.
Specifically focused on comparison between N95 respirators, medical grade masks, and the 'common' cloth, cotton
and paper disposable masks (which is what most of the UK public is wearing).

It includes...

"The emergence of novel respiratory pathogens, such as severe acute respiratory syndrome, (SARS) - Coronavirus
(SARS- CoV) and pandemic H1N1 influenza (pH1N1) highlighted the vulnerability of healthcare workers (HCWs) to
respiratory infections. Nonpharmaceutical interventions, such as respiratory personal protective equipment (rPPE),
are particularly important to decrease the occupational risk of respiratory infection when vaccination or specific
anti-infective treatments are unavailable. "

and...

"Medical masks can help to protect users from large respiratory droplets. They vary in thickness and permeability
and are not certified to protect users from airborne infection. N95 respirators are specifically designed to protect
users from small airborne particles, including aerosols. Strict regulations dictate the filtration efficiency and breathing
resistance of N95 respirators, which also require fit-testing to ensure a tight seal around the user's face. "

The articles technical informations are 'far too much' for the purpose of this document but should be required
reading for every UK Government policy maker. The following excerpts should be noted:

"With one exception, case control studies consistentley reported a protective effect of medical masks against SARS.
Compared to "no rPPE" controls, N95 respirators conferred protection against confirmed SARS-CoV infection in 2 of
3 case-control studies.
No protective effect against SARS was reported for disposable, cotton or paper masks."

**People right on top of each other, ignoring even the most minimal 'social distancing'. thinking they are 'safe'
because they are wearing a mask, this is occuring throughout the UK because of a lack of proper (as in 'any at all')
governmental public instruction and information.
It also appears there have been no actual 'standards' of mask pubicised nor set in any legislations in respect to
wearing, effectiveness and fines/penalisation.
An instilled false sense of security.

and...

"Continuous adjustments and inappropriate wearing may even reverse the benefits of N95 respirators (and as such,
obviously... masks) through the contamination of hands, face and other PPE. "

**Both continuous adjusting and inappropriate/improper wearing rampant throughout the UK because of the blatant
lack of full and proper (as in 'any') governmental instruction and information.
Again, resultant of a false sense of security instilled due to lack of proper education to these facts.
The study also addresses the very relevant issues of training/knowledge, and proper fitment/wearing and other
various 'confounders'.

Summations included...

"We found evidence to support universal medical mask use in hospital settings as part of infection control
measures... N95 respirators may convey greater protection, but universal use throughout a work shift is likely to be
less acceptable due to greater discomfort. "

and...

"Our analysis confirms the effectiveness of medical masks and respirators against SARS.
Disposable, cotton or paper masks are not recommended."

and...

"The confirmed effectiveness of medical masks is crucially important for lower-resource and emergency settings
lacking access to N95 respirators. In such cases, single-use medical masks are preferrable to cloth (and paper)
masks, for which there is no evidence of protection and which might facilitate transmission of pathogens when
used repeatedly without adequate sterilization."
"We found no clear benefit of either medical masks or N95 respirators against pN1H1. However, current policies
mandating standard and droplet precautions when performing routine care for influenza patients are reasonable.
RCTs conducted in community settings have demonstrated protective effects of medical masks in combination with
hand-hygiene and other infection control interventions. "

The UK public were not informed of any of these extremely pertinent facts, nor in the most essential basics, the do's
and don'ts of wearing a mask.
This, in addition to reducing social distancing and the likewise lack of proper instruction regarding gloves, is in
essence introducing endangerment to the UK public through both a lack of proper informations and instruction,
resulting in the instilling of a 'false sense of security'.
A simple 5 minute walk, through any publicly occupied areas, will show violations of all sensibilities with respect to
masks, gloves and distancing rampant throughout the UK, because of a lack of proper (as in 'any') governmental
public education, instruction and information.

SUMMATION AND (UK) OBSERVATIONS


WITH RESPECT TO THE PRECEEDING QUOTED REPORT:

It would certainly be agreed, and as had been clearly indicated within that document, that the use of masks to attempt
to reduce the levels and potentials of airborne 'large respiratory droplets' is without any arguement, a 'reasonable'
strategy, however the following must be noted...

1. The use of a mask does not, in even the most insignificant levels, reduce nor eliminate the necessity of the
practice of proper 'social distancing'.
As reported in my original March 3, 2020 formally and officially submitted document, the Covid-19 pathogen can be
airborne up to 3 meters... this does not take into account the elongating effects of wind/breeze on pathogen travel
distance, it does not include the 'effective shortening' of a maintained essential 2 meter social distance, if for
example, one individual is walking directly behind another individual and into their exhailed airborne (non-visible)
exhaled particulates.

The UK Governments 'shortening' of social distancing from 2m down to 1m, was further basterdized by the UK
Governments announcements, which roughly equated to:
'You no longer have to maintain a 2m distance, 1m is now ok (Why? Did the UK Government make some sort of
treaty with the pathogen? Or have SAGE scientists observed it as getting very tired?) but if you can't, if you have to
get closer than one meter, its ok, but try not to, try stay one meter when you can'
...and similar completely ambiguous malarkey.

A pathogen doesn't give a damn about politics, economic policies, or imposed regulatory parameters, 'it is what it
is' and will behave in a manner defined by its characteristics and parameters, not by politically oriented policies based
on economic and corporate desires or objectives.

All UK Governmental policies and advice with respect to COVID-19 must be based on scientific knowledge and facts
of any such pathogen.
Formulated, constructed and tailored with the best interests and protection of the UK public taking precedent over all
other considerations, particulary those of a political or corporate nature.
This 1m reduction... coupled with an improperly/inadequately informed UK public on mask (and glove) usage simply
emboldens people... through such governmentally induced ignorance of facts, and false sense of security... to
violate all sensibilities.

It is the obligation, responsibility and duty of the UK Government, its representative departments, agencies,
employees and representatives, to very clearly inform and educate the UK public to all such facts.
Failure to do so contributes to nothing less than the cultivation of a "false sense of security".
A false sense of security will quite obviously contribute to proliferation of a pathogen.
Perhaps as may have been intended.

2. Non-medical grade cloth, cotton or paper disposable masks may help reduce, to a point, levels of (larger) airborne
particulates breathed out into the shared public environment, a good thing, but such masks,as has been scientifically
tested documented and verified, provide zero protection from the COVID-19 pathogen.
In fact many of the (more responsible/legitimate) packagings of such masks bear a legal disclaimer which states such
facts.

This situation is further damned by the improper fitment and wearing, the constant touching and adjusting with
potentially contaminated hands (which have touched everything around), the improper or unsuitable storage...
and the consistent/multiple usage without appropriate sterilization, and certainly the complete apparent lack of any
clearly defined... particularly by the UK Government in relation to the Covid-19 pandemic... filtration (or other
applicable) standards.
As had been clearly indicated in the aforementioned IDSA publication "and which might facilitate transmission of
pathogens when used repeatedly without adequate sterilization".

Again... It is the obligation, responsibility and duty of the UK Government, its representative departments, agencies,
employees and representatives, to very clearly inform and educate the UK public to all such facts. Failure to do so
contributes to nothing less than the cultivation of a false sense of security which can only lead to increased
proliferation of the pathogen.

3. The situation as a whole was further damned by the UK Governments completely irresponsible approach to the
wearing of latex or protective gloves, again completely lacking in any proper and fully legitimate instruction (just as
with masks and social distancing) as to the proper and appropriate use of such gloves.

The amount of people observed... walking around wearing gloves for hours, some of which were visibly filthy,
touching everything and then certainly and as observed, touching their face, adjusting their hair, scratching their
nose, nonchalantly handling items, passed to or touched by others... was very disturbing.
The discarding of contaminated PPE anywhere and everywhere, also very disturbing.
There has additionally been a notable lack of notifications as to the importance of adequate disposal of such
contaminated materials.

This widespread ignorance and the very dangerous false sense of security both being a direct result of the failure of
the UK Government to properly educate, inform and instruct the UK public.

Just how much money was spent on agencies and stupid 'three line' politically oriented slogans, media propaganda,
and full page newspaper ads devoid of any real substantial information and instruction...
just absolute 'eye-candy' rubbish catchphrases, and jinglist mantras.
Wash your hands and sing 'Happy Birthday'.

Perhaps in honesty, the UK Government should have used:

"STAY VAGUE - CONFUSE THE MESSAGE - BLAME THE PUBLIC"

It is, and has been, the failures of obligation, responsibility and duty of the UK Government, its representative
departments, agencies, employees and representatives, which is wholely and directly responsible for the very
dangerous and widespread current environment of shortfalls in personal common-sense safety and the pervasive
induced false sense of security which has empowered and enabled the resurgence of infection now plaguing and
endangering the United Kingdom.
It is impossible to believe the top leaders and experts of this country could be so naive to the facts and issues, this
needs to be deliberated.

Looking back to the 'Recommendations' of the October 18, 2019 pandemic (coronavirus) exercise 'Event 201'...
organised and held by the John Hopkins Center for Health Security, the World Economic Forum and the Bill and
Melinda Gates Foundation... as was highlighted in this document under 'TO BE NOTED:

"amplify credible information"

One really needs to ask "How well are they doing... with the whole 'accurate, factual and credible information' thing?"

Murphy, NJ; Gavin Newsom, CA and Gretchen Whimer, MI. Those five states subsequently having disproportionately
high Covid-19 deaths)

**Sky News June 22, 2020 "Coronavirus: daughter of suspected COVID-19 victim begins legal action against Matt
Hancock."
and... "Dr. Cathy Gardner has demanded the health secretary retract his claim that he placed a 'protective ring'
around care homes."

Considering the Prime Minister 'protected the nation' by instructing everybody to sing 'Happy Birthday'... Did Health
Secretary Matt Hancock provide a 'protective ring' around care homes by suggesting they all sing 'Ring around the
Rosie'? You do not 'create a protective ring' for vulnerable seniors by instituting the placing of danger inside that
same ring.

The UK Government (at its highest levels) it could appear, may have actually possessed devised intentions, as
such, to knowingly introduce the danger of this virus into the care-home environment.

government's strategy. Those present say it was "herd immunity, protect the economy and if that means some
pensioners die, too bad."

It is absolutely indisputable, based on documented facts and evidence, that despite any arguements to the contrary,
the UK Government was in fact embarking upon an alleged Herd Immunity outlook and approach right from the

Alleged, as one must bear in mind the very realistic possibilities of multiple potential ulterior motives.

When one examines all facts and informations both current, and in retrospect, it's very difficult to logically conclude
anything other than that which the overwhelming implications dictate...
Despite any protests to the contrary, this UK Government appears to have been continually, from the start, engaging
in a stealth manner, the continuance of such Herd Immunity oriented decisions, policies and actions. Perhaps not so
much for 'herd immunity' as much as to 'ensure proliferation' of the pathogen.

Should it be considered safe for children to be in the close confined quarters of a classroom, in higher density and
close proximity settings, are they somehow immune to the effects of Covid-19, and could this in fact facilitate the
transmission of the pathogen between families even during a lockdown period?

Certainly given all the widely available and authorative informations with respect to this issue, and certainly, again,
bearing in mind the statement of Graham Medley, the government's chief pandemic modeller in respect to ensuring
effective engagement of a 'herd immunity' strategy (ensuring adequate and widespread proliferation of the
pathogen) ...

Could there be a better means to ensure continued (and increased) proliferation of the pathogen, spreading from
family to family, even within a 'lockdown'?
The number of hypocracies in relation to everything the public is being told, and told to do, is quite baffling.

Certainly this area could use further investigation and informations, but is minimalised for the purposes of this
document, given some of the far more pressing concerns and observations.

The Independent May 6, 2020 "Hospitals could be blamed for NHS staff deaths as coroners barred from investigating
government failings."
This certainly brings to mind...
Matt Hancock deflecting blame for inadequate PPE supplies by insinuating that 'overuse' by NHS staff is the problem,
lecturing them PPE is a 'precious resource'... is this man stupid?
(PPE issues having been previously identified and clarified to a sufficient extent in this document)
At this point in time, even to the grossly uninformed, it is quite obvious that the delays, lack of proper public
informations and education, and the lack of logical concerted efforts and policies by the UK Government, the illogical
and constantly changing demands... all highly questionable... are wholely to blame for the sufferings and losses of the
UK and UK society.

Yet the media quote UK politicans and representatives spewing an absolute stinking sewage of denial from their
mouths, blaming the public, blaming health services, even attempting to lay blame on China, all the while refusing to
look into the mirror of truth and responsibility to address the truly guilty parties.

To anyone of reasonable intelligence whom has read through this document, it is absolutely 'crystal-clear' that full
responsibilities for all the failures, all the sufferings, all the losses, lay firmly upon the UK Government, whom, through
their Intelligence agencies, would have been well aware of the virus and Wuhan situation since November of 2019.

Yet this UK Government in its far too typical and consistent refusals, denials and complete lack of any accountability
(or honesty) continually point the finger of blame at everyone but themselves.

A very interesting, and perhaps appropriate biblical quote came up within some search results while researching...

"For they bind heavy burdens that are grievous to be borne, and lay them on men's (the UK public) shoulders; but
they themselves (the UK government) will not lift a finger to help them. "

Perhaps an apt description of current events.

document, as these issues are in fact, for the most part, common public knowledge.
The governments blame shifting, complete lack of accountability, and shameless lack of responsibility quite visible to

There has beens a visible unified propensity amongst certain western nations, both by their politicians and a complicit
media, to 'finger point' all responsibilities towards China.
Behaviours still continuing to date, and perhaps 'almost too handy'.

These actions and behaviours may be rooted in, prompted by, or at the behest of... certain powerful nations and/or
organisations and agendas... agendas which have very little to do with Covid-19 itself, but most certainly utilize (and
in fact, as documented even 'embrace') the virus, its occurance, and its proliferation... 'as a means to an end'.

It is quite obvious, and in fact confirmed by evidence, that the FVEY, NATO, NORAD intelligence agencies (and thus,
logically, individuals within their governments) were well aware of, and monitoring, Wuhan and the virus as far back

between such 'demonisations or 'scapegoating' and the undeniablely legitimate 'potential ulterior motives' should at
this point, through the previous informations, be fairly clear.

'scapegoated' in this issue for geopolitical and economic reasons which may extend to military ambitions or

 Continued UK Governmental propensity towards the preservation and protection (and supplementing of) the
economic well-being of a minority affluent 'economic elite'... taking precedent over the lives and well-being
of a struggling UK general public

Close examination of both the policies, and documented expenditures undertaken and implimented in the course of
this crisis indicate very clearly, a focus on support and preference to the corporate sector (exactly in line with official
recommendations of the World Economic Forum "fictional" coronavirus pandemic exercise which took place in New
York, NY on October 18, 2019).

The imbalances being quite obvious to the vast majority of small business owners and self-employed in the UK, many
of whom (rightfully) feel things are being utilized or manipulated to put many struggling businesses 'under' and place
a much larger share of the market into corporate hands.

The observable act of 'putting up the homeless in hotels'... portrayed as an act of kindness... whilst hotels were
closed for business, and then uncerimoniously ejecting those same homeless back out into the streets as soon as
hotels were 'open for business' again, being a clear example.

Encouraging people to almost patriotically "Go drink in the pubs, save our country" and the governmental
supplimenting of meals/dinners focused towards corporate chains... all at the same time facilitating spread of the
pathogen.

THE POOR SUFFER DISPROPORTIONATELY

"Analysis shows Covid-19 disproportionately affecting those living in 'the equivalent of Victorian slums'

Whilst this particular section could use, and certainly warrants, far greater in-depth examination and information, it will
have to be left brief due to the need to address far more pressing issues and informations (which follow).

Currently, being now in excess of 35 days past the originally anticipated completion of this document, and this on top
of the struggle to be able to write and research at all... in a life with no electricity, light, windows, heat or any other
assumed as normally accessible ammenities... these more pressing issues must take precedent. These issues also
being of far greater importance than any personal hardships.

The damning delays caused by one simple factor... the deeper that one looks, it becomes exceedingly clear...the
deeper one must dig.
The understanding and perspectives of what is actually transpiring 'right under our noses' ...having expanded,
clarified, and certainly changed during such investigation and analysis.
The distressing natures of which has only become far more pronounced.

It is absolutely undoubtable at this point, the public is being subjected to the deliberate and forceful implimentation of
socio-economic engineering and restructuring, and as part and parcel of such undertakings... are concurrently being
subjected to nothing less than psychological grooming.

The original March 3, 2020 formal and official submission to the UK Government was made due to growing alarm at
the 'seemingly' complete lack of awareness and response to the CoV pandemic unfolding, by the UK Government.

Their lack of prompt, logical and concerted actions subsequent to that submission, and the resultant spread of the
virus, senseless loss of lives, mayhem and destruction... coupled with observations of continued 'questionable
conduct, policies and actions'... prompting this document.

In embarking initially into this undertaking, as a follow-up to the March 3, 2020 'Urgent Legal Notification' re:
COVID-19 (made to the UK Government) it could never have been anticipated the 'rabbit holes' such research would
lead to.
All of which will require much more digging, particularly by both the UK publics representative MPs and some capable
and responsible investigative journalists.

It took far more time and effort than could have ever been anticipated, and has been extremely tiring, particularly
psychologically. The discoveries and revelations to date have been quite distressing.
At the same time, however, it became very clear that most of this was not being clearly identified nor addressed in
the media... mainstream or otherwise, in any manner to convey, to a degree, the whole.

It became extremely obvious that the vast majority of the public were in fact, completely unaware of so many pressing
issues, involved parties, potential ulterior motives being implemented, and certainly undeniable facts and official
statements.
Sleepwalking, as you will.

Far too many members of the UK public sense (and express as such) that something 'just insn't right'.

It had became obvious, in terms of personal human responsibility, the necessity to press on.
No matter how tiring, no matter how possibly thankless... it had to be done.

The informations and particulars to this point have been essential to the foundation of understanding the whole... the

More than £11 Million was paid for the defunct tracing APP, paid to 'Faculty' the same 'Vote Leave' artificial
intelligence company which has links to senior Tory figures in Downing Street and the Cabinet Office Minister of State
'Lord' Theodore Agnew. The same 'Vote Leave' campaign involving 'Cambridge Analytica'.
'Faculty' is run by Marc Warner, whose brother Ben Warner, a data scientist, was reportedly recruited to Downing
Street last year by Cummings.
Perhaps a 'cozy little den of thieves'.

Warner, like Cummings, also attended SAGE meetings... undeniably a 'pressuring' presence.
Pressuring in support of particular agendas and objectives.
The tracking and tracing 'APP' fiasco, with very little doubt, was not much less than fraud, plain and simple. Both
Apple and Google had released 'boiler plate' code examples for implementing an 'app' using their own tracing API.
Anyone with a computer could utilize this and essentially build the app for free.
£11 Million pounds in funds for developement is far beyond any understanding of 'reasonable'.

Like the £14 Million paid to pals for non-existent ferries, just the small tip of a much larger criminally fraudulent
'iceberg' that the UK public, for the most part, do not see.
All alarmingly similar to the post-Soviet collapse kleptocracy environ, whithin which a 'new' capitalist class of oligarchs
are created and empowered through such public asset stripping and multiple forms and avenues of corporate
subsidizations... as has been witnessed.
The creation of a heavily financed ideologically coherent grouping, certainly which could be construed as 'regime
change tactics'. Power and control.
There are certainly changes currently occuring, somewhat forcefully, affecting such parameters.
Regime change tactics certainly being a specialty of Cambridge Analytica.

Both 'Faculty' and 'Cambridge Analytica' having links with Dominic Cummings, austensibly PM Boris Johnson's 'chief
advisor'. Although there are questions as to who is exactly in charge of whom.
Cummings, a man whom, according to evidence published by the Electoral Commission, played a central role in a
scheme that resulted in 'Vote Leave' being judged to have broken the law.
Like the Tracing APP, like the lack of 'competitive tender' in the Palantir contract, certainly just like the 'AggregateIQ'
controversy, the non-existent ferries, like much UK governmental corruption and nepotism.
ALL lacking both meaningful thorough investigation... and penalties, dismissals and prosecutions.

Dr. Alastair Carmichael MacWilson, founding director of 'Cambridge Analytica', is a 'cyber security' professional who
is also the chair of the Institute of Information Security Professionals, and of 'Qufaro' as well as a principal at the
'Chertoff Group'.
MacWilson spent 17 years in the British Foreign Service, working on 'technical and political risk analysis' in the
former USSR and in the Middle East.
It should be quite obvious to all but the extremely naive, that Dr. Alastair Carmichael MacWilson is more likely than
not... a multidecadal British Intelligence operative/officer, as likewise, one might suspect is Dominic Cummings.

Dr. MacWilson's 'Qufaro' has initiated the establishment of 'The National College of Cyber Security' ...to be focused
towards 16-19 year olds, and based in Block G of Bletchley Park.
Bletchley Park, in Milton Keyes UK, was the principal centre of Allied code-breaking during the Second World War.
Perhaps a fitting setting.

It would be safe to bet 'The National College of Cyber Security' will potentially serve as a developement and
recruitment center for the UK's expanding international cyber warfare and hacking undertakings.
The very same actions and undertakings the UK Government condemns and accuses other nations of!

Dr. MacWilson's Institute of Information Security Professionals, 05660850, Incorprated December 21, 2005 and
based in London, were appointed in 2012 by the NCSC, National Cyber Security Centre (UK) to provide certification
for UK government information assurance (IA) professionals.

The UK Governmental NCSC, with over 1,000 employees and an annual budget of £1.9 Billion (a budget averaging
£1.9 Million per employee) is obviously involved in far more than the government stated 'provides advice and support
for the public and private sector in how to avoid computer security threats'.

The NCSC is in fact the replacement/successor to the UK Governmental CESG, Communications-Electronics


Security Group, itself an Intelligence and Security organisation which worked under the auspice and direction of the
UK Governmental GCHQ... British Intelligence.
The GCHQ is based in 'The Doughnut' in the suburbs of Cheltenham, UK.

The Independent January 10, 2020 "UK is nearly ready to launch force (NCF) to hit hostile countries with cyber
attacks" and... "The specialist unit will be dedicated solely to offensive action to combat security threats, extremism,
hackers, disinformation and election interference"
In close examination and analysis, a very concerning 'mandate' which can be utilized not only internationally, but as
should be far more concerning to the UK public... domestically.

The NCF to be operated jointly by the MoD and the GCHQ and would likely work alongside the aforementioned
NCSC, in 'The Doughnut'.
Where will the National Cyber Force (NCF) find: the appropriate staff, with the rights skills/knowledge base(1), and
essentially 'vetted' in terms of security(2)...?

The seemingly 'undismissable' Dominic Cummings appears to hold weights and influence which would vastly exceed
that expected of one simply an unelected employee, a 'chief advisor'.
An individual, having been found to have played a pivotal role in a scheme judged to have broken laws, who can
simply refuse to appear before parliament in order to answer to such charges/allegations.

Dominic Cummings 'has been around'.. as far back as the 1990's (94-97, just prior to my own arrival in Russia) he
worked in Russia, for 'Global Fund Management' (did this include derivatives, hedging, speculation?), hired by a
Denis Smyslov, Cummings bearing endorsement through recommendation from right-wing Professor and former
advisor to Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher, the late 'Norman Stone' of Oxford.

Denis Smyslov now apparently lives in Lithuania but apparently co-owns British company '100nuts Ltd' which it
appears was co-founded with an Erwin Parviz on November 27, 2017

as far as can be seen) as some sort of 'dietary' APP (Apps again!) which had (as of February 1, 2019) recieved at
least £220,000 of 'start-up funding' via 'SeedLegals'.

Given the 'Cummings advised ' PM Boris Johnson's recent public/media push towards diet and 'the UK obesity
problem' the statement by 'Erwin Parviz' in an interview February 2019... "The overweight and obesity rates in the UK
are a sad and ominous illustration of the issue. It is also probably the tip of the iceberg"... certainly makes one curious
if the Cummings-connected former Russian KGB affiliated "Foreign Relations Institute" fellow 'Denis Smyslov' and his
'partner' Erwin Parviz are 'next in line' for a few misdirected £Millions in UK Government App funding (or is it money
channeling?).

Its interesting to note: Parviz stated in that February 2019 interview "All the founders (is there more than two?) are
keen mountaineers, trail runners or long-distance cyclists" Strange, no mention of skiing.
Parviz is born 1970, making him 50 years of age, Smyslov born 1967 making him 53.
There is a "keen" RUSSIAN long-distance cyclist by the name of 'Denis Smyslov' who competed (for Russia) in the
men's team pursuit at the 2000 Summer Olympics. One small discrepency, that particular Denis Smyslov was born in
St. Petersburg Russia on January 5, 1979, making him just 41.

A cursory check of Denis Smyslov's history shows that he lists as President and CEO of '000 Premium Engineering'
2000-2016 based in Moscow, Russian Federation.
An engineering, procurement and Construction (EPC) business focused on projects in oil and gas, power, metals and
mining industries.
During that same period, specificall from 2009-2016 Smyslov is also listed as the 'Founder' of 'Technopress
Publications' also, apparently based in Moscow, Russian Federation.
However, during that same time period of Moscow based business, Smyslov is also listed as 'Co-Founder' 2011-2015
Valle Stura Heli-ski based in ITALY where (on the official website) Smyslov is pictured, and quoted as "leaving
Moscow by 6am and on the slopes by 10am"
But now here's the thing, during this same 'Moscow, Russian Federation/Italy' based period, Smyslov is also listed as
'Co-Founder' in 'CBM Partners Corporation' 2010-2015 based Flora Vista, New Mexico, USA

CBM Partners Corp. of Flora Vista New Mexico had a 'local' (confirmed to be still living local to date, Sept. 2020)
American, Tom Blair, as 'President', from Feb 2010 to Feb 2015, the same years Smyslov is running all three other
enterprises... 000 Premium Engineering, Technopress Publications and Valle Stura Heli-Ski, coincidentally, Tom's
'languages' are indicated as English, and Russian.

Tom had left the Dugan Production Corporation (140 employees, $58Million USD annual sales) after 35 years service,
to join Smyslov in running CMB Partners for 5 years. 2010-2015.
Yet it seems impossible to find any info on CMB Partners Corporation in New Mexico, the closest being CmB Oil and
Gas New Mexico LLC, 201 Main Street Suite 2700, Fort Worth, Texas... but there is little to nothing on this entity
either.
How on earth did Smyslov ALSO end up in this partnership, in the USA.
Tom Blair is currently listed as 'Manager' at TSB Operating LLC based in Aztec, New Mexico, with little to date found
on this company.
Mr Smyslov's (Dominic Cummings former employer in Moscow ) similarly non-UK resident partner in the UK company
'100nuts' is Mr Erwin Khan Parviz D.O.B September 1970 who worked from April 2012 to April 2017 at SberBank CIB
in Moscow, Russian Federation, in the Global Markets Division.
He apparently built and led a 30+ people unit focused on structured financing and derivatives.
Prior to this Erwin Parviz worked for Citi Bank in London, United Kingdom as Global head of structuring and
Quantative Investment Strategies Cross Assset Division- Global markets from 2008-Aug 2011.
From Dec 2002- Sept 2008 Erwin was Global head of Hybrid Structuring, Managing Director focused on
hybrid/multi-asset derivatives and fund linked products- Global markets.
Erwin Khan Parviz apparently worked for the Societe Generale, the Paris based French banking giant, from
December 1995 to December 2002. He apparently holds a Master of Science in Financial Mathematics from Pierre
and Marie Curie University, and an Engineer degree from Telecom Paris Tech.

Why did Smyslov's involvements with ALL FOUR of his enterprises end 2015/16, and why did the similarly
'Moscow-based' French national Erwin Khan Parviz suddenly leave a 1995-2017 22 year higher level positions
banking career, and start 100nuts Ltd.
How on earth do two individuals, such 'unlikely bedfellows' ... a life-long International Banking and derivatives expert,
and the allegedly KGB linked Oil, Skiing and 'god-knows-what-else' entrepreneur... end up as two non-residents living
in two different parts of the world, and yet running a 'veggie burger promoting' diet AI 'APP' business based and
registered in London, UK... and certainly there are questions as to their relationship with Dominic Cummings, and as
is quite likely, albeit perhaps indirectly, Dr. Alastair Carmichael MacWilson... and as such, perhaps, British
Intelligence.
Dr. MacWilson's Cambridge Analytica with little to no doubts linked to Dominic Cummings.

One must also bear in mind, Intelligence operatives generally do not admit to being such, they are recipients of
financing/funds derived from massive annual budgets of BILLIONS, and generally recieve renumeration and funding
through 'other' indicated employment covers, indirectly and covertly through various forms of shell or fronting

subsides." "contracts worth billions of pounds for equipment on which our lives depend, without competition or
transparency. It has trampled on its own rules, operated secretly and made in incomprehensible and - in some cases
- highly questionable decisions."

A £840,000 contract to 'Public First' to 'test the effectiveness' of the government's coronavirus messaging was issued
by Michael Gove's Cabinet office, deal struck March 3, 2020 but the only record in public domain is June 5, 2020...
offering the contract which had already been granted. No advertisment for, and no competition, no official notice of
award.
'Public First' owned by married couple James Frayne and Rachael Wolf, Frayne has worked on political campaigns
with Dominic Cummings since 2000.
Gove's department had also awarded Rachael Wolf a £500,000 non-tendered contract in 2010 to promote his "free
schools" concept.
A non-publicly elected nor appointed, and non-public interests representing Wolf had co-written the Conservative
Party election manifesto in 2019.
The words and promises which the public hear are nothing more than purchased 'lip-service'.
Too many politicians are nothing more than photo-op actors and puppets whom sit in false representation.

Another highly questionable case is the awarding on April 13, 2020 of a non-tendered £32million (originally stated as
£108million) 'surgical gown supply' contract to PEST CONTROL company 'PestFix' 07868403 Joseph John England

apparently only had £18,000 in listed net assets.
Compared to many companies researched, thats actually substantial... many of the researched companies, showing
over multiple years, assets of £1 to £100.
Again, the parameters of that deal violating all protocol and government rules. Weeks prior to awarding this highly
questionable contract, the UK Government had been approached by 16,000 companies offering to supply PPE, which
they had in physical stock and could be immediately deployed (all rejected).
This whilst front line workers were dying.

At least 60 contracts (as of July 8, 2020... more cases have arisen now) all without clarity nor competition.
This just scratches the surface of what appears to be the potential channeling of funds through possibly 'shell' or
'fronting' companies.

Having done what could only be considered as initial and preliminary investigations into these companies led to a
myriad of inter-connected 'directors' all with ties to multiple companies, crossing regions and even countries, so many
listing 'assets of £1 or £100.
The amount of questionable informations gleaned just a shadowy glimpse of an underlying mountain of questionable
registered companies and connections.
The undertaking was extremely tiring, and realising the implications, and just how much thorough investigation would
be required to really examine this aspect in itself, properly, I decided to 'call it a day' as the validity for the need for
thorough investigation in this area alone had been clearly substantiated.
I decided to check on a 'little known individual' by the name of Dominic McKenzie Cummings.

There are in fact TWO individual listings on the UK Government companies registration website, both as a 'Dominic
McKenzie Cummings' both shown as being born November 1971.
Odds are, they are one and the same person.
If both one and the same is this a permitted registration or rules anomaly?

The first Dominic McKenzie Cummings listing only showed one appointment:
Vote Leave Limited 09785255 active Inc. September 18, 2015 previously named 'Vote Leave, Get Change
Limited' Sept 18, 2015 - Sept 21, 2015 showing 27 officers, 23 resignations, all much like the previous examples,
and so many others researched, little to no listed assets of any significant value... and all linked in chains to further
'destinations and parties'.

The second Dominic McKenzie Cummings showed only two appointments but was notable...
A: Dynamic Maps Limited 11000656 active Inc. October 6, 2017 and listed as 'Information technology consultancy
activities' statement of capital on October 6, 2017: £1 (one pound), One appointment: Dominic McKenzie
Cummings.

B: Klute Limited 07472305 active Inc. December 16, 2010 listed as a 'non-trading company' at Bede House, 3
Belmont Business Park, Durham, England, DH1 1TW, the latest statement on capital on December 18, 2015 being...
£1 (one pound). Two appointments: Dominic McKenzie Cummings...
and a one day director (company formation) of Yomtov Eliezer Jacobs, dob October 1970, who is listed as a
company formation agent. Directly linked from the Cummings page, Yomtov Eliezer Jacobs is listed as 'total number
of appointments: 1,982... appointed and resigning same day on tons of companies, many to most all on the same day,
which begs the question... is this not some form of 'legalised' abuse of the system?
However, the same individual is listed again on a seperate page on the same UK Government website with... total
number of appointments showing as 17,221.
Yomtov Eliezer Jacobs resides in a small non-descript semi-detached house in a suburb of Manchester, the address
of which will not be listed here as it appears to be a personal residence.
It is possible Yomtov may be a part of the significantly sized 'Russia/former Soviet Union' community whom reside
within the UK, predominantly in London.
There is indicated some ties between Yomtov Eliezer Jacobs and fraudulent Carbon Credit (investment schemes)
issues, but that is appearingly just in terms of a 'company set-up/registration' facilitator...
notably, fraudulent Carbon Credit schemes have also been associated with 29 Harley Street, London.

Yomtov Eliezer Jacobs it appears, does run business on a more permanent basis:

Now, here is the stange bit about Yomtov Eliezer Jacobs, whom does so much company formation, on a prolific basis,
yet seems near impossible to find any information on, or an identifiable formation company or service, other than
what I've identified...
This recent and 'more permanent' (as in more than an afternoon) officer position of Yomtov Eliezer Jacobs quite
obviously is his own company, and the Flash E-Stores Limited 12612413, Incorporated just 6 days earlier on May 20,
2020, to the same address, showing one sole officer Aliza Schwartz, dob June 1997 Nationality French are
interesting, in this sense:

All four of these parties interstingly being the same address listed as the notorious 29 Harley Street.

29 Harley Street being the subject of many articles, and many investigations, including Carbon Credit frauds.
Thousands of questionable companies all registered to one small non-descript old building in London... 29 Harley
Street.

The more one looks into these companies, issues and connections, the more disturbing it all becomes.
To anyone of reasonable intelligence, it becomes apparent that this particular issue, and avenue, is in dire need of
substantial investigations.
Shell companies, fronting companies, money channeling, money laundering.

Who or what is 'The World Economic Forum'?


"The World Economic Forum, based in Cologny, Geneva Canton, Switzerland is an NGO (non-Governmental
Organisation) founded in 1971. The WEF's mission is cited as "commited to improving the state of the world by
engaging business, political, academic, and other leaders of society to shape global, regional, and industry agendas".
It is a membership-based (private) organisation, and membership is made up of many of the world's largest
corporations and most powerful people.

The founder (January 1, 1971) of the World Economic Forum, and current chairman, is Klaus Schwab, born March
30, 1938, a German engineer and economist also holding a masters of Public Administration from Harvard in the
USA.
Described by journalist and author Ingeborg van Teeseling as "Klaus Schwab: The man who connects the dots." and
as Forbe's Magazine had described "indisputably the most powerful connector in the world."
The WEF was first founded (in 1971) as 'The European Management Forum', around this same time (1971) Klaus
Schwab became a member of the steering committee of the Bilderberg Group... who's very clearly stated aim is 'a
one-world government'.
The 'European Management Forum' was changed, aptly renamed reflecting much the larger ambitions, in 1987, to: '
The World Economic Forum'.
The WEF was formally recognised by the Swiss Government as an 'International Body' five years ago, in 2015.

The Schwab Foundation for Social Entrepreneurship, under the legal supervision of the Swiss Federal Government,
and corporate funded (including Stanford Universities), has a 'Forum of Young Global Leaders', the chosen people
serve on the Forum's Global Agenda Councils.
Princess (Queen) Mathilde of Belgium is an Honorary Board Member.

In 2004, Schwab created a new foundation 'The Forum of Young Global Leaders' to drive positive change in the
world.
In 2011 he founded the 'Global Shapers Community'.As of June 9, 2020 there are 9,731 'Shapers' worldwide.
The vast majority of the general public have little to no knowledge of the existence of such organisations and bodies,
let alone what it is they might be up to.

Mr. Schwab quite obviously holds long-term interests in, and consistent ongoing engagement towards, corporate
dominated globalisation, his World Economic Forum hosting the annual Davos Conference.

The World Economic Forum hosts an annual meeting in Davos, Switzerland bringing together 3,000 business leaders,
international political leaders, economists, celebrities and journalists... influencers and shapers. As many might be
aware, the Davos Conference has been criticised by some regarding the public borne costs of security, the formation
of a wealthy Global Elite without the attachment points to the broader societies, undemocratic decision processes,
gender issues, and a lack of financial transparency.
Airspace is closed overhead during the meeting and 5,000 Swiss soldiers provide security.

Described by political scientist Samuel P. Huntington (1927-2008), former director of Harvard University's Center for
International Affairs, as: "people who have little need for national loyalty, view national boundaries as obstacles that
thankfully are vanishing, and see national (democratically elected) governments as residues from the past whose
only useful function is to facilitate the elite's global operations".

According to the European Parliament's Think Tank, critics see the WEF as an instrument for political and business
leaders to 'take decisions without having to account to their electorate or shareholders'.

Certainly whilst there has been notable criticisms of the WEF and their associated bodies (ie. G7, IMF, WTO etc.)
there are certainly many who laud their goals and accomplishments (perhaps many of whom are wealthy elites or
their employees and other such benficiaries).

Regardless of such opinions, one thing is clear and indisputable... there appears to be a correlation between the

three years and "there is going to be a MAJOR reset" he added.

The 'Emirates Group' ironically, is a 'corporate partner' of 'The World Economic Forum' and as such, may have
perhaps been privy to some level of inside information or conversations.
Tim Clark is currently set to retire from Emirates after 30 years, 17 years as president.
In an interview with 'FlightGlobal' Mr. Clark reminisced "But the one thing we did was be absolutely focused.
Uncompromising, Merciless. We would not let anything get in our way."
Sentiments which, without doubts, reflect the common mindset of the vast majority of those in positions of corporate
and political power.

There is actually a substantial number of pre-covid indicators which clearly show a so-called 'Great Reset' was on the
cards, a plan in waiting, anticipating the appropriate catalyst.

In the derivatives market alone, which is conservatively estimated to be between 300 and 1,200 TRILLION US dollars
(1.2 QUADRILLION).
To put this into perspective, on a planet of 8 billion people this (1,200,000,000,000,000) equates to $150,000 US for
every single living human on the planet... an economic 'impossibility' particularly given the billions of people who live
on less than a dollar a day.

There has been quite a substantial amount of news and informations for several years about a looming
(predominantly Western system) economic and banking collapse.

Forbes January 5, 2020 "Why stakeholder Capitalism will fail" is a very interesting article and worthwhile reading in
respect to its subject... Klaus Schwab, the World Economic Forum, and their intended objective... ostensibly
'Stakeholder Capitalism'.

interests... you are speaking of an organised heirarchy quite capable of, and undoubtably oriented towards... a
system of global 'corporate-based' world governance.
Not in the interest of humanity, but in their self-interests.
Oligarchy.
Absolute Power corrupts, and if such a system comes into place with the advantages of all todays technologies and
weapons, they will quickly and easily become immoveable...

All being currently implemented with no democratic process and little to no public awareness of what is transpiring
"right under their noses".

Something very interesting to note... the current UK Health Minister, Matt Hancock, is in a position providing unique
opportunities to influence and control much of the UK Governmental response and policies with respect to Covid-19.

Empowering and enabling 'The Great Reset', and the 'Fourth Industrial Revolution'...
How uncannily convenient.

Any individual at this point, should be able to clearly see, from the (lack of) actions and response taken in respect to
COVID-19 from November 2019... when FVEY, NATO and NORAD intelligence agencies were first "on record" as
monitoring and discussing Wuhan and the virus... on up to now... that something is clearly wrong here, something
which extends well beyond any claims or excuses of 'incompetence' or 'honest mistakes'.

CommonPass

In the course of researching informations utilised within this document, a system called 'CommonPass' came to light.
CommonPass is touted as enabling the ability to travel by utilizing approvals in an app.
It could appear that this might also be a coy way of inferring... eventually, without CommonPass, perhaps you might
be denied any ability or right to travel.

CommonPass is the 'brainchild' of Paul Meyer, CEO of The Commons Project (and coincidentally a World Economic
Forum 'Young Global Leader') and has essentially already been implemented in East Africa (through The Commons
Project).
As it states on the Commons Project official website;
"The Commons Project was established with support from the Rockefeller Foundation"

'Common Health' (now CommonPass) appears to have been established in or around September 2019, just prior
to 'any knowledge' of the coronavirus pandemic, and a month before the 'Event 201' World Economic Forum fictional
coronavirus pandemic exercise. Excellent timing.

From the September 5, 2019 Commons Project press release: "CommonHealth will enable Android phone users to
access and share their electronic Health Record Data with Trusted Apps and Partners".

One month before the October 2019 fictional coronavirus excercise, two months before the known outbreak circa
'November 2019'.
One might be forgiven for thinking it all seems a tad bit too convenient.

These observations, and all other concerns addressed within this document, are at this point in time still very much a
puzzle, if not completely unfathomable and unknown, to the vast majority of the public.
The only true clear and common perspective being... 'Something ain't right'.

CONCLUDING NOTES:

In researching all these informations an interesting and relevant quote/statement was noted:

The 'Gulf of Tonkin Incident', also known as the 'USS Maddox Incident', was an apparent international confrontation
which led to (enabled) the United States engaging more directly in the Vietnam War.
The original report blamed North Vietnam, but the 'Pentagon Papers' (officially titled report of the Office of the
Secretary of Defense, Vietnam Task Force), the memoirs of Robert McNamara (Eighth United States Secretary of
Defense, and founder of the U.S. Defense Intelligence Agency-1961), and NSA (U.S. National Security Agency
-National level Intelligence agency) publications from 2005 proved that the US Government had lied (to the US
public) in order to justify a war against Vietnam.
A war which cost an estimated 2.5 to 4 million lives, and maimed and disfigured an even higher number.

Lied in order to justify a war, and a long wait of over 40 years for the truth, due to secrecy statutes and enactments.
The governmental hiding of the truth.

In Niccolo Machiavelli's book "The Prince"... written over 500 years ago and certainly read by most world leaders
(political and corporate) throughout centuries as a guidline to leadership and control... it states:
"Learn how not to be good, and to use this knowledge and not use it, according to the necessity of the case."

For anyone who wants to understand how political and corporate leadership think and operate, 'The Prince', written in
1513, is absolutely relevant in the current sense, and is required reading.

The book compels 'leaders' to manipulate followers, tell them what they want to hear by playing upon their vanity,
cupidity, and other weaknesses.
The book counsels leaders to be hypocrites with "nothing coming out of their mouths" but pieties about "mercy, faith,
integrity, humanity and religion" while at the same time being fully prepared to betray all those whom would buy into
such an act... perhaps an apt description fitting current events.

Machiavellianism is the basis of 'situational' or 'contingency' leadership... the dominant theory taught within business
(corporate oriented) schools today, essentially:
Do whatever it takes to achieve your ends (desired outcome/objectives), given the conditions you face.
Leaders have to compromise principles if they are to succeed.
There are no moral imperatives in the real world of organisations.
It is unwise to tell followers the real reasons you did something unless it is useful to you to do so.
It is necessary for leaders to treat people as little more than a means to the higher ends of achieving their own
goals.
Leaders don't owe followers trust.

Virtuosity and Honesty have little or no place in much of the political and corporate world, other than in the
hypocritical Machiavallian manipulations of followers, this must equally apply to corporate-interest representative
bodies, such as, perhaps, the World Economic Forum.

Shakespeare criticised such systems (situational leadership) as amoral, and its practitioners as untrustworthy. It
would be wise to heed the wisdom of the ages, to analyse the words spoken, against the actions undertaken, and
most of all never forget:
The general public, the struggling citizen (and their very lives) mean little or nothing to these people, or
their 'achieving their own goals'.

It would be safe to say, many of these powerful elitist political and financial figures most likely look upon the public as

It is ever increasingly clear that there is more at play than simply a 'virus' and the response to such.

In a 'best case' scenario, there is without any doubts... massive failures, dishonesties, undoubtable corruptions, and
financial improprietries at play. (clearly being seen)

In a 'far more worrisome' scenario, there could be deliberate and nefarious utilizations of the Covid-19 pandemic and
situation being engaged for ulterior, large-scale, multi-national economic and societal molding objectives. (by all
appearances and open, official statements, again clearly being seen)

In the 'worst case' scenario, the public could unwittingly be witnessing, and subjected to, deliberate and nefarious
utilizations of the Covid-19 pandemic and situation for geopolitical ambitions, up to and including, potentially desired
military altercation... war. (time will reveal all truth)

Certainly there is also the question of the truth with respect to the origins and/or 'escape/release' of the virus itself,
but any judgement on such would have to remain reserved, due to the complete lack of any current truly
substantiatable and unquestionable evidence.

Whatever ulterior motives or objectives might be at play, one thing is certain... questions need to be asked, and a
predominantly unaware public need to be educated, through media and investigative journalism, to all such potential
ulterior motives or agendas.

It is only through widespread public awareness and discussions that any such possibly exisistent nefarious intentions
might be stymied.
