AFFIDAVIT OF UNDERTAKING

We, Messrs. ARSENIO BIAG and MARCELINO D. BIAG, residents of San

Roque, Anao, Tarlac Province, care of Mr. MELCHOR TORALBA, Barangay
Chairperson of Barangay San Roque, hereby undertake and obligate ourselves to
do and observe the following in favor of Messrs. VINCENT TAROMA and
PEDRO P. TAROMA, in compliance with a demand letter we received last 06
August 2020:

1. That we will vacate the parcel of land to which Pedro P. Taroma is the
registered owner, as per Transfer Certificate of Title No. 337549, on the
condition that the remaining palay planted thereon will be first harvested in
its entirety;

2. That we will remit the just and rightful share of Mr. Pedro P. Taroma and
Mr. Vincent Taroma over the harvested palay, as provided in the
immediately preceding item;

3. That, upon the close of the said remaining harvest of palay, we will no
longer plant any seedling, tree, palay, or the like on the aforesaid parcel of
land;

4. That, at any time from the signing of the instant affidavit onwards, we will
no longer plant any seedling, tree, palay, or the like on the aforesaid parcel
of land, nor undertake any act of ownership or possession over the same;

5. That, from this point on, we are recognizing that Mr. Pedro Taroma is the
rightful owner and possessor of the said parcel of land and that our
possession was by his mere tolerance which has now come to an end;

6. That, as for the illegally uprooted and cut mango trees, which rightfully
belonged to Mr. Pedro P. Taroma, and where such uprooting and cutting was
done without the consent of Mr. Pedro P. Taroma, we hereby undertake and
obligate ourselves to pay him the value of the trees on a minimal sum of
FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (P5,000.00) per tree;

7. That, in the event that we violate the said undertakings, which we

voluntarily executed and came up with, we will not be able to restrain Mr.
Pedro P. Taroma and Mr. Vincent Taroma from instituting the necessary
legal proceedings against us in vindication of their rights as owner and
possessor;

8. That we are executing this affidavit in order to attest to the truthfulness of

the foregoing statements.
