09.00415) and further classified as NBFC-MFI vide certificate dated 18 November, 2013, having one of its
Branches at Varanasi RO situated at S.19/132-19, Varuna Apartment Colony,Beside PWD Office, Varuna
Bridge,Nadesar,Varanasi -221002.UP(which expression shall, unless it be repugnant to the context or
meaning thereof be deemed to mean and include its successor(s) and assigns) of THE OTHER PART.
WHEREAS the COMPANY has agreed to provide the EMPLOYEE with an employment and for that purpose
offered him/her the post of Field Assistant and the EMPLOYEE accepts on the terms and conditions of
employment.

Whereas the EMPLOYEE enter into a deed in favour of the COMPANY against all loss, damages, costs,
charges and expenses which the COMPANY shall or may sustain by reason of any mis-statement, act or
default or misconduct, negligence, error in judgment, breach of duty, embezzlement and mismanagement on
the part of the EMPLOYEE.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of covenants herein contained the EMPLOYEE hereto agrees as
follows:
1. That the EMPLOYEE shall during the course of employment, duly and faithfully devote to and execute,
perform and discharge all the duties of his/her office without causing any injury, loss or damage by
reason of any mis-statement, act, default or misconduct negligence, error in judgments, breach of duty,
embezzlement and mismanagement to the COMPANY.
2. That in the alternative if the EMPLOYEE shall from time to time and at all times here after to indemnify
and keep indemnified the COMPANY against all loss, damages, costs, charges and expenses which the
COMPANY shall or may sustain by reason of any act or default or misconduct, negligence, error in
judgment, breach of duty, embezzlement and mismanagement on the part of the EMPLOYEE, along
with interest if any, then and in such an event the above written deed shall stand void and cancelled and
be of no effect, otherwise the same shall remain in full force;

3. That the EMPLOYEE agree that any notice in writing by the COMPANY about the indebtedness of the
EMPLOYEE for breach of any of the covenants as stated above, shall be conclusive evidence against
and the EMPLOYEE and shall pay the said sum to the COMPANY within _30__ (no. of days) days of
service of notice by the COMPANY in this regard;
4. That this deed will continue to be valid until the expiry of six months subsequent to the date on which
the EMPLOYEE is relieved from the services of the COMPANY;
5. That the deed and all matters relating thereto shall be governed by Indian law.

In pursuance of what is stated in the above Deed of Indemnity dated ___________ day of __________, I the
undersigned guarantee to the COMPANY to pay immediately on demand by the COMPANY, without any
dispute, the payment of all money payable to the COMPANY under the said Indemnity Bond by the
EMPLOYEE herein.
