LV DC
▪▪Generating DC test current into LV winding and measure
voltage on LV winding for calculation of LV winding
resistance.
HV AC
▪▪Generating AC test voltage into HV windings and
measure voltages on HV and LV windings for calculating
transformer turns ratio.

LV side, groundings on specimen terminals,
for power transformer e.g. transformer bushings.
Disconnecting
Important
Carefully disconnect the cables in the
reverse order of connection.
Tip
In the WRM app in TRAX SW, all vector
groups (e.g. YNd11) is also shown as vector

Important
For YN winding the maximum applied voltage is 125 Vrms.
Note For some unusual configurations it is necessary to put a short between two colored (generator) terminals.
Terminals are named in brackets e.g. (H3H0).
It is sometimes necessary to put the ch 2 reverse switch in the 180° position. These positions are named
with “R”.
