 Capital Youth Expo ‘19
Capital Youth Expo is the premier education, training and talent exhibition in the
Islamabad Region, organized by Study Aid Foundation For Excellence(SAFE).
Previously held by the name of Talent Expo Islamabad, since 2015. The expo has
been the leading platform for different organizations to present their brand and
education opportunities – not only to students and their parents, but also to
other members of the community. The Expo attracts thousands of young people
because of the unique opportunity and fascinating experiences it has to offer. This
year, the expo will be held at Pak-China friendship center, Islamabad on 12 th
November 2019. It will feature over 150 displays, representing education,
research institutes, government, NGO’s and the private sector. The friendly and
informal character of the event provides a welcoming and unique environment
for career advisors, education and training providers to communicate directly
with the students. This opportunity not only provides the youth a platform to
express their views but also foster the growth of a competitive, ambitious and
creative environment. Capital Youth Expo is a Golden opportunity for the youth to
showcase their talent and present their ideas in front of a great audience in a
competitive environment.

Event Details:

Date November 12th

Team: We have a team of 200 committed Event Ambassadors

and 1000 volunteers in over 200 Private/public
Educational institutes of the twin cities. Apart from this
we have a team of 50 Executive Members and 96
Associate Members who are working 24/7 for SAFE.

Attendees: We are targeting 50,000 attendees (Students/teachers)

in this one-day Expo.

Venue: Pak-China Friendship Center, Islamabad

 Key Events:

Seminars: Seminars on Different topics will be organized by various

research institutes/think tanks in the conference halls of the
venue. Apart from two main halls The venue has up to 8
different conference halls
Workshops: Workshops and training sessions on different topics will be
organized for the students
Debates: This session will target the high school and university students
who are passionate about the whole idea of debating and
analytical reasoning. Capital Youth Expo provides an excellent
platform for students to exhibit their Public speaking skills.

Book Fair: A book Fair will also be organized in which book sellers and
publishers from the twin cities will participate, the book fair is
aimed at promoting book reading culture amongst the youth.
Different books will be available at discounted rates for the
participants.
Education Expo: The event will feature an exclusive Education Expo in which
different universities from around the globe will participate to
guide the students about their programs and opportunities
abroad. It will allow the students and universities to connect
with regional and global stakeholders in higher education.

Pre-Events: Different pre-events, such as sports, literary competitions and

short film Festivals will be organized before the actual event.
However, the closing & award ceremony will be held at the
end of the main event.

Art exhibition: Students from all Across the twin cities will be invited to
display their work of art. Attractive prizes will be offered to the
students to encourage them.
Talent Tribute: One of the most amazing and unique feature of the event is
the “Talent Tribute Session”. In this session Talented students,
who have secured a distinction in any disciplines, sports or any
other field, are awarded with shields and prizes in order to
recognize their achievements. Last year more than 1000
students from all across the country registered for this session.
