INTRODUCTION
Water is very essential for our daily life routine. People need to drink water in
order to live. However, because of human introduction, directly or indirectly, of
substances into the marine environment, our waters become polluted and undrinkable.
Demand for a good source and delivery service of drinking water will never run out. And
with more Bongabonense opting to live in dormitories/ boarding houses, apartments,
snagging a whole floor or building of customers for customer for water delivery sounds
very profitable indeed. Because of the high demand for cleaner water, starting a water
refilling station business becomes one of the most promising and profitable business
today.
II. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Drink up Refilling Station is a licensed and standard refilling station that will be
located at Bagong Bayan 1, Bongabong, Oriental Mindoro along nautical highway in
front of Joan Trading. We have been able to secure a long term lease for a facility in a
strategic location on a nautical highway with an option of a long term renewal on an
agreed terms and conditions that is favourable to us.
The facility has government approval for the kind of business we want to run and
it is easily accessible and we are deliberate about that. We are in the water refill business
to engage in the sale and supply of treated water to residential apartment, offices, schools
and households.
We are also in business to make profit at the same to give people and businesses
who patronize our water the opportunity to be part of the success story of Drink up
Refilling Station.
Water refilling station business provides convenience to the buyers in our target
location. It will also give employment opportunities to people on the neighbourhood.
Furthermore, the proposed business also provides more funds to the government in the form of
taxes and other mandatory government fees.
BUSINESS OBJECTIVES
1. To acquire the necessary equipment for the operation of a water refilling station
as well as acquisition of vehicles to deliver water to our consumers.
2. To enhance the various step s in purifying water in order to maintain the highest
quality of water purification.
3. To provide our customer needs thru an efficient delivery system and a quick
response on their orders and queries.
4. To maintain the loyalty of present consumers and attract other market segments.
5. To sustain the profitability of the business and aim to branch out to other
locations.

We will ensure that we only hire people that are qualified honest, hardworking,
customer centric and are ready to work to help us build a prosperous business that will
benefit all the stakeholder (the owners, workforce and the customers). In view of that, we
have decided to hire qualified and competent hands to occupy the following positions:

As a matter of fact, our publicity and advertising strategy is not solely for selling
our product but to also effectively communicate our brand. The following are the
platforms we intend leveraging on to promote and advertise Water Refilling Station:

 Leverage on the internet and social media platforms like instagram and facebook
to promote our bottled water brand.
 Distribute our fliers in target areas
 Ensure that all our stall members wear our customized clothes, and all our official
delivery tricycle. Water storage facilities are customized and well branded.
TARGET MARKET
When it comes to selling treated water, there I indeed a wide range of available
customers. In essence, our target market can’t be restricted to just a group of people, but
all those who resides in our target market locations. In view of that, we have conducted
our market research and we have ideas of what our target market would be expecting
from us.
We are in business to engage in sale and supply of treated water to the following

Water refilling stations can be a good source of safe drinking water in Bongabong.
Purified water can meet the aesthetic standards easily detectable by the people in terms of
taste, odour and colour. The efficient water purification processes can make the quality of
water superior to the traditional water systems. However the risk of contamination is possible
if the handling practices are not closely monitored.
