Course Objective
1. Define the applicability of the concept of organizational behavior to understand people behavior in
the organization.
2. Explain the complexities associated with management of the group behavior in the organization
3. Demonstrate how the organizational behavior can integrate in understanding the motivation behind
behavior of people in the organization.
4. Analyze the organizational culture and organizational changes and different factor for resistance to
change in organization by individual.
Organizational Behavior is a tool which can be useful for individuals to understand the Human behavior
which is relevant to the overall growth and development of the Organization.

Case discussion, participative learning, discussions, role play, experiential learning through practical
case handling, assignment, conceptual and contextual learning, presentations.
Assessment Scheme:
It is divided into two parts, Internal and External Evaluation
A. Internal Evaluation: This has Class Continuous Assessment (CCA) having four components
