Course Objective

1. Knowledge : To understand concepts of OB with respect to


i. Relation between individuals and Organization
ii. Impact of changing behaviors of employees in organizations
iii. Actions and responses towards the changes in Organizations
2. Skills : Organization Building
i. Motivate the people
ii. Ability to plan and execute
iii. Decision Making skills
iv. Design, Re-design and modifying strategies
3. Attitude : To develop following :
i. Leadership

Course Outcome

1. Define the applicability of the concept of organizational behavior to understand people behavior in
the organization.
2. Explain the complexities associated with management of the group behavior in the organization
3. Demonstrate how the organizational behavior can integrate in understanding the motivation behind
behavior of people in the organization.
4. Analyze the organizational culture and organizational changes and different factor for resistance to
change in organization by individual.
Organizational Behavior is a tool which can be useful for individuals to understand the Human behavior
which is relevant to the overall growth and development of the Organization.
