Guidelines For Candidates
➢Kindly keep your Photo ID (PAN/Aadhaar softcopy) on your laptop or desktop during campus

➢You need to have webcam enabled laptop to attend this campus else you are not qualified to go through
the selection process

➢First round will be an online test and ensure you have stable internet connection. Any disruption you might
need to forgo the test

➢If you get shortlisted from online test then you will go through a design exercise which you need to
complete on Microsoft powerpoint (Video enabled mode) and share the PPT with your campus coordinator
post completion

➢ If you get shortlisted from Design Exercise, then F2F discussions which will be through Microsoft Team
which you will receive the link from HR to join the discussion on time. Please ensure to install Microsoft
Teams app on your desktop or laptop

➢If you face any technical glitch during F2F discussions kindly reach out to your campus coordinator

➢Screen sharing to be enabled for any written exercise if required

Guidelines For Candidates

➢Place yourself in a quiet, well-lit, interruption-free space throughout the selection process

➢Dress code – Formal Attire

➢Ensure you have stable internet connection (1 Mbps or higher)

➢Test webcam output and laptop audio prior to the start of the event

➢Close any unnecessary browsers & apps during online test and virtual F2F interview

➢Login through Laptop or Desktop, using mobile phones are strictly prohibited

➢Audio/Video issues (Only during interview) : Please reach out to the campus coordinator

➢If your test gets interrupted due to power failure or internet disruption or if you toggle between tabs, then test will
not be retriggered (For safety ensure you have power backup if internet is unstable due to power issues)

Online Test Instructions
➢ Test would be 1 hour 30 minutes challenge

➢ You will receive the link through the mail id provide by you to the college. Open the link through chrome
(Preferably)

➢ Do not close the page or browser before the test is finished, your changes may not be saved

➢ Take the test only in webcam enabled laptop or desktop

➢ Ensure you have stable internet connection

➢ Test Assessment will have 4 sub sections and you can choose to start from any subsection of the
assessment.

➢ Do not navigate away from the test browser or open new tabs in your browser. This will lead to
disqualification

➢ Do not close the page or browser before you click the SUBMIT ASSESSMENT button to complete the test.

➢ Do not panic in case of an internet failure. The test will automatically reconnect when the internet is
restored. In case it doesn't , Click refresh to reconnect the test.
