Experience Details:

Involved in Pre commissioning, commissioning and maintenance activities

of Pumps, compressors (Centrifugal & Reciprocating), Hydro testing, Preparation
for chemical cleaning vessels and pipe lines.

 Preparation jobs for commissioning equipment’s, OTP (Operational Test

Procedure) presentation to the clients.
 Lube oil flushing of entire lube oil circuits, filters and strainers replacements.
 Checking the alignments, vibrations, temp level of the rotary equipment’s.
 Replacements of transport bearings to original bearings.
 Assistance to vendors and coordinate with client for the package
commissioning.
Pumps, Mechanical seals and Alignments:
 Having experience in numerous types of Centrifugal, Reciprocating and
Rotary Pumps in various capacities and different working temperatures.
 Preventive, break down and overhauling of pumps.
 Bearing and oil seal inspection and fixing with shafts.
 Plunger Pump packing replacement, Suction & Discharge valve cleaning and
fixing.
 Handled single, double, Internal and External types of mechanical seals and
gland robe packing.
 Alignment of pumps with prime mover by the method of Rim and Face,
Reversible indicator method (graphical and analytical) and Laser (Rot-align
method).
Centrifugal Compressors:
 Dry gas seal, separation (barrier) seal removal & re install.
 Dismantling and assembling of diaphragms.
 Bearing inspection and rotor axial centering.
 Coupling alignment checking and correction.
Reciprocating compressors:
 Preventive maintenance and trouble shooting.
 Servicing of suction and discharge valves.
 Checking and replacing of primary and secondary packing, piston and rider
rings.
 Inspection of bearings, cross head, piston rod deflection.

Other Rotating Equipments:

 Having experience in Gearboxes, Agitators, Fin Fans, Lobe blowers, ID & FD
Fans.
 Gearbox bearing inspection and gear backlash checking.
 Engine main bearing, connecting rod bearing clearance checking.

Valves:
 Servicing, Pressure testing of various types of valves such as Gate valve,
Globe valve, Ball valve, Needle valve, Butterfly valve, Safety relief valve,
pressure relief valve and steam traps.

Heat Exchangers:
 Involved maintenance activities of fixed, floating head type and U type
bundle heat exchangers.
 Hydro testing of shell test, tube test and doom test.
 Tube plugging and replacement, Hydro testing.

Other Static Equipments:

 Inspection of trays, down comers, drums, and supporting beams.
 Assembling and disassembling the trays and leveling the trays.
 Boiler accessories maintenance. Involved in cleaning, hydro testing, and
burner service and gun replacement.
  Pressure vessels, filters, strainers, and plant maintenance.

Safety Device:
H2S Safety, Fire safety, using crow can gas tester (CH 4, H2S), fire
Extinguisher (Foam, DCP & CO2 ;) using in fire classification, fusible plug operation,
deluge valve operation, fire-water pump operation. Breathing Apparatus, Safety
Jacket, and Gas detector. Smoke detector, heat detector operation, H 2S
deduction, fixed monitoring system, electronic monitors, tube detector.
