Abstract

In this work are the first, the second and the third phase of the integrative project Organization
Resource Manager ORM which seeks to make an in-depth diagnosis and analysis of the company
and subsequently develop the marketing plan and schedule.

This work is focused in the Cárbel Food Industry, which is responsible for the production and
marketing of cold meats and fresh meats.

1. ABOUT COMPANY
The company began its operations in 1992 with the name of meats Cardona.
Is a family business with experience in the meat industry, it is a company that produces and markets
nutritious foods with excellent quality and fair prices.
caber has four business units
Cold Meat: This line is responsible for the production of cold meat and smoked products, the brand
is Cold Meat Rieti and works with the slogan "The economy has never been so nutritious"

Fresh Meats: This line of business consists of the purchase, breeding, sacrifice, and distribution
of pork and beef in its natural state through the following channels: self-services, chain stores,
specialized points. It works under the Cárnicos Cardona , Carness Super, Bovi Pork and Granja
Gran Pork brands.
Next you will find the logos of each of the aforementioned brands.

Imported line: This line of business is in charge of importation and marketing raw material and
fresh meats, used for the production of the Carnes Frías Rieti brand, the distribution of fresh meats
in the line, and sale to the public

2. Quality objectives
• Prepare and market meat products in accordance with legal hygiene and safety
requirements.
• Reliability to consumers (customer satisfaction).
• Constantly train employees, obtaining a qualified team to achieve goals.
• Ensure the quality of the producer and services

3. GENERAL OBJECTIVE
Plan the structuring of the commercial process in the Rieti Cold Meats strategic business unit.

SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES
• Align the strategic business unit to the vision of the company.
• Structure the division of work.
• Propose coordination mechanisms for the implementation of the strategies.

In the work the following findings were found


• Currently the company only has a training for staff and it occurs when they start their work
• So far there is no sales manager to train salespeople.
Therefore, it is recommended that every month training be carried out for all personnel and that a
sales manager be hired for all the points of sale or several managers for each point of sale.
• Due to the pandemic in Industrias de Alimentos Cárbel there was a reduction in staff and
cost reduction.

In March, April, May, June, July and August there were lower sales per unit of the smoked
pork rib product, because the smoked pork rib is not a main element of the family basket and
consumers can substitute it for cheaper products, as that the vast majority of consumers stopped
receiving income during the pandemic because they were not working.
For the months of September, October, November and December, sales are expected to
increase, but they will not exceed sales for 2019.
