Outcome:
Conducted a retail market study and based upon the findings provided them the

Market Research and Feasibility study for 188,086 sq. m. land in DHA phase VI,
Lahore
Outcome:

Our Role:
Initial Valuation of 202 properties
Outcome:
These properties located throughout the country including inhospitable and
hidden areas of NWFP, ranged the area size from a few marla to 450 acres
of value ranging from Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 22 billion and above.
The valuations were completed to the satisfaction of the client. subsequently
requesting us to carry out valuations for a further 142 properties.
