Liste des revues AERES pour le domaine

GÉOGRAPHIE-AMÉNAGEMENT-URBANISME

Pour de nombreuses disciplines de Sciences humaines et sociales la production de livres

reste la forme majeure de l’œuvre scientifique. Parallèlement, la multiplication des revues
constitue aujourd’hui un outil essentiel d’animation et de diffusion permanentes dans le
milieu de la recherche.

Des commissions disciplinaires regroupant des représentants des sections du CoNRS et du

CNU, des membres de l’IUF, des personnalités qualifiées étrangères et les délégués
scientifiques de l’AERES ont été constituées en 2008 ; elles ont abouti à l’élaboration des
premières listes, publiées sur le site de l’AERES et actualisées en octobre 2009, puis en
janvier 2010.

Ces listes ne constituent pas un cadre contraignant et l’appréciation de la qualité des travaux
par les experts reste le critère primordial d’évaluation.

Modalités d’élaboration de la liste

La commission d’actualisation de la liste des revues en Géographie-Aménagement-
Urbanisme, constituée selon des règles générales fixées par l’agence (voir http://www.aeres-
evaluation.fr/Presentation-de-la-rubrique) a travaillé au cours de l’année 2008-2009 et abouti
à la délimitation d’une nouvelle liste qui correspond aux notes A et B antérieures.

Ont été pris en considération dans le choix proposé : le fonctionnement du comité de

rédaction selon les normes internationales, la pertinence du contenu par rapport aux champs
usuels du domaine de recherche, l’audience, le rayonnement.

Cette liste comprend tous les titres à prendre en compte systématiquement dans la
détermination des chiffres de « produisants » lors de l’évaluation des unités de recherche. Le
cas des revues professionnelles de haut niveau sera traité au cours de l’année 2010.

Pour les travaux effectués dans d’autres champs disciplinaires, il convient de se reporter aux
listes établies par les commissions d’actualisation correspondantes. Le travail régulier des
commissions aboutira à des révisions annuelles.
