Trademark is a system wherein the first to file its product for patent has the rights to the mark and it
cannot be used by any company.

The “Booze Station” company; from its logo, ideas, and its tangible and intangible products, are needed
in the application of trademark in the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines under the
compliance of R.A 8293 or the Intellectual Property Code.
