After, I went through of the book, I found that the value of this book is that it steps
courageously but modestly into gap between theory and practice. The vision of leadership
here was an ambitious one that stands apart from the practices of leaders. I can say that,
the fundamentals of leadership practice that Sarah E. Fiarman develops in this book are
learning and improvement. Learning is learning, she argued whether applied to adults or
students; the fundamental task of leaders is to enable learning. In learning she argued in
