2. Executive summary: This session tackles important items in


Facilitating Learning Session. This includes preparing the workshop
venue, resources needed in facilitating and how to conduct effective
learning session.

3. Rationale: Traditional training methodology is outdated as technology,


learning and industry are improving and changing. There are also
known effective training approach, methods and resources to ensure
acquisition of skills, attitude and knowledge. The Facilitate Learning
Session competency ensures that Trainers are effective to apply multiple
methods, technique and resources in conducting Training program.
