 Seat Leak Box, Limit Switch cable,
Software and Connections
Profiler now has the ability to seat leak any valve up to
200 slpm. Our new hardware connects easily to our
redesigned USB interface box. The box is small and light
weight which makes it very versatile for use in-house or
out in the field. Once a test has been completed it is saved Seat Leak Box

DataBase and ProView

Tracking test data has never been easier. Profiler
places all valve data into one file and allows you to
retrieve the data by searching up to 8 different fields
at one time. Profiler also gives you the ability to
easily create tables for tracking and organizing
stored data.
Profiler’s Zoom feature is used to check a valves seat
contact for problems. You now have the ability to
detect possible wear or improper seating that can
lead to leakage or premature seat failure before it
happens.
Profiler now comes which a checklist for assembly
and testing, this ensures that the user is following
proper procedure. It is then saved to the database
with a printout.
Passive monitoring capabilities provide a
comprehensive look at a valves performance.
With up to 12 channels of data being saved to file,
Profiler provides valuable information for process
control improvements.
Software upgrades and system calibration are
provided annually. All calibration records are
NIST traceable and maintained.
Each system comes with a free copy of ProView, it
can also be downloaded from the website for a
desktop version of the database. ProView gives
you the ability to test and e-mail stored files or
print and share data with a customer.
