7. Who all are at a greater risk?

Some people are at greater risk of contracting COVID-19 than others:

7.1 Stupid people among the general public (non-essential staff) who think going out every day or every2-3 days is an
important thing in their life (people who go out for jogging, walking, partying, socializing etc.). Please understand
that more you go out, more is the risk to contract the virus. Please understand Medical professionals, Emergency
health workers, Police staff, Defense Staff, Essential maintenance & Govt. people, grocery shop staff, Pharmacies
staff, Volunteers for COVID-19 task force etc. – ALL ARE HEROES – they know the danger of going out in the open
every day but they still do their duty. Why? To make sure that the general public is safe from any harm. They are
worthy of salute and praise. If you do not fall under the category of essential staff - then please please stay at home
and don’t get infected. Go out only when you need to buy more food or medicines. In case you have developed
emergency health issues – call emergency health care number immediately or go to the nearest clinic/hospital or seek
help.

7.2 People who go out in the open and assume their immune system is very strong and they don’t need protection
gear. If you go out in the open without any mask or protection gear – the viral load entering your body will be huge. If
you wear masks and other protection gear – even if exposed to the virus; the viral load entering your body will be
much less and your immune system will have a better chance to fight it off.

7.3 Elderly people (age group > 60 years): Elderly people have low immune strength due to aging. 80% of the fatalities
from COVID-19 are elderly people. The youngsters should assist the elderly people to get their supplies. It is better
for elderly people to take help from others to get their supplies or order online than going out themselves.

7.4 People with diabetes and/or CVD (Cardio vascular diseases): Better for such people to take help from others to get
food/medicine supplies or order online than going out themselves.

7.5 People with compromised Immune system like AIDS patients or cancer patients or patients recovering from severe
illness. People with already compromised immune system are at a very high risk. Better for such people to take help
from others to get food/medicine supplies or order online than going out themselves.

7.6 People who recently recovered from Bronchitis or any lungs disease: Better for such people to take help from others
to get supplies or order online than going out themselves.

7.7 People with Asthma issues: make sure you have enough medical supplies for your Asthma problem for 40 days.
Better for such people to take help from others to get supplies or order online than going out themselves.

7.8 Drug addicts and Chain smokers – try quitting the habit or atleast reduce on it if you want to survive the COVID-19.
