For the project of automation of financial and economic activities of LLC “Dneprokeramika”
based on the “1C8: Manufacturing Enterprise Management” software product
Here are the following six stages, which are envisaged in the course of this project:
This stage forms an idea of how it is necessary to implement the existing business processes in
the enterprise in a new software product.
1.1 Collecting information about current business processes at the enterprise of LLC
“Dneprokeramika” and “DYUK” Trading House and development of “as it will be” processes in
the new system.
1.2 Modeling of the developed processes based on the typical functionality of the 1C: UPP
system (preparation of an end-to-end example for the organizations of LLC “Dneprokeramika”
and “DYUK” Trading House).
1.3 Preparation of a description of the developed business processes in the “Technical and
Methodological solution”.
1.4 Analysis of the program of operational accounting of production existing at the enterprise
LLC “Dneprokeramika”.
1.5 Preparation of a description of the functional accounting for the production of ceramic
products in the technical specification (List of works) for the development in 1C: UPP.
Stage 2. Refinement of a typical 1C: UPP software product for operational accounting of the ceramic
products production.
This stage involves the creation of a functional for operational accounting of production based
on the 1C: UPP software product.
This stage allows preparing the company’s specialists to work with the new software product.
The specialists of the Contractor will carry out work on training the personnel of the
“Dneprokeramika” LLC and “DYUK” Trading House during this stage in the following courses:
Users will be tested based on the results of the training. Moreover, a protocol with the
results of testing a visit log with the signatures of learners will be provided.
Stage 4. Trial operation of the typical functionality of 1С: UPP: “Sales Management”, “Procurement
Management”, “Inventory Management”, “Cash Management”, “Bookkeeping and Tax accounting”,
“Payroll” (in accounting) subsystems on the data of one reporting period.
This stage allows realizing the developed business processes and to work out the skills of
working in a new software product obtained during training for specialists of “Dneprokeramika”
LLC and “DYUK” Trading House on the data of one past month.
The specialists of “Dneprokeramika” LLC and “DYUK” Trading House will enter into the 1C: UPP
information base regulatory information, initial balances, documents for one reporting period on
the developed business processes and a financial result will be obtained during this stage. I.e.
data entry for the last month is repeated, for which all information was entered in the current
accounting system and a financial result was obtained.
At the same time, the Contractor’s specialists perform work on:
Consulting and Supporting users of “Dneprokeramika” LLC and “DYUK” Trading House
Monitoring the input and checking the correctness of the input data
Analysis and clarification of the accounting methodology, if necessary, making
adjustments to the diagrams of “Technical and Methodological solution” business
processes
Because of the completion of this stage, an information base was obtained with data for one
reporting period (non-operational) and a protocol for the trial operation was drawn up.
Stage 5. Trial operation of the developed subsystem “Operational accounting of the production of
ceramic products” on data of one week
This stage allows testing the developed functionality on the current data and to work out the
skills of working in a new software product, obtained during training for specialists of
“Dneprokeramika” LLC on operational data of one week.
During this stage, the specialists of “Dneprokeramika” LLC will carry out a parallel input into the
information system into the existing accounting system and the 1C: UPP database.
At the same time, the Contractor’s specialists perform work on:
Consulting and supporting users of “Dneprokeramika” LLC
Monitoring the input and checking the correctness of the input data.
As a result, of the completion of this stage, an information base with data for one reporting
period (operational) was obtained and a protocol of the trial operation was drawn up.
Stage 6. Support throughout industrial exploitation during one reporting period (October 2021)
This stage allows providing consulting support for the operational work of users of LLC
“Dneprokeramika” and “DYUK” Trading House in the 1С: UPP software product in order to
obtain a financial result for one reporting period.
During this stage, the specialists of “Dneprokeramika” LLC and “DYUK” Trading House will enter
the initial balances into the 1С: UPP information base and will promptly reflect the current
documents of one reporting period (October 2021).
At the same time, the Contractor’s specialists perform work on:
• Consulting and support for users of “Dneprokeramika” LLC and “DYUK” Trading House
• Monitoring the input and checking the correctness of the input data
Integration 1С: UPP with the GibLab furniture production automation software, ordered by the “DYUK”
Trading House management. This software product is unfamiliar to us and we cannot assume obligations that we
cannot fulfill under the agreement with the EBRD. However, the very implementation of this work is not excluded
and the possibility of integration will be considered during the fourth “Trial operation of the typical functionality of
1C: UPP subsystems…” stage.

An advance payment of 12 680, 0 EUR includes 100% payment of the cost of the software product,
excluding licenses for 20 jobs and 5 jobs (6 253, 0 EUR) and 50% payment for the performance of work
on the first stage (6 427, 0 EUR).
