specialized in electrical equipments repair and rewinding in Jordan.
JISD was established In Dead sea Al-Karak .

The capital reached (JD 865000) shared (Contributed) by:-

 Jordan Phosphate mines co.
 Arab Potash Co.
 Lafarge – Jordan cement co.

The company objectives are to adduce industrial services in the field of electrical AC-DC Motors,
Generators and transformers ( high, medium and low voltages ) JISD started its operation on May.01, 1996.

- Vacuum and pressure impregnation unit for insulation (guarantees the reach of insulation
material to internal and difficult position) (Capacity:
1.83m dia  2.51m deep) (This is the one and only
machine in Jordan)
- Drying oven (2.1  2.1  2.4m).

- Mechanical Repair machines such as Lathe , sheer and

welding .
- Balancing machine up to 3-tons shafts.
- Motor Test Panel up to 4600V on no load running
conditions.
- Quality control test station (including Hi-pot surge tester)
- Stripping machine. (For stators up to 1.5m diameters).

- Four AEG Generators 5.2mw 6.6kv Stator rewinding.
- 6.6 kV 1.8MW. Fuji Slip Ring Motor.
- DC Armature 1500 HP ( more than 23 pcs).
- 2MW DC Armature.
