11 Remarkable Facts about 911

1) The Mysterious Collapse of World Trade Center Building 7

It is commonly known that the Twin Towers fell on 9/11, but did you know that a third World Trade Center high-rise building
also fell that day? WTC Building 7, a 47-story steel-framed skyscraper located one block from the Twin Towers was not hit by
any plane, but collapsed at 5:20 that evening, imploding in the exact manner of a professionally engineered demolition. It fell
suddenly, straight down, at near freefall speed, and landed in a compact pile of rubble, barely damaging any of the surrounding
buildings. These are but a few of eleven characteristics of Building 7's collapse that are consistent only with controlled
demolitions. Further, the leaseholder of the three buildings, Larry Silverstein, said in 2002 on PBS that on the afternoon of 9/11
he suggested to the NYC fire department commander that they "pull" WTC 7. "Pull" is an industry term that means "demolish,"
but it normally takes a team of skilled people many weeks to design and implement large demolitions. Astonishingly, there is
no mention of WTC Building 7's remarkable collapse in the 571-page 9/11 Commission Report.

2) Fire has never — prior to or after 9/11 — caused any steel frame building to collapse. The sudden, vertical, explosive, and total collapse of
the Twin Towers at near freefall speed can only be explained by controlled demolition.

3) The WTC steel, which if fully examined could have revealed the effects of explosives, was quickly shipped overseas and melted down.
This was an unprecedented violation of federal crime scene laws.

4) Whenever contact is lost with any airplane, fighter jets routinely take to the air to investigate. This commonly occurs about 100 times per
year in well under 20 minutes. But on 9/11 nearly two hours passed without any interception.

5) The Secret Service broke established protocols by allowing President Bush to remain in a well-publicized classroom "photo op" long
after it was known that the U.S. was under attack and he might well have been a target.

6) Unidentified insiders made millions on the stocks of American and United Airlines and those of other corporations that were likewise
impacted by the attacks. These "put option" bets were made just prior to 9/11.

7) There were warnings of the impending attacks from at least eleven other countries. Also prior to 9/11, insiders such as John Ashcroft, top
military officers, and San Francisco Mayor Willie Brown were warned not to fly.

8) In September of 2000, a group of neocon hawks, many of whom would become key officials in the Bush administration, wrote that their
proposed massive military buildup would proceed slowly "absent some catastrophic and catalyzing event — like a new Pearl Harbor."

9) Some of the alleged 9/11 "suicide hijackers" are still alive and well, according to the BBC and The Guardian. At least five of the alleged
hijackers may have trained at U.S. military bases, as reported in Newsweek and other sources.

10) The Bush administration resisted the formation of the 9/11 Commission for 441 days. Similar investigations, such as those for Pearl
Harbor, the JFK assassination, and the space shuttle disasters, all started in about one week.

11) "The Jersey Girls" — four courageous 9/11 widows — finally forced the 9/11 Commission into existence and presented many questions,
most of which were ignored. Under the leadership of Bush administration insider Philip Zelikow, the final report failed to address any of the
evidence pointing to official complicity.
Iranian president: 9/11 was 'big lie'

Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad called 9/11 attacks a way for the U.S. to invade Afghanistan.

Two days before his official trip to Afghanistan, Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad called the
terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001, a "big lie" intended to pave the way for the invasion of a war-torn
nation, according to Iranian state media.

Ahmadinejad, known for his harsh rhetoric toward the West and Israel, said the attack on U.S. soil was a
"scenario and a sophisticated intelligence measure," Iran's state-run Press TV reported Saturday.

The assault was a "big lie intended to serve as a pretext for fighting terrorism and setting the grounds for
sending troops to Afghanistan," Press TV reported Ahmadinejad as saying.

Citizens find Bush guilty of Afghan war crimes

A citizens' tribunal Saturday in Tokyo found U.S. President George W. Bush guilty of war crimes for
attacking civilians with indiscriminate weapons and other arms during the U.S.-led antiterrorism
operations in Afghanistan in 2001.

The tribunal also issued recommendations for banning depleted

uranium shells and other weapons that could indiscriminately harm
people, compensating the victims in Afghanistan and reforming the United Nations in light of its failure to
stop the U.S.-led operation there.

The tribunal participants spent two years examining Bush's role as the top commander in the war, making
eight field trips to Afghanistan and holding nearly 20 public hearings.

"Bush said that military presence in Afghanistan is self-defense," said Robert Akroyd, a British lawyer
who served as one of the five judges.

"But under international law," he said, "a defendant must pay great care to discriminate (between)
legitimate objects and civilians" in claiming that one's act is self-defense, said Akroyd, former head of
legal studies at Aston University in Britain.

Bush failed to do so with the U.S. military's use of "indiscriminate weapons such as the Daisy Cutter (a
huge conventional bomb), cluster bombs and depleted uranium shells," he said.

Civilians and experts who have supported the tribunal movement agreed to work for creation of an
international treaty that would prohibit the production, stockpile and use of depleted uranium rounds, like
the Ottawa process that succeeded in 1997 in outlawing antipersonnel land mines.

Organizers said the tribunal on Afghanistan was the latest attempt to try a head of state by the efforts of
citizens.

The history of citizens' tribunals dates back to the 1960s, when the British philosopher Bertrand Russell
and others tried to examine the acts of the U.S. government during the Vietnam War.

On Friday, Nov. 13, the London Guardian reported a ―Huge rise in birth defects in Fallujah,‖ Iraq. I sent
the news to KPFA Radio 94.1FM Weekend News anchor Anthony Fest, along with contact info for Bob
Nichols, San Francisco Bay View newspaper correspondent and winner of a 2004 Project Censored Award
for his reporting on the U.S. military‘s use of depleted uranium weapons in Iraq and consequent radiation
poisoning. I then edited and animated the resulting Nov. 15 KPFA Weekend News segment (below).

INTRODUCTION TO THE LEGAL CASE FILED BEFORE THE AUDIENCIA NACIONAL ON

6 OCTOBER 2009

The following is the introduction to a legal case filed 6 October 2009 before the Audiencia Nacional in
Spain against four US presidents and four UK prime ministers for commissioning, condoning and/or
perpetuating multiple war crimes, crimes against humanity, and genocide in Iraq. The case was filed under
laws of universal jurisdiction.

This case, naming George H W Bush, William J Clinton, George W Bush, Barack H Obama, Margaret
Thatcher, John Major, Anthony Blair and Gordon Brown, was brought by Iraqis and others who stand in
solidarity with the Iraqi people and in defence of their rights and international law.
Introduction
The respondents herein identified in this complaint have all held or hold high public office in the
administrations of the United States and the United Kingdom, and/or commanding authority in the
respective armed forces of these countries, and whilst in command or in office actively instigated,
authorized, supported, justified, executed and/or perpetuated:

1. A 13-year sanctions regime on Iraq known and proven to have an overwhelmingly destructive impact
on Iraqi public health, especially child mortality

2. The use of disproportionate and indiscriminate military force, including numerous extra-legal strikes
and bombing campaigns throughout the 1990s, entailing the purposeful destruction of Iraq‘s water and
health facilities, and defence capacities, and the widespread contamination of Iraq‘s ecosphere and life
environment by the unjustified and massive use of depleted uranium munitions

3. The prevention by means of comprehensive sanctions, and/or military strikes, of the reconstruction of
Iraq‘s critical civil infrastructure, including its health, water and sanitation systems, and the
decontamination of Iraq‘s ecosphere/life environment, backed by the threat of Security Council veto where
unanimity was not present for such strikes and/or the continuance of the sanctions regime

4. The launching of an illegal war of aggression against Iraq based on deliberate falsification of threat
assessment intelligence and systematic efforts to conceal from the general public in the United States and
the United Kingdom, and other countries, along with parts of the military command structure of the
respective armed forces deployed, the true aims and objectives of that war

5. Establishing by design an occupation apparatus that by its incompetence, inexperience, corruption

and/or ideological or sectarian alignment and actions would finalize the destruction of the Iraqi state and
the attempted destruction of Iraqi national unity and identity, entailing an attack upon Iraqis as a whole
and the intended destruction of the Iraqi national group as such.

The acts ordered and/or continued and perpetuated by the respondents identified in this complaint were
unlawful in nature, were known to be and/or ought reasonably to have been known to be unlawful in
nature, and were based on manifest and purposive lies, manipulations, deliberately misleading
presentations of facts, and baseless assertions and other false justifications. The consistency of the
propaganda effort that supported and contextualized these unlawful acts was such — and was aimed and
known to be so — that it constituted an international campaign of demonization and dehumanization of
Iraqis, the Iraqi nation, the Iraqi state, Iraq‘s civil and military leadership, Iraq‘s civil administrative
apparatus, and Iraq in its Arab context. As such, and through actions taken and summarized below, the

respondents:
1. Deprived the Iraqi people of all or the majority of their fundamental rights as established and protected
by international human rights law and international humanitarian law, expressed in the UN Charter and
conventions, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the Geneva Conventions, including the right
of defence

2. Structured and implemented policies that continue to deprive the Iraqi people of their sovereignty and
the exercise of their freedom, human rights, and civil, political, economic, social and cultural rights, as
established and guaranteed by international human rights law and international humanitarian law,
including the UN Charter and conventions, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the Geneva
Conventions

3. Consistently gave political and legal cover to these acts, even as these acts were known to be and/or
ought reasonably to have been known to be in violation of international law, including peremptory or jus
cogens standards of law

4. Asserted and defended extra-legal immunity for all those engaged in acts that have attacked the
protected rights of the Iraqi people, and established a pattern of impunity for those accused of such attacks
by failing to adequately investigate and prosecute specific and general allegations of grave abuses, and/or
to ensure responsibility is assumed throughout the chain of command that permitted or failed to prohibit
such attacks, and/or dismissed or distorted numerous customary legal standards, including the laws of war
and those that outlaw the preemptive use of force in international relations

5. Abused and overran international law, the guarantor of international order, peace and security, which
the United Nations System exists to protect and is deemed to embody, enshrined in the UN Charter, and
upon whose foundation the Universal Declaration of Human Rights gains positive affect and final
meaning.
 New Undeclared Arms Race:

America's Agenda for Global Military Domination

The Pentagon has released the summary of a top secret Pentagon document, which
sketches America's agenda for global military domination.

This redirection of America's military strategy seems to have passed virtually

unnoticed. With the exception of The Wall Street Journal (see below in annex), not a
word has been mentioned in the US media.

There has been no press coverage concerning this mysterious military blueprint. The
latter outlines, according to the Wall Street Journal, America's global military design
which consists in "enhancing U.S. influence around the world", through increased
troop deployments and a massive buildup of America's advanced weapons
systems.

While the document follows in the footsteps of the administration's "preemptive"

war doctrine as detailed by the Neocons' Project of the New American Century
(PNAC), it goes much further in setting the contours of Washington's global military
agenda.
It calls for a more "proactive" approach to warfare, beyond the weaker notion of
"preemptive" and defensive actions, where military operations are launched against
a "declared enemy" with a view to "preserving the peace" and "defending America".

The document explicitly acknowledges America's global military mandate, beyond

regional war theaters. This mandate also includes military operations directed
against countries, which are not hostile to America, but which are considered
strategic from the point of view of US interests.

From a broad military and foreign policy perspective, the March 2005 Pentagon
document constitutes an imperial design, which supports US corporate interests
Worldwide.

"At its heart, the document is driven by the belief that the U.S. is engaged in a
continuous global struggle that extends far beyond specific battlegrounds, such as
Iraq and Afghanistan. The vision is for a military that is far more proactive, focused
on changing the world instead of just responding to conflicts such as a North Korean
attack on South Korea, and assuming greater prominence in countries in which the
U.S. isn't at war. (WSJ, 11 March 2005)

The document suggests that its objective also consists in "offensive" rather than run
of the mill "preemptive" operations. There is, in this regard, a subtle nuance in
relation to earlier post-911 national security statements:

"[The document presents] 'four core' problems, none of them involving traditional
military confrontations. The services are told to develop forces that can: build
partnerships with failing states to defeat internal terrorist threats; defend the
homeland, including offensive strikes against terrorist groups planning attacks;
influence the choices of countries at a strategic crossroads, such as China and
Russia; and prevent the acquisition of weapons of mass destruction by hostile states
and terrorist groups." (Ibid)

The emphasis is no longer solely on waging major theater wars as outlined in the
PNAC's Rebuilding America's Defenses, Strategy, Forces and Resources for a New
Century" , the March 2005 military blueprint points to shifts in weapons systems as
well as the need for a global deployment of US forces in acts of Worldwide military
policing and intervention. The PNAC in its September 2000 Report had described
these non-theater military operations as "constabulary functions":

The Pentagon must retain forces to preserve the current peace in ways that fall
short of conduction major theater campaigns. ... These duties are today’s most
frequent missions, requiring forces configured for combat but capable of long-term,
independent constabulary operations." (PNAC,

Recruitment of Troops to Police the Empire

The underlying emphasis is on the development and recruitment of specialized

military manpower required to control and pacify indigenous forces and factions in
different regions of the World:
"the classified guidance urges the military to come up with less doctrinaire solutions
that include sending in smaller teams of culturally savvy soldiers to train and
mentor indigenous forces." (Ibid)

The classified document points to the need for a massive recruitment and training of
troops. These troops, including new contingents of special forces, green berets and
other specialized military personnel, would be involved, around the World, in acts of
military policing:

"Mr. Rumsfeld's approach likely will trigger major shifts in the weapons systems that
the Pentagon buys, and even more fundamental changes in the training and
deployment of U.S. troops throughout the world, said defense officials who have
played a role in crafting the document or are involved in the review.

The U.S. would seek to deploy these troops far earlier in a looming conflict than
they traditionally have been to help a tottering government's armed forces confront
guerrillas before an insurgency is able to take root and build popular support.
Officials said the plan envisions many such teams operating around the world.

US military involvement is not limited to the Middle East. The sending in of special
forces in military policing operations, under the disguise of peace-keeping and
training, is contemplated in all major regions of the World. A large part of these
activities, however, will most probably be carried out by private mercenary
companies on contract to the Pentagon, NATO or the United Nations. The military
manpower requirements as well as the equipment are specialized. The policing will
not be conducted by regular army units as in a theater war:

"the new plan envisions more active U.S. involvement, resembling recent military
aid missions to places like Niger and Chad, where the U.S. is dispatching teams of
ground troops to train local militaries in basic counterinsurgency tactics. Future
training missions, however, would likely be conducted on a much broader scale, one
defense official
said.
Of the military's services, the Marines Corps right now is moving fastest to fill this
gap and is looking at shifting some resources away from traditional amphibious-
assault missions to new units designed specifically to work with foreign forces. To
support these troops, military officials are looking at everything from acquiring
cheap aerial surveillance systems to flying gunships that can be used in messy
urban fights to come to the aid of ground troops. One "dream capability" might be
an unmanned AC-130 gunship that could circle an area at relatively low altitude
until it is needed, then swoop in to lay down a withering line of fire, said a defense
official." (Ibid)

New Post Cold War Enemies

While the "war on terrorism" and the containment of "rogue states" still constitute
the official justification and driving force, China and Russia are explicitly identified in
the classified March document as potential enemies.

"... the U.S. military ... is seeking to dissuade rising powers, such as China, from
challenging U.S. military dominance. Although weapons systems designed to fight
guerrillas tend to be fairly cheap and low-tech, the review makes clear that to
dissuade those countries from trying to compete, the U.S. military must retain its
dominance in key high-tech areas, such as stealth technology, precision weaponry
and manned and unmanned surveillance systems." (Ibid)

While the European Union is not mentioned, the stated objective is to shunt the
development of all potential military rivals.
How does Washington intend to reach its goal of global military hegemony?

Essentially through the continued development of the US weapons industry,

requiring a massive shift out of the production of civilian goods and services. In
other words, the ongoing increase in defense spending feeds this new undeclared
arms race, with vast amounts of public money channeled to America's major
weapons producers.

The stated objective is to make the process of developing advanced weapons

systems "so expensive", that no other power on earth will able to compete or
challenge "the Big Dog", without jeopardizing its civilian economy:

"[A]t the core of this strategy is the belief that the US must maintain such a large
lead in crucial technologies that growing powers will conclude that it is too
expensive for these countries to even think about trying to run with the big
dog. They will realize that it is not worth sacrificing their economic growth, said one
defense consultant who was hired to draft sections of the document. " (Ibid,
emphasis added)
The backlash on employment and social programs is the inevitable byproduct of
both the American and European military projects, which channel vast amounts of
State financial resources towards the war economy, at the expense of the civilian
sectors.

The result are plant closures and bankruptcies in the civilian economy and a rising
tide of poverty and unemployment throughout the Western World. Moreover,
contrary to the 1930s, the dynamic development of the weapons industry creates
very few jobs.

Meanwhile, as the Western war economy flourishes, the relocation of the production
of civilian manufactured goods to Third World countries has increased in recent
years at an dramatic pace. China, which constitutes by far the largest producer of
civilian manufactured goods, increased its textile exports to the US by 80.2 percent
in 2004, leading to a wave of plant closures and job losses (WSJ, 11 March 2005)

The global economy is characterized by a bipolar relationship. The rich Western

countries produce weapons of mass destruction, whereas poor countries produce
manufactured consumer goods. In a twisted logic, the rich countries use their
advanced weapons systems to threaten or wage war on the poor developing
countries, which supply Western markets with large amounts of consumer goods
produced in cheap labor assembly plants.

America, in particular, has relied on this cheap supply of consumer goods to close
down a large share of its manufacturing sector, while at the same time redirecting
resources away from the civilian economy into the production of weapons of mass
destruction. And the latter, in a bitter irony, are slated to be used against the
country which supplies America with a large share of its consumer goods, namely
China.

―It has condemned people to death,‖ the former apparatchik told me in a scene out of a Le
Carre novel. The brilliant old agent comes in from the cold, crosses to our side and, in hours of
debriefing, empties his memory of horrors committed in the name of a political ideology he now
realizes has gone rotten. Here before me was a catch far bigger than some used Cold War spy.
Joseph Stiglitz was chief economist of the World Bank. To a great extent, the new world
economic order was his theory come to life.
I ―debriefed‖ Stiglitz over several days—at Cambridge University, in a London hotel and
finally in Washington during a big confab of the World Bank and the International Monetary
Fund in April 2001. Instead of chairing the meetings of ministers and central bankers as he used
to, Stiglitz was kept safely exiled behind the blue police cordons, the same as the nuns carrying a
large wooden cross, the Bolivian union leaders, the parents of AIDS victims and the other
―antiglobalization‖ protesters. The ultimate insider was now on the outside.
In 1999 the World Bank fired Stiglitz. He was not allowed a discreet ―retirement‖; U.S.
Treasury Secretary Larry Summers, I‘m told, demanded a public excommunication for Stiglitz‘s
having expressed his first mild dissent from globalization World Bank-style.
In Washington we talked about the real, often hidden, workings of the IMF, World Bank
and the bank‘s 51 percent owner, the U.S. Treasury.**
In addition to the Ecuador document, I had by 2001 obtained a huge new cache of
documents, from sources unnamable, from inside the offices of his old employer, marked
―confidential,‖ ―restricted‖ and ―not otherwise [to be] disclosed without World Bank
authorization.‖ Stiglitz helped translate these secret ―Country Assistance Strategies‖ from
bureaucratese.***
There is an Assistance Strategy specially designed for each nation, says the World Bank,
following careful in-country investigations. But according to insider Stiglitz, the Bank‘s staff
―investigation‖ consists of close inspection of a nation‘s five-star hotels. It concludes with the
Bank staff meeting some begging, busted finance minister who is handed a ―restructuring
agreement,‖ pre-drafted for his ―voluntary‖ signature (I have a selection of these).
Each nation‘s economy is individually analyzed; then, according to Stiglitz, the Bank
hands every minister the exact same four-step program.

Step l
Step 1 is Privatization—which Stiglitz says could more accurately be called
―Briberization.‖ Rather than object to the sell-offs of state industries, he says national leaders—
using the World Bank‘s demands to silence local critics—happily flog their electricity and water
companies. ―You could see their eyes widen‖ at the prospect of 10 percent commissions paid to
Swiss bank accounts for simply shaving a few billion off the sale price of national assets.
And the U.S. government knows it, charges Stiglitz—at least in the case of the biggest
―briberization‖ of all, the 1995 Russian sell-off. ―The U.S. Treasury view was this was great as
we wanted Yeltsin reelected. We don‘t care if it‘s a corrupt election. We want the money to go
to Yeltsin‖ via kickbacks for his campaign.
I have to interject that Stiglitz is no conspiracy nutter ranting about Black Helicopters.
The man was inside the game, a member of Bill Clinton‘s cabinet as chairman of the president‘s
Council of Economic Advisers.
Most heinous for Stiglitz is that the U.S.-backed oligarchs‘ corruption stripped Russia‘s
industrial assets, cutting national output nearly in half, causing economic depression and
starvation.

Step 2
After briberization, Step 2 of the IMF/World Bank‘s one-size-fits-all rescue-your-
economy plan is Capital Market Liberalization. This means repealing any nation‘s law that slows
down or taxes money jumping over the borders. In theory, capital market deregulation allows
foreign banks‘ and multinational corporations‘ investment capital to flow in and out.
Unfortunately, in countries like Indonesia and Brazil, the money simply flowed out and out.
Stiglitz calls this the ―hot money‖ cycle. Cash comes in for speculation in real estate and
currency, then flees at the first whiff of trouble. A nation‘s reserves can drain in days, hours. And
when that happens, to seduce speculators into returning a nation‘s own capital funds, the IMF
demands these nations raise interest rates to 30 percent, 50 percent and 80 percent.
―The result was predictable,‖ said Stiglitz of the hot money tidal waves in Asia and Latin
America. Higher interest rates demolished property values, savaged industrial production and
drained national treasuries.
Step 3
At this point, the IMF drags the gasping nation to Step 3: Market-Based Pricing, a fancy
term for raising prices on food, water and domestic gas. This leads, predictably, to Step 3l/2:
what Stiglitz calls ―the IMF riot.‖ The IMF riot is painfully predictable. When a nation is ―down
and out, [the IMF] takes advantage and squeezes the last pound of blood out of them. They turn
up the heat until, finally, the whole cauldron blows up‖—as when the IMF eliminated food and
fuel subsidies for the poor in Indonesia in 1998 and the nation exploded into riots. There are
other examples—the Bolivian riots over water price hikes pushed by the World Bank in April
2000 and, in early 2001, the riots in Ecuador over the rise in domestic gas prices that we found in
the secret Ecuador ―Assistance‖ program. You‘d almost get the impression that the riot is written
into the plan.
And it is. For example, we need only look at the confidential ―Interim Country
Assistance Strategy‖ for Ecuador. In it the Bank states—with cold accuracy—that they expected
their plans to spark ―social unrest,‖ their bureaucratic term for a nation in flames.
Given the implosion of the economy, that‘s not surprising. The secret report notes that
the plan to make the U.S. dollar Ecuador‘s currency has pushed 51 percent of the population
below the poverty line, what Stiglitz called their squeeze-until-they-explode plan. And when the
nation explodes, the World Bank ―Assistance‖ plan is ready, telling the authorities to prepare for
civil strife and suffering with ―political resolve.‖ In these busted nations, ―resolve‖ means tanks
in the street
 .
Each new riot (and by ―riot‖ I mean ―peaceful demonstration dispersed by batons or
bullets‖) causes panicked flights of capital and government bankruptcies. Such economic arson
has its bright side, of course—foreign corporations can then pick off a nation‘s remaining assets,
such as the odd mining concession or port, at fire-sale prices.
Stiglitz notes that the IMF and World Bank are not heartless adherents to market
economics. At the same time the IMF stopped Indonesia from ―subsidizing‖ food purchases,
―when the banks need a bail-out, intervention [in the market] is welcome.‖ The IMF scrounged
up tens of billions of dollars to save the country‘s financiers and, by extension, the U.S. and
European banks from which they had borrowed.
A pattern emerges. There are lots of losers in this system, but two clear winners: the
Western banks and U.S. Treasury. They alone make the big bucks from this crazy new
international capital churn. For example, Stiglitz told me about an unhappy meeting, early in his
World Bank tenure, with the president who had just been elected in Ethiopia‘s first democratic
election. The World Bank and IMF had ordered Ethiopia to divert European aid money to its
reserve account at the U.S. Treasury, which pays a pitiful 4 percent return, while the nation
borrowed U.S. dollars at 12 percent to feed its population. The new president begged Stiglitz to
let him use the aid money to rebuild the nation. But no, the loot went straight off to the U.S.
Treasury‘s vault in Washington.

Step 4
Now we arrive at Step 4 of what the IMF and World Bank call their ―poverty reduction
strategy‖: Free Trade. This is free trade by the rules of the World Trade Organization and World
Bank. Stiglitz the insider likens free trade WTO-style to the Opium Wars. ―That too was about
opening markets,‖ he said. As in the nineteenth century, Europeans and Americans today are
kicking down the barriers to sales in Asia, Latin America and Africa, while barricading their own
markets against Third World agriculture.
In the Opium Wars, the West used military blockades to force markets open for their
unbalanced trade. Today, the World Bank can order a financial blockade that‘s just as
effective—and sometimes just as deadly.
Stiglitz is particularly emotional over the WTO‘s intellectual property rights treaty (it goes by
the acronym TRIPS, of which we have more to say later in this chapter). It is here, says the
economist, that the new global order has ―condemned people to death‖ by imposing impossible
tariffs and tributes to pay to pharmaceutical companies for branded medicines. ―They don‘t
care,‖ said the professor of the corporations and bank ideologues he worked with, ―if people live
or die.‖

By the way, don‘t be confused by the mix in this discussion of the IMF, World Bank and
WTO. They are interchangeable masks of a single governance system. They have locked
themselves together by what they unpleasantly call ―triggers.‖ Taking a World Bank loan for a
school ―triggers‖ a requirement to accept every ―conditionality‖—they average 114 per nation—
laid down by both the World Trade Organization and IMF. In fact, said Stiglitz, the IMF requires
nations to accept trade policies more punitive than the official WTO rules.
Stiglitz‘s greatest concern is that World Bank plans, devised in secrecy and driven by an
absolutist ideology, are never open for discourse or dissent. Despite the West‘s push for elections
throughout the developing world, the so-called Poverty Reduction Programs are never instituted
democratically, and thereby, says Stiglitz, ―undermine democracy.‖ And they don‘t work. Black
Africa‘s productivity under the guiding hand of IMF structural ―assistance‖ has gone to hell in a
handbag.

Did any nation avoid this fate? Yes, said Stiglitz, identifying Botswana. Their trick?
―They told the IMF to go packing.‖
So then I turned on Stiglitz. Okay, Mr. Smart-Guy Professor, how would you help
developing nations? Stiglitz proposed radical land reform, an attack at the heart of what he calls
―landlordism,‖ on the usurious rents charged by propertied oligarchies worldwide, typically 50
percent of a tenant‘s crops. I had to ask the professor: As you were top economist at the World
Bank, why didn‘t the Bank follow your advice?
―If you challenge [land ownership], that would be a change in the power of the elites.
That‘s not high on [the Bank's] agenda.‖ Apparently not.
Ultimately, what drove Stiglitz to put his job on the line was the failure of the Bank and
U.S. Treasury to change course when confronted with the crises—failures and suffering
perpetrated by their four-step monetarist mambo. Every time their free market solutions failed,
the IMF demanded more free market policies

would say, ‗Well, he stopped the bloodletting too soon; he still had a little blood in him.‘‖ I took
away from my talks with the professor that the solution to world poverty and crisis is simple:

Both the IMF and the United Nations have thrown their weight behind proposals to implement a new
world reserve currency system to replace the dollar as part of the acceleration towards a global financial
dictatorship, in the same week that Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner told CFR globalists that he was
―open‖ to the idea.

As we reported yesterday, Timothy Geithner initially renounced a Chinese and Russian proposal to
supplant the dollar with a new global currency, but he later told CFR elitists, who have consistently
lobbied for a global currency as part of a wider agenda for global government, that he was ―open‖ to the
idea. Indeed, before Geithner was appointed by Obama when he was still president of the Federal Reserve
Bank of New York, he argued for a new global central banking system shortly after attending the 2008
Bilderberg meeting.

Now the U.N. and the IMF have thrown their weight behind the move and reports indicate that the matter
will be a major point of discussion at the upcoming G20 conference, with officials having initially
dismissed speculation that a global currency would be on the agenda.

―A UN panel of expert economists pressed Thursday for a new global currency reserve scheme to replace
the volatile, dollar-based system and for coordinated steps by rich countries to stimulate their economies,‖
reports AFP.

―A new Global Reserve System — what may be viewed as a greatly expanded SDR (Special Drawing
Rights), with regular or cyclically adjusted emissions calibrated to the size of reserve accumulations, could
contribute to global stability, economic strength and global equity,‖ the panel said.

In addition, ―IMF managing director Dominique Strauss-Kahn said that talks on a new global reserve
currency to replace the US dollar were ―legitimate‖ and could take place ―in the coming months,‖
according to the report.

As we have repeatedly warned, the introduction of a new global currency system is a key cornerstone in
the move towards global government, centralized control and more power being concentrated into fewer
hands.
The swift and ruthless exploitation of the economic meltdown on behalf of globalists and central banks
who caused the problem in the first place revolves around their drive for a global monetary union, which is
a directive coming from the very inner core of the CFR and the Bilderberg Group.

The Federal Reserve is already is a private organization and as such unaccountable to the American
people. A global central bank, which is effectively what a new global reserve currency system will create,
will establish a de facto financial dictatorship which will wield power over the economies of every country
on the planet with no accountability whatsoever.

The ruling elite resolved long ago to force a global currency down our throats. In fact, a global currency is
at the very core of their plan to dominate the world. Control money and you control the destiny of states,
you eliminate national sovereignty. ―The control of money and credit strikes at the very heart of national
sovereignty,‖ A.W. Clausen, president of Bank of America once observed.

As Georgetown professor and CFR historian Carroll Quigley noted, the goal of the banking families and
their minions consists of ―nothing less than to create a world system of financial control in private hands
able to dominate the political system of each country and the economy of the world as a whole…
controlled in a feudalist fashion by the central banks of the world acting in concert, by secret agreements
arrived at in frequent private meetings and conferences.‖

In 2007, Robert Mundell, ―the father of the euro,‖ noted that ―international monetary reform usually
becomes possible only in response to a felt need and the threat of a global crisis.‖

That very crisis arrived shortly after, providing the elite with the perfect opportunity to ram through a
massive program of financial centralization by posing as the saviors – when they created the problem in
the first place.

The very actions of the elite will continue to worsen the financial crisis, providing the necessary political
capital for them to institute what they had planned all along – a new global currency for the global
government that they plan to implement thereafter

For instance, according to Dr. Hildegarde Staninger, private lab tests show that the outer (Morgellons)
fibers are composed of a high density polyethylene fiber (HDPE) which is used to manufacture fiber
optics. And, as this is a compound not found in nature this could only be explained if in fact the fibers
were man-made. She writes:

―It was further determined that this material is used throughout the bio nanotechnology world as a
compound to encapsulate a viral protein envelope, which is composed of a viron (1/150th times smaller
than a virus) with DNA, RNA, RNAi (mutated RNA) or RNAsi linear or ring plasmids for specific
functions.

Dr. Staninger also describes the similarities of chemtrail samples which were taken from spots around the
U.S. and Italy. Research into the samples that were found in San Giuliani Park (Italy) showed a direct
relationship to a Texas sample, with over half being the same elements. These same elements were found
in the Morgellon‘s patients samples. The results found show a comparison to the samples which came
from three distinct locations California, USA, Texas, USA and Venice, Italy thousands of miles apart but
contain 7 out of 13 of the same elements with SEM‘s illustrating similar structures.

An unconfirmed report by the Russian Northern Fleet says the Haiti earthquake was caused by a flawed
US Navy ‗earthquake weapons‘ test before the weapons could be utilized against Iran.

United States Navy test of one of its ‗earthquake weapons‘ which was to be used against Iran, went
‗horribly wrong‘ and caused the catastrophic quake in the Caribbean, the website of Venezuela‘s ViVe TV
recently reported, citing the Russian report.

After the report was released, Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez also made a similar claim, saying that a
US drill, carried out in preparation for a deliberate attempt to cause an earthquake in Iran, had led to the
deadly incident in Haiti, claiming more than 110,000 lives.

Though Russian Northern Fleets‘ report was not confirmed by official sources, the comments attracted
special attention in some US and Russian media outlets including Fox news and Russia Today.

Russia Today‘s report said that Moscow has also been accused of possessing and utilizing such weapons.

In 2002, a Georgian Green Party leader claimed that Moscow had instigated an earthquake on Georgian
territory, the TV channel said.
According to ViVe, the unconfirmed Russian report says earlier this month the US carried out a similar
test in the Pacific Ocean, which also caused another 6.5 magnitude earthquake in an area near the town of
Eureka, California.

The California quake resulted in no deaths or serious injury, but left many buildings damaged.

The Venezuelan news website said that the report also introduced the possibility that the US Navy may
have had ―full knowledge‖ of the damage that the test could cause.

The report also speculated that knowledge of the possible outcome was why the US military had pre-
positioned the deputy commander of US Southern Command, General P. K. Keen, on the island so that he
could oversee relief efforts if the need
arose.

Based on the alleged report, the ultimate goal of the US weapons tests was to initiate a series of deadly
earthquakes in Iran to topple the current Islamic system in the country.

The tests are believed to be part of the United States‘ High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program
(HAARP), which has been associated with many conspiracy theories.

Other than being blamed for earthquakes, HAARP has also been associated with weather anomalies that
cause floods, droughts and hurricanes.

Some sources have even linked the 7.8 magnitude quake that shook the Chinese city of Sichuan in May
12, 2008 with the program.

Allegations have been made that since the late 1970′s, the US has ‗greatly advanced‘ the state of its
earthquake weapons to the point where it is now utilizing devices that employ a Tesla Electromagnetic
Pulse, Plasma and Sonic technology, along with ‗shockwave bombs.‘

Russia has accused the US military of employing such devices in Afghanistan to trigger the devastating
7.2 magnitude earthquake that hit the country back in March, 2002.

In the mid-1990s the Russian State Duma issued a press release on HAARP, which was signed by 90
deputies. The statement said the US was ―creating new integral geophysical weapons that may influence
the near-Earth medium with high-frequency radio waves.‖
―The significance of this qualitative leap could be compared to the transition from cold steel to firearms, or
from conventional weapons to nuclear weapons.‖

―This new type of weapons differ from previous types in that the near-Earth medium becomes at once an
object of direct influence and its component,‖ the statement explained.

In 1997, US Secretary of Defense William Cohen also expressed concern about activities that ―can alter
the climate, set off earthquakes, volcanoes remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves.‖

The US government, however, has chosen to stick to its position that HAARP is merely a program aimed
at analyzing the Earth‘s ionosphere for the purpose of developing communications and surveillance
technology.

Here is the written transcript from a small portion of the spoken dialogue by Dr. Gwen Scott from the first
"Introductory Remarks" video regarding who is responsible for origins of Morgellon's disease. Dr. Gwen Scott
States:

"I began to see there are a lot of components. It is a very compound complex network of pathogens. Organic,
inorganic and all kinds of things. We have fibers, heavy metals, bacteria, funguses, viruses that seem to be working
somehow synergistically. None of them good to the Human." "I was able to touch base with one of the people who
was actively involved in the design of some of this and I think at the time he thought he was doing this country

They're cloaked, they're different, they can overcome. I won't go into the specifics but let's just say these are not
your average bacteria, virus, fungus — and of course heavy metals are not average in the human body anyway —
and these fibers, these unusual fibers are wires that we're seeing. People have said, "Well, where's it coming
from?" Clearly, there have been enough samples to know and Mr. Carnicom, Clifford, just made that connection

Christina Aguilera‘s new album and video introduces fans to a definite style change. The singer now
clearly fits the mold of the occult music industry by incorporating its themes and symbolism into her art.
We will look at the hidden meaning of her video ―Not Myself Tonight‖ to and we‘ll see how her new
album relates with the rest of the music industry.

I‘ve always considered Christina Aguilera to be a notch above most pop singers due to the fact that she
could actually sing. However, in order to continue with her success, it was only a matter of time before
she ended up in the same place as the other pop stars in the market today. Everything about her new album
is heavily tainted with the Illuminati agenda, and the first single Not Myself Tonight acts as an initiation
piece. It contains many elements seen in other videos discussed on The Vigilant Citizen, which probably
explains the number of e-mails I‘ve received regarding it. Some observers have accused Not Myself
Tonight of copying Lady Gaga‘s Bad Romance. We will see that this plagiarism is, in fact, Christina only
following the trend forced on pop stars.

Christina was first discovered by Disney, a company that has specialized in recruiting kids who then
progressively become sex bombs as the years go by (Miley Cyrus is next). Christina was part of a
particularly prolific edition of the Mickey Mouse Club.
Christina used her great talent to make her way into the pop scene with the 1999 album Christina
Aguilera, with a clean ―innocent teen‖ look. Everything changed in 2002-2003 with the release of the
album Stripped. In a very symbolic performance during the 2003 MTV Video Music Awards, Christina is
―consecrated‖ by the Kabbalistic Grand Priestess Madonna. This highly publicized event deserves a
second look.

2003 VMA Perfomance

Taking place on a Masonic checkerboard-patterned floor, this symbolic performance is the ritualistic
initiation of Britney Spears and Christina Aguilera into the occult music business. The ceremony starts
with Britney and Christina making their way down a pyramid-shaped cake singing Madonna‘s Like a
Virgin. The song choice is very significant as it describes the young singers‘ purity and innocence before
the ceremony. This is also reinforced by their white gowns. Then the Priestess comes out, wearing a black
tuxedo and a Masonic top hat.
She sings Hollywood, a song about the city symbolizing the entertainment establishment, the gateway to
super-stardom. Madonna is a representative of the occult industry and welcomes Britney and Christina
into it. She sings:

The entire performance puts into light Madonna‘s domination and superiority over the singers. She
ultimately passes on the torch to the two singers with a symbolic kiss.

Following in the footsteps of Madonna, Christina and Britney then appeared to dabble with Kabbalah,
though only a ―Hollywood‖ brand of Kabbalah, as tattoos are not permitted in its sacred scriptures.

―Bi-On-Ic‖ also apparently means ―bisexual on ice‖, ice being the slang word for methamphetamine. So,
when she is under the influence of this powerful drug, she becomes bisexual. Knowing that
methamphetamine is extensively used on mind control victims, especially in sexual programming, the
album title is rather disturbing.

As seen in many other articles, almost all pop artists taking on Illuminati themes in their art almost always
flash the ―one eye sign‖ in their videos or photo shoots. Christina is not an exception.
Concept of Not Myself Tonight
Not Myself Tonight has been accused of copying Lady Gaga‘s Bad Romance. Although the videos were
produced by two different directors (Francis Lawrence for Gaga and Hype Williams for Christina), they
both exploit similar themes, which are also common in many other pop music videos. Although it is easy
to say ―the bitch copied Gaga!‖, this statement does not take into consideration the bigger picture of the
music industry. The same themes are expected and required to be prevalent in today‘s hits. The industry
defines its own trends and in order to be successful, artists must follow these trends and communicate the
same messages. Not Myself Tonight is simply a continuation of the Illuminati agenda through another
artist, and therefore exploits its trademark themes such as mind control, transhumanism, occult initiation
and so forth. Here‘s the video.

The subject of the song is Christina being ―not herself tonight‖ which is, at face value, her wanting to go
out and go crazy, ―kissing the boys and the girls.‖ However, the imagery and symbolism of the video adds
another level of interpretation to the song that refers to mind control, occult initiation and alter
personalities. The theme of being ―out of character‖ and not controlling one‘s actions is often portrayed in
recent videos and is associated, through symbolism, to Monarch programming or supernatural
―possession.‖ This is often symbolically represented by the classic ―devil horns‖ as seen on the promo
image of her single.

As said earlier, she is just following the trend set by the industry.

Monarch programming is a mind-control method based on the creation of an alternate persona through the
usage of torture and ritual abuse. Some authors on the subject, such as Ron Patton, have mentioned that
Monarch programming utilizes ancient occult techniques reminiscent of spirit possession. The lyrics of the
song reflect the creation of a new persona:

―I‘m out of character, I‘m in rare form

And if you really knew me, you‘d know its not the norm
Cos I‘m doing things that I normally won‘t do

As we will see later, the symbolism of the video is based on initiation and on the creation of an alter
personality, which is expressed lyrically The old me is gone, I feel brand new. The theme of being a
crazier/wilder/sexier self is often portrayed in recent videos and is almost always coupled with scenes of
restraint, dehumanization and/or torture. This is an obvious case of cognitive dissonance, where the
portrayal of torture is a part of one‘s ―liberation.‖ In Not Myself Tonight, Christina is seen hog-tied with
her eyes forced opened, which is reminiscent of mind control victims being forced to watch videos to
reinforce their programming.

This practice is depicted in the mind-control themed Clockwork Orange by Stanley Kubrick.

Sex Kitten Programming

The first part of the video is heavily tainted with references to mind control and, more precisely, Sex
Kitten programming. This trend is becoming increasingly common in the music and fashion industry.

The second part of the video essentially describes Xtina‘s ―initiation‖ through ritual sex. Some symbolic
scenes tell this story.

Halfway through the song, Christina is dressed in black with masculine features and standing between two
pseudo-masonic pillars.

This scene is similar to the VMA performance referenced above, where Madonna played the master of
ceremonies. Christina plays the same role in this scene. She is standing on top of stairs, near a mysterious
gateway, symbolizing her high rank within the ―inner-hierarchy‖. Her monocle covers one eye which
refers to the Illuminati power structure. The master of ceremonies kicks off the ritual initiation of Xtina,
the Sex Kitten.

In the following scene, Xtina is shown entering a doorway, symbolizing the ―passing through the gates‖ of
her initiation.

Xtina is then shown putting fire to her clothes, indicating that she is destroying her old self and embracing
the new Xtina alter persona.
The initiation is then sealed and consummated by nothing less than an orgy inside a church.

The scene in the church gives spiritual connotation to the initiation. An orgy in a place that is considered
sacred is a form of desecration that is reminiscent of black magic rituals. The video is not simply about a
girl wanting to ―go crazy,‖ it is about an initiation into the ―dark side.‖

To further portray the completion of the initiation of this mind control slave, Xtina is shown covering
herself with ―black milk‖ or maybe black semen.

Although Christina Aguilera‘s new work was accused of plagiarism by some pop culture observers, they
fail to realize that she is simply following the agenda forced on pop stars. The standardization of the music
industry has resulted in different artists exploiting the same symbolism, themes and aesthetics. Superficial
differences define each artist, but the content and message of their music stay the same. If some articles on
this site appear redundant, it is because of the clear redundancy of the messages communicated by the
music industry through the products it promotes. This repetition is an important clue to identify the
existence of a alternative agenda in the industry.

―Conversely, the chemical pathway area could include methods to degrade enemy performance and artificially
overwhelm enemy cognitive capabilities.‖ That‘s right: the Air Force wants a way to fry foes‘ minds — or at least

The US army says its new ‗pain ray‘ hurts but does no lasting
damage. Its critics would beg to differ.

The Active Denial System or ADS, recently deployed for the first time in Afghanistan.

‗It was as if some invisible jet impinged upon them… I saw them staggering and falling, and their
supporters turning to run.‖ Since the first appearance of the ―heat-ray‖ in H G Wells‘s The War of
the Worlds, ray guns have been a staple feature of science fiction: the classic sign of overwhelming
technological superiority. But they are no longer fiction. Last month, Lt Col John Dorrian admitted
that the US military‘s brand-new Active Denial System (ADS) had been shipped to Afghanistan, the
first time it has been present in an active theatre of war. According to the top brass, it is a ―non-
lethal, directed-energy, counter-personnel weapon‖. Among the troops, however, its favoured
description is rather shorter: ―the pain ray‖.

Compared with most military vehicles, the device looks relatively harmless – like one of the broadcasting
trucks you see outside big sporting events: an anonymous-looking military transport with what appears to
be a square satellite dish mounted on top. But it contains an extraordinary new weapon, capable of causing
immense discomfort from half a mile away without – its makers claim – doing any lasting damage.

The ADS works by projecting a focused beam of 3.2mm wave electromagnetic radiation at a human
target. This heats the water and fat molecules on the skin, causing their temperature to rise by up to 50C.
Philip Sherwell, a Sunday Telegraph reporter who tried out the ADS in 2007, describes it as ―unbearably
uncomfortable, like opening a roasting hot oven door‖. The immediate instinct is to escape the beam and

ECHELON is a name used in global media and in popular culture to describe a signals intelligence
(SIGINT) collection and analysis network operated on behalf of the five signatory states to the UK–USA
Security Agreement (Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and the United States, known
as AUSCANNZUKUS).[1][2] It has also been described as the only software system which controls the
download and dissemination of the intercept of commercial satellite trunk communications.[3]

ECHELON was reportedly created to monitor the military and diplomatic communications of the Soviet
Union and its Eastern Bloc allies during the Cold War in the early 1960s, but since the end of the Cold
War it is believed to search also for hints of terrorist plots, drug dealers' plans, and political and diplomatic
intelligence.[citation needed]

The system has been reported in a number of public sources.[4] Its capabilities and political implications
were investigated by a committee of the European Parliament during 2000 and 2001 with a report
published in 2001,[5] and by author James Bamford in his books on the National Security Agency of the
United States.[3]

In its report, the European Parliament states that the term ECHELON is used in a number of contexts, but
that the evidence presented indicates that it was the name for a signals intelligence collection system. The
report concludes that, on the basis of information presented, ECHELON was capable of interception and
content inspection of telephone calls, fax, e-mail and other data traffic globally through the interception of
communication bearers including satellite transmission, public switched telephone networks (which once
carried most Internet traffic) and microwave links.[5]

Bamford describes the system as the software controlling the collection and distribution of civilian
telecommunications traffic conveyed using communication satellites, with the collection being undertaken
by ground stations located in the footprint of the downlink leg.
The UKUSA intelligence community is assessed by the European Parliament to include the signals
intelligence agencies of each of the member states - the National Security Agency of the United States, the
Government Communications Headquarters of Britain, the Communications Security Establishment of
Canada, the Defence Signals Directorate of Australia, and the Government Communications Security
Bureau of New Zealand. The EP report concludes that it seems likely that ECHELON is a method of
sorting captured signal traffic, rather than a comprehensive analysis tool.[5]

Capabilities
The ability to intercept communications depends on the medium used, be it radio, satellite, microwave,
cellular or fiber-optic.[5] During World War II and through the 1950s high frequency ("short wave") radio
was widely used for military and diplomatic communication,[6] and could be intercepted at great
distances.[5] The rise of geostationary communications satellites in the 1960s presented new possibilities
for intercepting international communications. The report to the European Parliament of 2001 states: "If
UKUSA states operate listening stations in the relevant regions of the earth, in principle they can intercept
all telephone, fax and data traffic transmitted via such satellites."[5]

The role of satellites in point-to-point voice and data communications has largely been supplanted by fiber
optics. As of 2006, 99% of the world's long-distance voice and data traffic was carried over optical-fiber.[7]
The proportion of international communications accounted for by satellite links is said to have decreased
substantially over the past few years in Central Europe to an amount between 0.4 and 5%.[5] Even in less-
developed parts of the world, communications satellites are used largely for point-to-multipoint
applications, such as video.[8] Thus the majority of communications cannot be intercepted by earth
stations, but only by tapping cables and intercepting line-of-sight microwave signals, which is possible
only to a limited extent.[5]

One method of interception is to place equipment at locations where fiber optic communications are
switched. For the Internet much of the switching occurs at relatively few sites. There have been reports of
one such intercept site, Room 641A, in the United States. In the past much Internet traffic was routed
through the U.S. and the UK, but this has changed; for example 95% of intra-German Internet
communications was routed via the DE-CIX Internet exchange point in Frankfurt in 2000.[5] A
comprehensive worldwide surveillance network is possible only if clandestine intercept sites are installed
in the territory of friendly nations, or local authorities cooperate. The report to the European Parliament
points out that interception of private communications by foreign intelligence services is not necessarily
limited to the U.S. or British foreign intelligence services.[5]

Most reports on ECHELON focus on satellite interception; testimony before the European Parliament
indicated that separate but similar UK-USA systems are in place to monitor communication through
undersea cables, microwave transmissions and other lines.[9]
Canadian Forces Station Leitrim, also referred to as CFS Leitrim, is an important Canadian
Forces Station located in the neighbourhood of Leitrim near Ottawa, Ontario. It is concerned with the
interception, decrypting and processing of communication for the Communications Security Establishment
Canada and the Canadian Forces, and forms part of the ECHELON system.

Rarely acknowledged in the debate on global climate change, the world‘s weather can now be modified as
part of a new generation of sophisticated electromagnetic weapons. Both the US and Russia have
developed capabilities to manipulate the climate for military use.

Environmental modification techniques have been applied by the US military for more than half a century.
US mathematician John von Neumann, in liaison with the US Department of Defense, started his research
on weather modification in the late 1940s at the height of the Cold War and foresaw ‗forms of climatic
warfare as yet unimagined‘. During the Vietnam war, cloud-seeding techniques were used, starting in
1967 under Project Popeye, the objective of which was to prolong the monsoon season and block enemy
supply routes along the Ho Chi Minh Trail.

The US military has developed advanced capabilities that enable it selectively to alter weather patterns.
The technology, which is being perfected under the High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program
(HAARP), is an appendage of the Strategic Defense Initiative – ‗Star Wars‘. From a military standpoint,
HAARP is a weapon of mass destruction, operating from the outer atmosphere and capable of
destabilising agricultural and ecological systems around the world.

Weather-modification, according to the US Air Force document AF 2025 Final Report, ‗offers the war
fighter a wide range of possible options to defeat or coerce an adversary‘, capabilities, it says, extend to
the triggering of floods, hurricanes, droughts and earthquakes: ‗Weather modification will become a part
of domestic and international security and could be done unilaterally… It could have offensive and
defensive applications and even be used for deterrence purposes. The ability to generate precipitation, fog
and storms on earth or to modify space weather… and the production of artificial weather all are a part of
an integrated set of [military] technologies.‘

In 1977, an international Convention was ratified by the UN General Assembly which banned ‗military or
other hostile use of environmental modification techniques having widespread, long-lasting or severe
effects.‘ It defined ‗environmental modification techniques‘ as ‗any technique for changing –through the
deliberate manipulation of natural processes – the dynamics, composition or structure of the earth,
including its biota, lithosphere, hydrosphere and atmosphere, or of outer space.‘

"consequences" that will follow within 50-100

the intelligence of every human being on this
planet to accept this unbridled hokum from those
who posture themselves as 'leading academic
scientists' and authorities on this subject (read
Rockefeller/Rothchild-purchased and bribed '
talking heads').

Update, March 1, 2007 I'm being sent many excellent articles debunking the Global Warming myth, but
two scholarly masterpieces written by Christopher Monckton (3rd Viscount, Monckton of Brenchley)
and published on November 5 and November 12, 2006 in The Sunday Telegraph (London) laid bare Al
Gore's truth twisting and deceptive claims with devastating effect. Gore was sufficiently stung that he felt
compelled to reply to the Monckton charges in the November 19 edition of the newspaper (see below).

The November 5 Sunday Telegraph article by Monckton was titled Climate Chaos? Don't Believe it.
Within the article, there is a link to a scholarly (and well documented) 40 page summary aptly titled

settle the global-warming debate once and for all.

That is the question," Coleman said.

"Since we can't get a debate, I thought perhaps if we had a legal challenge and went into a court of law,

the sky, some crashing into cars and boats, other are found many miles inland. "Rescuers are wondering
whether the illness is caused by a virus, or even by contaminants washed into the ocean after recent fires
across Southern California. Many of the birds also have swollen feet."

Mysterious Malady?
Bird-rescue workers say that dead or disoriented pelicans have been found from southern Oregon to Baja
California, Mexico.
"These birds are on the freeway, getting run over," said Jay Holcomb, executive director of the rescue center in
San Pedro. "A bunch we've seen have been hit. They've been landing on yards five miles inland. When some of the
people have captured them in parking lots, they just sit in the corner. They just go pick them up."

"Maybe the weather has been particularly difficult on them," said Heather Nevill, a veterinarian tracking
the problem for the International Bird Rescue Research Center. "Maybe the fish stocks are particularly
low. It might be more than one thing, all coming together at once."

Veterinarians and volunteers are nursing many pelicans back to health, but this is expensive and can't be

Working to solve Beebe‘s New Year s Eve bird mystery

For the Windwood subdivision in Beebe, Ark., the
events of New Years Eve landed the quiet, bedroom
community in the news headlines for the day. State
and national news crews were on hand all New
Years day watching workers dressed in Hazmat
suits walk around the one-mile area collecting the
bodies of birds that had fallen out of the sky the
night before.

At first, the reports said that an estimated 1,000

black birds fell out of the sky around 11:30 p.m. By
morning, the estimate rose to 5,000, leaving a huge
mess to clean up.

No one knows what caused the thousands of birds

to drop dead out of the New Years Eve night sky.

hundreds of dead starlings littering the ground.

Julie Knight said she found more than 100 corpses in her front garden alone – which is just 3.6m (12ft)
long.

‗They literally seemed to just fall out of the sky. About 70 were dead straight away,‘ said the 53-year-old.

‗It was like something out of a horror film – like Hitchcock‘s The Birds – it was absolutely terrifying.‘

The starlings had blood coming from their beaks and many had their feet already curled up in Sunday‘s
bizarre event, which has baffled experts.

Lloyd Scott from the Royal Society for the Protection of Birds said they might have flown into something
but admitted: ‗This is one of the oddest things I‘ve ever heard about.‘ He added: ‗When flying around in a
murmuration – the coordinated sky-dance of the starlings – they relate each movement to the seven birds
closest to them.

‗They are hardwired into doing this and on instinct they stay away from each other.‘

Eyewitnesses to the incident in Coxley, Somerset, are adamant the birds did not collide with each other or
fly into a structure such as a conservatory.

Ms Knight called RSPCA officers, who saved just six birds, put dozens of others that were beyond help to
sleep and collected the dead. Vets from the RSPCA and the RSPB are studying the starlings and awaiting
toxicology results.

That's the mystery Gene Boudreault is trying to solve.

You might expect snow or rain to fall from the sky, or maybe hailstones. But what's the chance of live,
wiggling caterpillars dropping out of the sky in the middle of a New England snowstorm?

It might be hard to believe, but if you ask Boudreault, he'll tell you that what happened yesterday was
unlike anything he's ever experienced.

Around 9 a.m., he was walking his dog around the backyard of his 303 Broadway home as he does every
morning. Only this time things took a strange turn. He looked down at the freshly fallen snow and it was
covered in caterpillars, dozens of them and many were still alive.

"They had to come from somewhere," said Boudreault, a retired Lucent Technologies manager. "Maybe
they were caught in an updraft from the recent storms down South."

More than 300 tonnes of dead fish have been dredged from a lake
in Germany after thick ice starved the water of oxygen and killed
off much of the wildlife.

The cruel winter has killed fish, deer, wild boar and other wildlife

Volunteers have been working at the Rangsdorfer See, south of Berlin, to clear the water of dead fish.

Experts say the thick ice covered the lake for a longer time that usual and blocked all sunlight from getting
to the water.

That in turn meant the plants at the bottom of the lake couldn't produce any oxygen and much of the
wildlife within the lake was slowly starved of life.

Young fish are now being introduced to the lake to rebuild the fishstocks and local fishermen say numbers
will be back to normal within a few seasons.

Other willdlife has also been affected by one of the harshest winters on record.

Birds, deer and wild boar numbers were also hit by the freezing temperatures and thick snow.

Torsten Reinwald, from the Hunting Protection Union, said: "Many animals got stuck in the snow and up
the hills we expect some high losses to livestock, especially young wild boars."

km of beach on Taiwan's outlying islands because of cold temperatures, a local official said on Friday.

About 45 tons of fish, some wild and some farmed, appeared on the tourism-dependent Penghu Island
archipelago in the Taiwan Strait from February 14 following a cold snap, county environmental staffer
Hsu Ching-fang said.

Local media said on Friday that 10 times that amount of dead fish was still in the water, adding it was the
worst mass killing off Penghu in 30 years.

"Every beach in Penghu has been hit with fish in varying amounts," Hsu said. "This is something we
haven't seen before."

Temperatures dipped below 9 degrees Celsius for three days in early February, unusually low for
subtropical Penghu.

That weather came along with snow storms in nearby China.

Government agencies have allocated T$1.06 million ($34,000) for daily beach cleanups, Hsu said.

The mysterious "rain" of 5,000 dead blackbirds that filled fields near Beebe, Arkansas, on New Year's Day
— and inspired doomsday speculation — was likely triggered by ear-splitting fireworks, say officials. The
explosions apparently startled the birds, which have poor night vision, causing them to fly fatally into
buildings and trees. Still, say gloomy prognosticators, eight other incidences of strange animal deaths have
occurred over the last few days:

1. 100,000 fish in Arkansas

A tugboat operator discovered hundreds of thousands of dead drum fish blanketing the Arkansas River on
Dec. 30. While authorities say fish kills occur every year, it's odd that only one species was affected in this
one. "If it was from a pollutant, it would have affected all of the fish, not just drum fish," said Keith
Stephens of the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission. Officials suspect disease is to blame.

2. 100 tons of fish in Brazil

Brazilian news site Parana-Online reported that up to 100 tons of dead fish have washed ashore in the
coastal towns of South America since Dec. 30, panicking the fishing community and leaving wildlife
experts puzzled. The region's coordinator of Civil Defense, suggesting that an environmental imbalance or
leaked chemicals might be the culprit, has discouraged Brazilians from ingesting the fish.
3. Millions of fish in Maryland
Cold water may also be the cause of death for an estimated 2 million fish in Chesapeake Bay. The
fish, which normally migrate to warmer waters this time of year, began washing ashore last week.
The Maryland Department of the Environment has admitted it's puzzled.

4. 500 birds in Louisiana

Hundreds of blackbird carcasses littered a quarter-mile stretch of road in Labarra, La., on Jan. 3 after they
inexplicably fell from the sky. Authorities speculate that the birds may have hit power lines or buildings.
State Wildlife Veterinarian Jim LaCour is not feeling apocalyptic, noting that there have been 16 similar
mass blackbird deaths in the past 30 years: "It's not terribly unusual." (Watch a local report about the dead

5. "A carpet" of snapper fish in New Zealand

Beachgoers at Little Bay and Waikawau Bay in New Zealand found "a carpet" of dead snapper floating in
the water on Jan. 4, many of which were missing their eyes. The New Zealand Department of
Conservation speculates that the fish starved because of bad weather conditions.

6. Hundreds of starlings and robins in Kentucky

A woman in Gilbertsville, Ky., reportedly woke to find dozens of dead birds in her yard on Jan. 4. "I've
never seen anything like it," the woman said. "It's really creepy." A spokesman for the local Department of
Fish and Wildlife confirmed that hundreds of birds, including grackles, starlings, and robins, had been
found "scattered around" the town. The birds did not appear to have been poisoned or diseased, and show
no signs of trauma.

7. 40,000 crabs in England

Thousands of velvet swimming crabs washed up dead on the shores of Kent in Britain on Jan. 5.
Experts think cold weather might be to blame, as this has been the region's coldest December in
more than 100 years. "It just goes to show that all animals are affected by freezing conditions — not

Honey bees are disappearing. The story has been in the news on and off since 2006, but for one reason or
another, most people have paid little attention. And the situation is significantly dire.

Beginning in the Summer of 2006, bee hives in more than half the U.S. States, Four Canadian Provinces and
a number of Countries in Europe have mysteriously been losing billions of bees in what is now being
termed Colony Collapse Disorder, Canadian officials have yet to declare their bee losses are due to this
disorder. Essentially the mature worker bees leave the hive and do not return leaving the Queen and
immature workers unable to sustain the hive. Due to the recent outbreak and distances involved in the
regions affected most researchers are unable to explain why this is occurring. Currently one theory
suggests the electromagnetic waves may be causing interference with bees’ navigation as previous small
scale research showed that 70% of the bees did not return to the hive when cordless phone transmitters
placed within the colonies. Here we show that a U.S. military radio transmitter (ionospheric heater) array,
the most powerful in the world, transitioned to full power in 2006 and reception of signals transmitted cover
the same region as the Colony Collapse Disorder.
The High-frequency Active Auroral Research Project is
an antenna array located in Alaska. It a congressionally
initiated program jointly managed by the U.S. Air Force
and U.S. Navy. The Array has been used to conduct
numerous ionospheric and radio wave propagation
research studies over the past decade. One project
study conducted in 1997 showed the radio transmission
range was only received in North America and Europe.
This Array transitioned to full power and military use just
prior to the summer of 2006 with an increase in output
from 9.6 kilowatts to 3.6 megawatts. The corresponding
timing and range with the Colony Collapse Disorder
suggests recent transmissions from the array could be
the most likely cause of the bee problem.

Throughout these years, I have told you that the creation of Israel was a projected plan since XIX century,
by Teodr Herzl an Austrian journalist, who was supported by the Rothschild bankers to execute it. The
(artificial) creation of I World War conducted to the creation of the first jewish settlements askhe-nazis in
Palestine, sponsored by the Rothschild House and the II World War after placing a sort of "Sadam
Hussein" (named Adolf Hitler) in the German Government, with the sacrifice of jewish people to Yahweh
(called in Old Testament as "Holocaust": see Deuteronomy) and the creation of the state of Israel, with
banker's funds. It no coincidence, the Meyer Amsfeld Rothschild effigy appears in the 500 currency bill of
the jewish state.

Yesterday, I went back to read an article by a jewish guy called Jerry Golden, in which he explains,
graphically, the Illuminati symbols in the holy city of Jerusalem, which is supposed to be a very tangible
prove that all this giant - and ancient - issue is the preparation for the arrival of the Antichrist who would
have to seat in the throne in this city.
Golden begins explaining how the Rothschilds financed and conducted the construction of the Supreme
Court of Israel, in Jerusalem, and they filled it with plenty of Illuminati symbols, starting with the "All
Seeing Eye", that you can appreciate on top of the building picture above.

It seems that the Rothschilds provided various orders for the constructions of the Israeli Supreme Court,
among them, that it has to be built by architects under their guidance and in the land they chose. (Below,
you can see the meeting where they conceived this building)

Being so, it's no wonder to anybody that the very Rothschilds placed commemorative plaques with this
family's symbol, owner of 80% of all lands in this State. (In the picture above: Simon Peres, Isaac Rabin
and a member of the Rothschild family).

Golden explains graphicly how Illuminati numerology can be found in that building: three layers of stairs
form the number 30, which takes the visitor to in front of a library with three different levels, the three
levels of mastery in the Illuminati world, which brings us to the number 33. Officially, the first level is for
"lawyers" only, the second level for judges and the third one, for retired judges.

In this last level there is a window from which you can see the Temple of Jersusalem, which it is supposed
to be built with the original rocks from King Salomon's temple.

city like Ben Jehuda street or Rockefeller's Museum (Indeed, Rockefeller does have a museum in
Jerusalem)

There are five justice rooms in the lower part, each of them, preceded by a jewish tomb symbol. The main
room has some little stairs shaping a woman's vulva, another pagan symbold used by the Illuminati in
Bavaria. With all certainty, if we analyze the symbology displayed in all Supreme Courts around the
world, we could find many similar things as those described from the Israel one. Decoration in floors and
walls, as well as the number of steps and the orientation are millimetrically thought.

The building was modified into a crematorium with adjacent morgue by the Germans. Later,
after the rearrangement of the crematorium, the building was used as an air-raid bunker.

 (94) The main entrance to the north was visible to thousands of inmates on their way to work
outside the camp every day. To the left of the crematorium is the SS hospital, the road is at the
top. Escaping cyanide gas could easily penetrate the SS hospital. That the SS could have used
Zyklon B in this building is therefore out of the question. The chimney in the background does
not date back to the war, but was ‗reconstructed‘ after the liberation.

The tourist guides at Auschwitz tell tourist that the people who were doomed tot die
entered the gas chambers through these doors – which in reality did not even exist yet.

As we will see below, the entrance and corridor were only installed in December 1944. At the
time of the alleged ‗mass gassing‘ there was, therefore, no access to the cellar, except through
the oven room!

This is therefore a ‗gas chamber‘ without a separate access door!

Faurrisson discovered this and commented:

―No door, no destruction‖!

(94 to 99) This is what the ‗execution gas chamber‘ is supposed to have looked like!

No hermetically sealed chamber, no specially insulated electrical wiring; no installation for

the introduction and exhaustion of the gas, rough, unfinished walls.
Magic Number - 6 Million
Jewish prophecies in the Torah require that 6 million Jews must "vanish" before the state of
Israel can be formed. "You shall return minus 6 million." That's why Tom Segev, an Israeli
historian, declared that the "6 million" is an attempt to transform the Holocaust story into state
religion. Those six million, according to prophecy, had to disappear in "burning ovens", which
the judicial version of the Holocaust now authenticates. As a matter of fact, Robert B. Goldmann
writes: ". . . without the Holocaust, there would be no Jewish State." A simple consequence:
Given six million Jews gassed at Auschwitz who ended up in the "burning ovens" (the Greek
word holocaust means burned offerings), therefore, the prophecies have now been "fulfilled" and
Israel can become a "legitimate state".

 The Missing Holocaust

Our oceans: Convenient dump sites for chemical weapons
[And a number of nuclear weapons are lying down there, too!]

Our oceans have long been used as a convenient weapons dump for the military. Hundreds of
thousands of tons of surplus chemical weapons including large quantities of arsenic, cyanide,
mustard gas, sarin gas and VX nerve gas are dumped off the US Atlantic coast as well as off
other countries.

The U.S. Army has admitted to dumping 30 million kg (64 million pounds) of chemical weapons
alone into U.S. waters between World War II and early 1970s. But that‘s only tip of the iceberg
because the Army also says years of record have gone missing These weapons of mass
destruction virtually ring the country, concealed off at least 11 states – six on the East Coast, two
on the Gulf Coast, California, Hawaii and Alaska. Few, if any, state officials have been informed
of their existence.

countries.
Great Pacific Garbage Patch
A patch of garbage dubbed the Great Pacific Garbage Patch floats in the middle of the Pacific
Ocean in North Pacific Gyre. Depending on the source, the size estimate of the patch varies from
the size of Texas to twice as large as the continental United States.

About 46,000 pieces of plastic float on each square mile of sea (Source: telegraph.co.uk)
Researcher Dr Marcus Eriksen believes the Great Pacific Garbage Patch stretches from about
500 nautical miles off the coast of California, across the Northern Pacific to near the coast of
Japan.
According to the Independent newspaper 100 million tons of plastic garbage float in the North
Pacific Gyre.

U.S. Military – The World's Largest Polluter

As the world‘s largest polluter, the U.S. military has its work cut out for it when it comes to
greening its operations. According to the nonprofit watchdog group, Project Censored, American
forces generate some 750,000 tons of toxic waste annually—more than the five largest U.S.
chemical companies combined. Although this pollution occurs globally on U.S. bases in dozens
of countries, there are tens of thousands of toxic ―hot spots‖ on some 8,500 military properties
right here on America soil.

―Not only is the military emitting toxic material directly into the air and water,‖ reports Project
Censored, ―it‘s poisoning the land of nearby communities, resulting in increased rates of cancer,
kidney disease, increasing birth defects, low birth weight and miscarriage.‖ The non-profit
Military Toxics Project is working with the U.S. government to identify problem sites and
educate neighbors about the risks.

Meanwhile, the U.S. military manages 25 million acres of land that provides habitat for some
300 threatened or endangered species. The military has harmed endangered animal populations
by bomb tests (and been sued for it), reports Project Censored, and military testing of low-
frequency underwater sonar technology has been implicated in the stranding deaths of whales
worldwide. Despite being linked to such problems, the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) has
repeatedly sought exemptions from Congress for compliance with federal laws including the
Migratory Bird Treaties Act, the Wildlife Act, the Endangered Species Act, the Clean Air Act
and the National Environmental Policy Act.

It is with deep regret that we publish this report. We do not take this responsibility
lightly, as the consequences of the following observations are of such great import
and have such far-reaching ramifications for the entire planet. Truly, the fate of the
oceans of the world hangs in the balance, as does the future of humankind.

The Gulf of Mexico (GOM) does not exist in isolation and is, in fact, connected to the Seven
Seas. Hence, we publish these findings in order that the world community will come together to
further contemplate this dire and demanding predicament. We also do so with the hope that an
appropriate global response will be formulated, and acted upon, for the sake of future
generations. It is the most basic responsibility for every civilization to leave their world in a
better condition than that which they inherited from their forbears.

After conducting the Gulf Oil Spill Remediation Conference for over seven months, we can now
disseminate the following information with the authority and confidence of those who have
thoroughly investigated a crime scene. There are many research articles, investigative reports
and penetrating exposes archived at the following website. Particularly those posted from
August through November provide a unique body of evidence, many with compelling photo-
documentaries, which portray the true state of affairs at the Macondo Prospect in the GOM.

The pictorial evidence tells the whole story.

Especially that the BP narrative is nothing but a corporate-created illusion – a web of fabrication
spun in collaboration with the US Federal Government and Mainstream Media. Big Oil, as well
as the Military-Industrial Complex, have aided and abetted this whole scheme and info blackout
because the very future of the Oil & Gas Industry is at stake, as is the future of the US Empire
which sprawls around the world and requires vast amounts of hydrocarbon fuel.

Should the truth seep out and into the mass consciousness – that the GOM is slowly but surely
filling up with oil and gas – certainly many would rightly question the integrity, and sanity, of
the whole venture, as well as the entire industry itself. And then perhaps the process would
begin of transitioning the planet away from the hydrocarbon fuel paradigm altogether.

It‘s not a pretty picture.

The various pictures, photos and diagrams that fill the many articles at the aforementioned
website represent photo-evidence about the true state of affairs on the seafloor surrounding the
Macondo Prospect in the Mississippi Canyon which is located in the Central Planning Area of
the northern Gulf of Mexico. The very dynamics of the dramatic changes and continuous
evolution of the seafloor have been captured in ways that very few have ever seen. These
snapshots have given us a window of understanding into the true state of the underlying
geological formations around the various wells drilled in the Macondo Prospect.

Although our many deductions may be difficult for the layperson to apprehend at first, to the
trained eye these are but obvious conclusions which are simply the result of cause and effect. In
other words there is no dispute around the most serious geological changes which have occurred,
and continue to occur, in the region around the Macondo wells. The original predicament (an 87
day gushing well) was extremely serious, as grasped by the entire world, and the existing
situation is only going to get progressively worse.

As the diagrams clearly indicate, the geology around the well bore has been blown. This
occurred because of drilling contiguous to a salt dome(1), as well as because of the gas
explosions which did much damage to the integrity of the well casing, cementing, well bore, well
head, and foundation around the well head. Eighty-seven straight days of gushing hydrocarbon
effluent under great pressure only served to further undermine the entire well system. Finally,
when it was capped, putting the system back under pressure forced the upsurging hydrocarbons
to find weaknesses throughout the greater system, which revealed all sorts of compromised,
fractured and unsettled geology through which the hydrocarbons could travel all the way to the
seafloor and into the GOM.

We also have faults* to deal with in this scenario of which there are both deep and shallow.
Depending on the current vital stats of the blown out well, especially its actual depth; the
number, location and severity of the breaches throughout the well system; the pressure at the
wellhead; as well as the type and status of geological formations/strata it has been drilled into,
these faults will become prominently configured into the future stability of the whole region.
Larger faults can open up much greater opportunities for the hydrocarbons to find their way to
the seafloor via cracks and crevices, craters and chasms. In fact the numerous leaks and seeps
throughout the seafloor surface, which are quite apparent from various ROV live-feeds, give
testimony to sub-seafloor geological formations in great turmoil and undergoing unprecedented
flux.

*―Once the oil gets into the shallow faulted zones, we have an uncontrollable situation. The
place where most of the oil and gas is coming out is at the foot hills of the continental shelf as
shown in figure 134-1 in the article ―BP continues to dazzle us with their unlimited magic‖. The
discovery by WHOI of the 22 mile long river of oil originated from these leaks. So the leaks will
be mainly along the faults where I have marked (shallow) in ―What is going on at West Sirius‖
and deep strike-slip faults (red line) on fig 134-1.‖ (Per BK Lim, Geohazards Specialist)

Just how bad is this situation? There are actually three different ongoing disasters – each more
grave and challenging than the previous one – which must be considered when assessing the
awesome destruction to the GOM by the Oil & Gas Industry.

I. A single gushing well at 7o – 100,000 barrels per day of hydrocarbon effluent for 87 days into
the GOM at the Macondo Prospect along with two smaller rogue wells

II. Numerous leaks and seeps within five to ten square miles of the Macondo well with an
aggregate outflow of an unknown amount of hydrocarbon effluent per day into the GOM

III. Countless gushers and spills, leaks and seeps, throughout the Gulf of Mexico, where drilling
has been conducted for many decades, with an aggregate outflow that can not even be estimated,
but is well in excess of any guesstimate which would ensure the slow and steady demise of the
GOM.

It is the last scenario which we all face and to which there is no easy or obvious solution. The
truth be told, there currently does not exist the technology or machinery or equipment to repair
the damage that has been wrought by the process of deep undersea drilling, especially when it is
performed in the wrong place. Therefore, wherever the oil and gas find points of entry into the
GOM through the seafloor, these leaks and seeps will only continue to get worse. Here‘s why:

Methane gas mixed with saltwater and mud makes for a very potent corrosive agent. Under high
pressure it will find every point of egress through the rock and sediment formations all the way
up to the seafloor where it will find any point of exit that is available. The longer and more
forcefully that it flows throughout the fractured area, which is dependent on the volume,
temperature and pressure at the source of the hydrocarbons, the more its corrosive effects will
widen, broaden and enlarge the channels, cracks and crevices throughout the sub-seafloor
geology, thereby creating a predicament that no science, technology or equipment can remedy.

Dire realities of the methane hydrate predicament

The Macondo Prospect in the GOM is just one of many throughout the oceans of the world
where the seafloor has beds of methane hydrate locked in place by very high pressure and low
temperatures. Likewise, there are myriad repositories and large ―reservoirs‖ of methane
clathrates in the sub-seafloor strata, and especially within the more superficial geological
formations, which are being greatly impacted by all oil and gas drilling and extraction activities.
It does not take much imagination to understand how the upsurging hydrocarbons (very hot oil
and gas) are quickly converting the frozen hydrates to gas, thereby causing innumerable ―micro-
displacements‖, the cumulative effect of which will translate to larger ―macro-displacements‖ of
rock, sediment and other geological formations.

When you factor in this constant vaporization of methane hydrates/clathrates both sub-seafloor
as well as those scattered around the seafloor surface to the existing scenario, this devolving
situation becomes that much more difficult to effectively remedy. With the resulting shifts and
resettling and reconfiguration of the entire seafloor terrain and underlying strata occurring in the
wake of these dynamics, we are left with a situation that is not going to get better through the use
of even more invasive technology and intrusive machinery.
Question: How many times can you grout a seafloor crack that was caused by an underlying
superficial fault after drilling into an old mud volcano?

Answer: ―In the attempt to seal the oil from oozing through the faults, BP resorted to high
pressure grouting. Basically it is like cementing the cracks in the rock by injecting grout (cement
mixture) at high pressure. The way they do this is by drilling an injection hole into the shallow
rocks and pumping in the grout. The grout in ―slurry‖ state will permeate into the cracks, cure
and seal up the cracks. However it is not working because of the presence of gas and oil. It is like
super-glue. You need to clean the surfaces before you apply the glue; otherwise it won‘t stick
and will come off eventually after a few days or weeks.

That is why we can see a few blown out craters – shown in my article – Is the last rite for the

Likewise, how do you fill a newly emerging gash in the seafloor which is caused by a deep fault
due to low level seismic activity, or worse, a full blown earthquake?!

We now come to the most serious issue regarding the relentless drilling for oil and gas
throughout the Gulf of Mexico. The map above clearly illustrates the density of drilling
throughout the northern GOM as of 2006. Likewise, the map below demonstrates the
extraordinary and increasing intensity of these very same operations off the coast of Louisiana
alone.

The map that follows, however, tells a story which demands the attention of every resident of the
GOM coastline. The video link below the map shows the development timeline of the
successively deeper wells being drilled during the last decade. Of course, with greater depths
come much greater risks, as the technology and machinery have not been proportionately
upgraded to accommodate the extraordinary demands and unforeseen contingencies of such a
speculative and dangerous enterprise*.

*Oil and gas drilling in seawater depths of over 4000 feet, and through 15,000 to 25,000 feet of
the earth‘s crust and mantle, is considered extremely dangerous to those from whom reason and
common sense have not yet fled.
Michael Ruppert in "Collapse."

If this man is correct, then you may be reading the most important story in today's paper.

I have no way of assuring you that the bleak version of the future outlined by Michael Ruppert in Chris Smith's
"Collapse" is accurate. I can only tell you I have a pretty good built-in B.S. detector, and its needle never bounced
off zero while I watched this film. There is controversy over Ruppert, and he has many critics. But one simple fact at
the center of his argument is obviously true, and it terrifies me.

That fact: We have passed the peak of global oil resources. There are only so many known oil reserves. We have
used up more than half of them. Remaining reserves are growing smaller, and the demand is growing larger. It took
about a century to use up the first half. That usage was much accelerated in the most recent 50 years. Now the oil
demands of giant economies like India and China are exploding. They represent more than half the global
population, and until recent decades had small energy consumption.

If the supply is finite, and usage is potentially doubling, you do the math. We will face a global oil crisis, not in the
distant future, but within the lives of many now alive. They may well see a world without significant oil.

I was fascinated by some of the directions peak oil takes him into. For him, he says, it was the key to understanding
many seemingly unconnected geopolitical events. The facts he outlines are known to world leaders, who don't talk
a lot about them in alarmist terms, but they explain why Bush/Cheney were happy to have an excuse to invade
Iraq. And why our embassy compound in Baghdad is the largest we've ever built, larger than Vatican City. And why
we're so much more worried by Iran than North Korea. They may also explain Obama's perplexing decision to
increase troops in Afghanistan. An undeclared world war for oil is already under
way.
Did The Price Of Oil Help Cause The Financial Crisis Of 2008? Will Surging
Oil Prices Soon Spark Another Financial Crisis?

Oil prices are starting to spin out of control once again. In

London, Brent North Sea crude for delivery in February hit
91.89 dollars a barrel on Friday. New York crude moved above
88 dollars a barrel on Friday. Many analysts believe that 100
dollar oil is a virtual certainty now. In fact, many economists
are convinced that oil is going to start moving well beyond the
100 dollar mark. So what happened the last time oil went well
above 100 dollars a barrel? Oh, that's right, we had a major
financial crisis. Not that subprime mortgages, rampant
corruption on Wall Street and out of control debt didn't play
major roles in precipitating the financial crisis as well, but the
truth is that most economists have not given the price of oil the
proper credit for the role that it played in almost crashing the
world economy. In July 2008, the price of oil hit a record high
of over $147 a barrel. A couple months later all hell broke
loose on world financial markets. The truth is that having the
price of oil that high created horrific imbalances in the global
economy. Fortunately the price of oil took a huge nosedive
after hitting that record high, and it can be argued that lower oil
prices helped stabilize the world economy. So now that oil
prices are on a relentless march upward again, what can we
expect this time?

The Federal Reserve Bans A Local Oklahoma Bank From Displaying Crosses,
Bible Verses And Christmas Buttons

What in the world are they thinking over at the

Federal Reserve? The privately-owned central
bank that runs the U.S. economy is now forcing
local banks to remove every shred of Christian
faith from their establishments. When Federal
Reserve examiners recently visited a local bank
in Perkins, Oklahoma they demanded that the
bank take down a "Bible verse of the day" and
crosses that were displayed on the teller's
counter. In addition, the agents from the Federal
Reserve forced all bank personnel to remove
buttons that said "Merry Christmas, God With
Us". The bank was also ordered to remove a
"Bible verse of the day" from the bank's website.
According to Federal Reserve officials, all visible
expressions of Christian faith by bank officials
are now banned in all banks across the United
States.
Tipping Point: 25 Signs That The Coming
Financial Collapse Is Now Closer Than Ever

The financial collapse that so many of us have been anticipating is seemingly closer then ever.
Over the past several weeks, there have been a host of ominous signs for the U.S. economy.
Yields on U.S. Treasuries have moved up rapidly and Moody's is publicly warning that it may
have to cut the rating on U.S. government debt soon. Mortgage rates are also moving up
aggressively. The euro and the U.S. dollar both look incredibly shaky. Jobs continue to be

Let's hope not, but with each passing week the financial news just seems to get eve worse. Not
only is U.S. government debt spinning wildly toward a breaking point, but many U.S. states
(such as California) are in such horrific financial condition that they are beginning to resemble
banana republics.

But it is not just the United States that is in trouble. Nightmarish debt problems in Greece,
Spain, Portugal, Ireland, Italy, Belgium and several other European nations threaten to crash the
euro at any time. In fact, many economists are now openly debating which will collapse first -
the euro or the U.S. dollar.

Sadly, this is the inevitable result of constructing a global financial system on debt. All debt
bubbles eventually collapse. Currently we are living in the biggest debt bubble in the history of
the world, and when this one bursts it is going to be a disaster of truly historic proportions.

So will we reach a tipping point soon? Well, the following are 25 signs that the financial
collapse is rapidly getting closer....
#1 The official U.S. unemployment rate has not been beneath 9 percent since April 2009.

#2 According to the U.S. Census Bureau, there are currently 6.3 million vacant homes in the
United States that are either for sale or for rent.

#3 It is being projected that the U.S. trade deficit with China could hit 270 billion dollars for the
entire year of 2010.

#4 Back in 2000, 7.2 percent of blue collar workers were either unemployed or underemployed.
Today that figure is up to 19.5 percent.

#5 The Chinese government has accumulated approximately $2.65 trillion in total foreign
exchange reserves. They have drained this wealth from the economies of other nations (such as
the United States) and instead of reinvesting all of it they are just sitting on much of it. This is
creating tremendous imbalances in the global economy.

#6 Since the year 2000, we have lost 10% of our middle class jobs. In the year 2000 there were
approximately 72 million middle class jobs in the United States but today there are only about 65
million middle class jobs.

Detroit has become ground zero for what is quickly becoming known as the American
Nightmare. Hundreds of thousands of people in the Detroit metropolitan area are desperate for
work, and there is no help in sight. The Detriot News is reporting that while the "official"
unemployment rate in Detroit is 27 percent, the reality is that it should really be about 45 percent
using a broader definition of unemployment. And according to the Detroit News report, that 45
percent figure does not even include those who gave up searching for a job more than a year
ago. That would add about another 100,000 people to the unemployment figure in Detroit.

In other words, Detroit is a complete and total mess. Even the mayor of Detroit acknowledges
that the unemployment situation is a lot worse than official figures indicate.

At a jobs forum in Washington D.C. earlier this month, Detroit Mayor Dave Bing said that the
unemployment rate in Detroit is actually "closer to 50 percent."So what has happened in Detroit?
Detroit used to be the mecca of auto manufacturing. But over the past couple decades factory
after factory has been closed only to be reopened elsewhere in the world.

Now those jobs are gone forever. For millions of people in Michigan, the American Dream has
become the American Nightmare. But what is going on in Detroit is just a microcosm of what is
going on in the United States as a whole.

For decades everyone has stood by and watched as millions of jobs have been shipped off to
China, India, Mexico and dozens of other nations. Millions of Americans were all too glad to
scoop up products made by slave laborers in places like China for a few pennies less than
products made in America.

U.S. politicians were all too glad to sign one-sided trade agreements with other nations that
closed the doors of other nations to American products while opening the doors of the United
States to a flood of cheap imports.

Now the manufacturing base in the United States has been decimated and it is not coming back.
Millions of jobs have been lost forever.

Now blue collar workers all over the U.S. find themselves in direct competition with millions of
workers in China and India and Mexico who are making only a small fraction of what they make.

How in the world can they compete? The truth is that this is the end of the world for the blue
collar worker of the United States. There will be no recovery for factory workers. In fact what
we are seeing in Detroit will ultimately spread across the U.S.

The foolishness of decades of bad policies in Washington D.C. is now starting to hit home. So
pay close attention to what is happening in Detroit. It will be hitting your hometown soon
enough.
Detroit is a city seething with irony. This beautiful city rose out of the Detroit River on the
might of the industrial revolution– yet as that revolution fades into history, so does this city seem
to fall right back into the flowing water. Detroit, Michigan swelled to 2 million residents strong
at the peak of the auto industry‘s growth. Later in 1967, the city was crushed by race riots and a
resulting exodus of most of its population into the suburbs. Plants closed, business shuttered,
and this misunderstood city fell into a deep depression.

A group of 104 rocket scientists (aerospace engineers) at Fort Bliss, Texas

Operation Paperclip was the Office of Strategic Services (OSS) program used to recruit the
scientists of Nazi Germany for employment by the United States in the aftermath of World War
II (1939–45). It was executed by the Joint Intelligence Objectives Agency (JIOA), and in the
context of the burgeoning Soviet–American Cold War (1945–91), one purpose of Operation
Paperclip was to deny German scientific knowledge and expertise to the USSR[1] and the UK.[2]

Although the JIOA‘s recruitment of German scientists began after the European Allied victory (8
May 1945), US President Harry Truman did not formally order the execution of Operation
Paperclip until August 1945. Truman's order expressly excluded anyone found ―to have been a
member of the Nazi Party, and more than a nominal participant in its activities, or an active
supporter of Nazi militarism.‖ Said restrictions would have rendered ineligible most of the
scientists the JIOA had identified for recruitment, among them rocket scientists Wernher von
Braun and Arthur Rudolph, and the physician Hubertus Strughold, each earlier classified as a
―menace to the security of the Allied Forces‖.

To circumvent President Truman‘s anti-Nazi order, and the Allied Potsdam and Yalta
agreements, the JIOA worked independently to create false employment and political
biographies for the scientists. The JIOA also expunged from the public record the scientists' Nazi
Party memberships and régime affiliations. Once ―bleached‖ of their Nazism, the US
Government granted the scientists security clearance to work in the United States. Paperclip, the
project‘s operational name, derived from the paperclips used to attach the scientists‘ new
political personæ to their ―US Government Scientist‖ JIOA personnel files.[3]

Wernher Magnus Maximilian

Freiherr[1] von Braun (March 23, 1912 –
June 16, 1977) was a German-American rocket
scientist, engineer, space architect, and one of
the leading figures in the development of
rocket technology in Germany and the United
States during and after World War II. A one-
time member of the Nazi party and a
commissioned SS officer, von Braun would
later be regarded as the preeminent rocket
engineer of the 20th century in his role with the
United States civilian space agency NASA.

In his 20s and early 30s, von Braun was the central figure in Germany's pre-war rocket
development programme, responsible for the design and realization of the deadly V-2 combat
rocket during World War II. After the war, he and some of his rocket team were taken to the U.S.
as part of the then-secret Operation Paperclip. In 1955, ten years after entering the country, von
Braun became a naturalized U.S. citizen.

Von Braun worked on the US Army intermediate range ballistic missile (IRBM) program before
his group was assimilated by NASA, under which he served as director of the newly-formed
Marshall Space Flight Center and as the chief architect of the Saturn V launch vehicle, the
superbooster that propelled the Apollo spacecraft to the Moon.[3] According to one NASA
source, he is "without doubt, the greatest rocket scientist in history. His crowning achievement ...
was to lead the development of the Saturn V booster rocket that helped land the first men on the
Moon in July 1969."[4] He received the 1975 National Medal of Science.

settlers came to North America, the
waters were apparently ―alive‖ with cod.

Northern Cod sustained a major fishery

Debbie MacKenzie is not a scientist but she has been

watching the ocean out her front door for five decades. She
doesn't like what she has seen. The shorelines have changed
because, she believes, the oceans are dying. The plant and
animal life at the waters edge is much different than just few
years ago, there are fewer marine mammals to be seen and
fish appear to be starving. There are fewer nutrients in the
ocean today and Debbie MacKenzie believes overfishing has
created the problem.

The worst part of the Northern cod story is this: despite almost eight years of relief from fishing,
the cod stock on the Grand Banks of Newfoundland, formerly an incredibly rich fishing ground,
CONTINUES TO DECLINE. Surveys have been done yearly, and the abundance of the cod is
less each year. "Weight-at-age" remains at an all time low. The few cod that are there are only
little ones - virtually none older than 5 years were found in 1999. Cod mature at three years, so in
a situation of adequate feeding (and no fishing), significant reproduction should have taken place
by now....but it has not. Why the continued decline? Why cannot cod grow to larger sizes? It is
because this area of the ocean offers a prime example of the STARVING MARINE
ECOSYSTEM. The cod are starving. And continued fishing in the area (now mainly for
plankton-feeding shrimp) further depletes the ecosystem as a whole, ensures the continued
decline of the ―groundfish,‖ and helps to seal the fate of the northern cod. They are clearly
headed for extinction...and if we continue our present practices many other marine species will
soon follow.

rate, scientists said today.

Phytoplankton, described as the 'fuel' on which marine ecosystems run, are experiencing declines
of about 1 per cent of the average total a year. According to the researchers from Dalhousie
University in Canada the annual falls translate to a 40 per cent drop in phytoplankton since 1950.

The research into phytoplankton comes as a separate report today offered evidence that the world
has been warming for the past 30 years.The reduction in the amount of algae in the seas could
have an impact on a wide range of species, from tiny zooplankton to marine mammals, seabirds,
fish and humans.

If confirmed, the decline of the phytoplankton would be a more dramatic change change to
nature's delicate balance than the loss of the tropical rainforests, scientist said.

hurricanes, cyclones, typhoons, earthquakes, or plagues of coral-
eating predators like the crown of thorns starfish, about which we can

space and time, and really healthy reefs will recover from them over
time. In a completely different category are the human caused
stresses to reefs. These stresses are persistent and constantly
intensifying.

Coral reefs cannot recover from such ever-present, worsening

hurricanes) which they otherwise would be able to bounce back from.

The bleaching, triggered by a large pool of warm water which swept into the Indian Ocean in
May, has caused corals from Indonesia to the Seychelles to whiten and die, Australia's Centre of
Excellence for Coral Reef Studies said.

Reefs in the Philippines, Sri Lanka, Myanmar, Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore were also
affected by the phenomenon under which sea temperatures rose by several degrees Celsius in
Indonesia, researcher Andrew Baird said.
"It is certainly the worst coral die-off we have seen since 1998. It may prove to be the worst such
event known to science," he said.

Baird, a fellow at James Cook University, said the magnitude of the event was so large, and the
ocean temperatures in some places raised so much higher than normal, that it was "almost
certainly a consequence of global warming".

The Status of Coral Reefs Around the World, 2004 notes that:

20% of the world‘s coral reefs have been effectively destroyed and show no
immediate prospects of recovery;
Approximately 40% of the 16% of the world‘s reefs that were seriously damaged

A report from the World Resources Institute (WRI) in 1998 suggested that as much as 60 percent
of the earth‘s coral reefs are threatened by human activity.

Scientists have said that as much as 95 percent of Jamaica‘s reefs are dying or dead.

The worst thing about the dead zones now growing annually at the mouths of more than 400
rivers around the world is that the causes aren‘t local, but originate in farm fields and urban areas
sometimes more than a thousand miles away.

Take the very first identified dead zone, for example, at the mouth of the Mississippi River
where it dumps into the Gulf of Mexico. Each year during the summer months it stretches from
Mississippi to Texas covering an area the size of New Jersey and killing everything – fish and
plant alike – in its path.

But the roots of the Gulf‘s oxygen-sapped dead zone — primarily phosphorous and nitrogen – is
mostly fertilizer runoff delivered from far away by a river system connecting 31 states to the
north.

It is yet another example of the Gulf being treated like America‘s toilet bowl; flush the farm
fields and gutters in Illinois and Pennsylvania, and eventually all the crap ends up off the coast of
Louisiana.

Desertification became well known in the 1930‘s when drought, overgrazing and poor farming
practices turned part of the great plains of the United States into the ―dust bowl‖. While

again, many areas of the world are still threatened by this phenomenon to this day.1

Areas Threatened

Roughly 47 percent of the worlds land area can be categorized as arid land.2 This means that over
half the globe is threatened by desertification, with semi-arid lands bordering deserts being the
most vulnerable as so-called ―transition areas‖ between deserts and cultivatable land contain
some of the most fragile eco-systems on earth. Arid land is home to almost one-third of the
world‘s population, indicating that millions are affected by this problem every year. Already, 10-
20 percent of the worlds arid land has been degraded by the process of desertification, and future
degradation affects some of the world‘s poorest, most subsistent populations.3

Specifically, these eco-systems are fragile because the rate of rainfall is less than the potential for
water evaporation or transpiration (absorption) by plants to occur. This means that poor
agricultural practices, over-irrigation and over-consumption of water by local populations can
rob these areas of critical soil moisture. Decreases in plant cover (due to overgrazing,
unsustainable farming practices such as slash and burn, etc.) also mean less root system‘s to hold
soil together, further exacerbating the encroachment of desert into the area. Without these natural
protections, soil can completely dry out or be consumed by surrounding desert, eliminating soil
nutrients making the area un-cultivatable.

The human race is damaging the global environment so speedily, that it is endangering its
immediate and future well being, a four-year scientific study warned in May.

The Millennium Ecosystem Assessment concluded that an estimated 60 per cent of the
ecosystems that support life on Earth--fresh water, fisheries and the atmosphere--are quickly
being degraded and depleted. They are not expected to last past 2050.

"Human activity is putting such a strain on the natural functions of Earth that the ability of the
planet's ecosystems to sustain future generations can no longer be taken for granted," declared
the study's international board in the Globe and Mail.

Based on contributions from more than 1,360 scientists and other experts in 95 countries, the
study coordinated by the United Nations is the most comprehensive ever undertaken of the
planet's life-support systems. Another 10 reports on biodiversity and desertification are
scheduled for publication before September.

Although the science backing the report is not new', it is the first time economists, the private
sector and government officials combined their analysis. Among the specific findings: more land
was converted to agriculture since 1945 than in the 18th and 19th centuries combined; the use of
fresh water and the fisheries harvest passed the "tipping point," so that it is environmentally
impossible to return them to the former bountiful state; and two billion people living in arid
regions face an imminent loss of the life-sustaining ecosystems.

Current global consumption levels could result in a large-scale ecosystem collapse by the
middle of the century, a recent report from the World Wildlife Fund (WWF) warns.

The environmental group's biannual Living Planet Report concludes that the natural world is

500 Weather-Related Disasters A Year

According to a report by British ―charity‖ Oxfam, weather-related disasters, caused by global

warming, have quadrupled over the last twenty years reaching a record 500 per year.

―This year we have seen floods in South Asia, across the breadth of Africa and Mexico that have
affected more than 250 million people,‖ Oxfam reports.

―This is no freak year. It follows a pattern of more frequent, more erratic, more unpredictable
and more extreme weather events that are affecting more people. The number of people affected
by disasters has risen by 68 percent, from an average of 174 million a year between 1985 to 1994
to 254 million a year [4% of world population] between 1995 to 2004. Earlier this year the Asian
floods alone affected 248 million people.

―Action is needed now to prepare for more disasters otherwise humanitarian assistance will be
overwhelmed and recent advances in human development will go into reverse,‖ the report says.

―There has been a six-fold increase in floods since 1980. The number of floods and wind-storms
has risen from 60 in 1980 to 240 last year. Meanwhile the number of geothermal events, such as
earthquakes and volcanic eruptions, has stayed relatively static.‖

committee is currently seeking to reinstate the Pol Pot butchers in Cambodia.

8. To suppress all scientific development except for those deemed beneficial by the
Illuminati. Especially targeted is nuclear energy for peaceful purposes. Particularly hated
are the fusion experiments currently being scorned and ridiculed by the Illuminati and its
jackals of the press. Development of the fusion torch would blow the Illuminati's
conception of "limited natural resources" right out of the window. A fusion torch,

10. To weaken the moral fiber of the nation and to demoralize workers in the labor class
by creating mass unemployment. As jobs dwindle due to the post industrial zero growth
policies introduced by the Club of Rome, the report envisages demoralized and
discouraged workers resorting to alcohol and drugs. The youth of the land will be
encouraged by means of rock music and drugs to rebel against the status quo, thus
undermining and eventually destroying the family unit. In this regard, the Committee
commissioned Tavistock Institute to prepare a blueprint as to how this could be achieved.
Tavistock directed Stanford Research to undertake the work under the direction of
Professor Willis Harmon. This work later became known as the "Aquarian

created crisis after another and then "managing" such crises. This will confuse and

severity and length of the current global droughts. Food producing nations are imposing food
export restrictions. Food prices will soar, and, in poor countries with food deficits, millions will

powerful Burgundian duchy, and the Dutch and British Levant companies, East India
companies, and West India companies. Today, food warfare is firmly under the control of
London, with the help of subordinate partners in especially Switzerland and Amsterdam. Today‘s
food companies were created by having had a section of this ancient set of Mesopotamian-
Roman-Venetian-British food networks and infrastructure carved out for them.
 The Windsor-led oligarchy has built up a
single, integrated raw materials cartel,
with three divisions—energy, raw
materials and minerals, and increasingly
scarce food supplies. Figure 1
represents the situation. At the top is the
House of Windsor and Club of the Isles.
Right below are two of the principal
appurtenances of the House of Windsor:
the World Wide Fund for Nature, headed
by the Doge of London, Prince Philip,
which leads the world in orchestration of
ethnic conflict and terrorism, such as the
British-created afghansi movement; and
British intelligence‘s Hollinger Corp. of
Conrad Black, which is leading the
assault to destroy Bill Clinton and the
American Presidency.

The firms within each cartel group are

listed. While they maintain the legal
fiction of being different corporate
organizations, in reality this is one
interlocking syndicate, with a common
purpose and multiple overlapping
boards of directors. The Windsor-centered oligarchy owns these cartels, and they are the
instruments of power of the oligarchy, accumulated over centuries, for breaking nations‘
sovereignty.

Around the world, rising food prices have made basic staples like rice and corn unaffordable for many
people, pushing the poor to the barricades because they can no longer get enough to eat. But the
worst is yet to come.
The World Food Program calls the global food
crisis a phenomenon, a ―silent tsunami,‖
that is affecting families in every nation on
every continent. Food prices for popular menu
items like rice, wheat and beans have doubled
in the last year. Though increases in food
prices have hit all budgets, it‘s the poor who
bear the brunt of price inflation. The higher
prices are forcing people who survive on just
$1 a day to spend upwards of 80 percent of
their budgets just on food. As a result, many
people, including millions of children, are
going hungry. The longer food prices rise, the
more people will be plunged into hunger and
poverty.

importantly it explains the rate of growth of our population (will increase by 50% in the next 50
years) and the rate of increase of water usage (in the 20th century our population increased

Québécois investigative journalist, poet, essayist
and conspiracy theorist. He is known to English-
speaking readers mainly for Project Blue Beam
(NASA) and associated conspiracy tropes[1].

involvement in "networks of prohibited
information." He had homeschooled his two
children, who were then taken away and made
wards of the state in September 1996 so that they
would receive a public education.

He died of a heart attack in his home in
December 1996, at age 51, the day after
being arrested and spending a night in
jail.[4]
His followers claim his death was suspicious,
suggesting he was assassinated by "psychotronic
weapons"[2] to keep from continuing his
investigations,[5] and that the Mel Gibson character
in the 1997 film Conspiracy Theory was modeled
on him.[2]

In 1994, investigative reporter Serge Monast presented to the Canadian Free Press of Quebec,
Canada a report titled NASA‘s Project Blue Beam. In the report, Mr. Monast lays out a sinister
plot by NASA and the Government at large to dupe the public into accepting ―Signs and
Wonders‖ as evidence of the illegitimacy of their own religious beliefs (or lack thereof), and to
promote the emergence of a New Age religion… one which would be necessary to usher in a
false messiah, and consequently a New World Order.
In his report, Serge stated, ―Without a universal belief in the new age religion, the success of the
new world order will be impossible!‖ He claimed that Blue Beam would be implemented in four
stages.

Stage 1 Engineered Earthquakes & Hoaxed ‗Discoveries‘

This is the stage wherein natural disasters will be engineered by projects like HAARP, in order
to breakdown known archaeological knowledge. Earthquakes will strike at precise locations,
opening up ―new discoveries‖ that will rock people‘s foundations. Along with these
―revelations‖ is a psychological implantation of alien invasion and genetic engineering scenarios
via films like ―Independence Day‖ and ―Jurrassic Park‖, promoting the populace to question
established religious doctrine.

Stage 2 The Big Space Show in the Sky

This is the stage that particularly relates to the UFO phenomenon. During Stage 2 of Blue Beam,
three dimensional holograms are said to be prepared to project images to different parts of the
world. These holograms will portray, in part, exactly what each region perceives as ―God‖ or
deity, and will speak in all languages, communicating messages to the masses, captivating them.
Ultimately, a new Christ… or ―Maitreya‖ will be introduced, encouraging people to cast doubt
on their old beliefs.. and embrace a new savior; a new message.

Serge claims that trial runs of these holograms are happening now, and have been happening for
some time. These ―test‖ projections are what we consider to be UFOs. He says that ―Even the
most learned will be deceived,‖ when the plan goes into this phase. There is even an element
meant to simulate a ―rapture‖ scenario, in which people will be swept up in beams of light. Tests
on this technology are supposedly manifesting in the form of ―alien abductions‖ that we hear so
much about today. Serge is quick to point out that this will be the beginning of a Holy War…
and human life will be lost an an massive level; unlike anything ever before experienced.

Stage 3 Artificial Thought & Communication

The third step of Blue Beam introduces telepathic communication. In a two-way process, each
person will believe they are hearing the voice of ―god‖ in their head; indeed they will feel it
right down to their souls. In return, their thoughts will be fed back into the ―machine‖, where
extensive mixing of information will confuse people, and ultimately make them feel ―one‖ with
god and each other.

In this section of Serge‘s report, he details extensively how such technology already exists, and
has been being perfected over decades. It is really worthwhile to read his whole report,
particularly this part, as it outlines how scientists already know how to infiltrate a person‘s brain
and project messages into it.

Perhaps the most eerie part of Serge Monast‘s report is also found here in Phase Three. As he
explains the ability of government entities to manipulate people‘s bodies remotely, he
specifically states, ―it is technically feasible to produce heart attacks with rays designed to
penetrate the human chest.― The significance of this statement is its element of
foreshadowing… as both Serge and his research partner died of ‗heart attacks‘ only days apart.
The depth to which Serge was tortured and tormented prior to his untimely death is utterly

 Stage 4 Universal Supernatural Manifestations via Electronics

The Fourth and Final step of the Blue Beam agenda, according to Serge, was a multi-step process
that encompasses much of what is mentioned above. Consider it the Grand Finale… the final
assault. There are 3 specific parts and they are as follows:

a. An alien (off-world) invasion - Human kind will be led to believe that an Alien Invasion is
about to occur in every major city in the U.S. This will prompt all nuclear armed nations to
launch and assault, which will open the door for the UN (Who staged the invasion in the first
place) to disarm everyone.

b. A Staged “Rapture” will be Promoted – This will be done in the form of a manufactured
divine intervention by an off-world presence come to rescue humans from the Evils of this
world. This really will be an effort to literally scoop out any remaining opposition. Serge said
this will occur literally within hours of the beginning of the sky show in point A.

c. A mixture of electronic and supernatural forces - This is the creepiest by far. This is an all
out assault on the remaining population via chips that are already implanted in their appliances,
waves traveling through wires and fiber optics, and phone lines. The intended purpose will be to
launch all out psychological warfare on humans; making them believe they are seeing demons
and specters around every corner.. driving them to the brink of insanity.

Finally, after this Night of a Thousand Stars the masses will be so worn down that they will
gladly accept this new messiah, hand over their freedoms, and beg the NWO to re-establish
peace.

Copies of his works still circulate on the Internet, and have influenced such later conspiracy
theorists as American evangelical preacher Texe Marrs[1]. Some of his later works have been
reissued by French publisher and conspiracy theorist Jacques Delacroix, along with others
writing on the themes of Monast's conspiracy-related work.[6]
A mind reading machine is a step closer to reality after scientists discovered a
way of translating people‘s thoughts into words.

The breakthrough, which is up to 90 per cent accurate, offers a way to communicate for
paralysed patients who cannot speak and could eventually lead to being able to read anyone
thoughts.

―We were beside ourselves with excitement when it started working,‖ said Professor Bradley
Greger, a bioengineer at Utah University who led the team of researchers.―It was just one of the
moments when everything came together.

―We have been able to decode spoken words using only signals from the brain with a device that
has promise for long-term use in paralysed patients who cannot now speak.―I would call it brain
reading and we hope that in two or three years it will be available for use for paralysed patients.‖

The experimental breakthrough came when the team attached two button sized grids of 16 tiny
electrodes to the speech centres of the brain of an epileptic patient. The sensors were attached to
the surface of the brain The patient had had part of his skull removed for another operation to
treat his condition.

Using the electrodes, the scientists recorded brain signals in a computer as the patient repeatedly
read each of 10 words that might be useful to a paralysed person: yes, no, hot, cold, hungry,
thirsty, hello, goodbye, more and less.

Then they got him to repeat the words to the computer and it was able to match the brain signals
for each word 76 per cent to 90 per cent of the time. The computer picked up the patinet‘s brain
waves as he talked and did not use any voice recognition software.

Unlike current brain-controlled computers, which require users to imagine making physical
movements to control a cursor on a screen, the new technology will be capable of directly
interpreting words as they are thought.

Intel‘s scientists are creating detailed maps of the activity in the brain for individual words which
can then be matched against the brain activity of someone using the computer, allowing the
machine to determine the word they are thinking.

Preliminary tests of the system have shown that the computer can work out words by looking at
similar brain patterns and looking for key differences that suggest what the word might be.

Dean Pomerleau, a senior researcher at Intel Laboratories, said that currently, the devices
required to get sufficient detail of brain activity were bulky, expensive magnetic resonance
scanners, like those used in hospitals.
UN to appoint space ambassador to greet
alien visitors

Mazlan Othman, a Malaysian astrophysicist, is set to be tasked with co-ordinating humanity‘s

response if and when extraterrestrials make contact.

Aliens who landed on earth and asked: ―Take me to your leader‖ would be directed to Mrs
Othman.

She will set out the details of her proposed new role at a Royal Society conference in
Buckinghamshire next week.

The 58-year-old is expected to tell delegates that the proposal has been prompted by the recent
discovery of hundreds of planets orbiting other starts, which is thought to make the discovery of
extraterrestrial life more probable than ever before.

Mysterious light appears over Norway before Obama Peace

A mysterious spiral of light has appeared in northern Norway one day before President Obama
arrives to give his Nobel Peace Prize acceptance speech in Oslo. The spiral has baffled experts
who do not believe it is related to the Aurora Borealis. Speculation that it is a rocket launched by
the Russian Northern Fleet has been denied by Russian authorities. Similarly the Norwegian
military has claimed no knowledge of any rocket launches in the area. There has been
speculation that it may be some exotic weapon system, the opening of a space-time portal, or
even UFO activity. Obama‘s arrival in Norway on December 10 to give his acceptance speech
only adds to the mysterious appearance of the lights. Is it a pure coincidence or is it in some way
related to Obama‘s upcoming speech?
