SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

I, FLUELLEN HOBIENA PAGUNTALAN, of legal age, Filipino,

married and a resident of 127 Simon Ledesma, Jaro, Iloilo City, do hereby
authorize APPLE CHARISSE HOBIENA TECSON, of legal age, Filipino,
single and a resident of Veterans Village, BSP Camp, Capitol Hills, Lahug,
Cebu City, to act as my true and legal representative and/or attorney-in-
fact to act for and in my name, place and stead,and on my behalf to do
and execute any or all of the following acts, deeds, and things, to wit:

1. To represent me in a civil case for the recovery of possession and

ownership of real property situated denominated at Gorordo Avenue,
Lahug, Cebu City;

2. To represent me in a civil case for the nullification of documents

used in the transfer of the aforesaid property into the name of another
person and its subsequent documents and transfers;

3. To file a criminal case against Ma. Carolyn Arceo or any other

person for falsification of document;

4. To appear during the Preliminary Conference and Pre-Trial

Conference, including before the Philippine Mediation Office;

5. To sign the verification and certification of non-forum shopping

of any pleading, including during appeals;

6. To sign any document relative thereto and to receive payment

in any form in case of amicable settlement.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my legal representative or

attorney-in-fact full power and authority to execute and perform every
actor thing lawfully done hereunder and within powers hereinstated
necessary to render effective the special power granted in this instrument,
as though I myself has so performed it, and HEREBY APPROVING and
RATIFYING ALL that she may do by virtue thereof.
