Monthly Progress Report (MPR)

The PMC will submit a Monthly Progress Report based on milestone of contract
documents as approved by the client to visualize the overall progress indicating target
and achievement in during the reporting period as well as up to the last month. The
subjects to be described in MPR are detailed below.

A. Physical Progress of the Project:

A summary of physical progress will be submitted showing the status of the
ongoing packages of WBMIFMP. The progress will be broken down to its
component of works as per the approved BOQ (i.e., floodwall, protection works
etc.). The execution status up to last month, progress achieved during the reporting
month and the overall cumulative achievement will be shown through tabular
format. Further graphical representation may be added in the progress report as
required.

B. Financial Progress of the Project:

Financial Progress of the WBMIFMP will also be submitted monthly through the
MPR. The submitted claim and receiving status up to last month, Billed amount
during the reporting month as well as the received amount will be reported package
wise in tabular form. The percentage representation of cumulative financial
progress can also be obtained through this table.

C. Quality Control & Quality Assurance (QA & QC) Compliances:

The PMC will submit a monthly QA & QC report stating the compliances of QA &
QC tests observed at site during the execution of the project. The monitoring will
be done by following the contract document and approved monitoring formats /
checklists as required. The report will be prepared showing the status of the major
tests as mentioned in the contract document but not limited to it.

D. Equipment Status Report:

The status of equipment deployed at site in accordance to the contract and their
monitoring will also be reported in the MPR. The major equipment list will be
prepared but not limited to the inventory mentioned in the bid document.

E. Non Conformance Report (NCR)

On the basis of the compliance of the suggestions / instruction / advice issued for
rectification and improvement of the construction activities during site monitoring,
a non-conformance report will be prepared monthly so that, those issues could be
closed promptly and better preparedness can be observed for future.

2. Quarterly Progress Report (QPR)
The PMC will submit a Quarterly Progress Report in every quarter stating the quarterly
progress of the WBMIFMP. It can be derived from the MPRs submitted in the last four
months. QPR will comprise but will not limited to the topics stated in MPRs but for last
four months progress.
In addition to that QPR will also describe the following detailed below.

 Interim Unaudited Financial Report (IUFR)

 Financial Achievement till date planning for the next quarter
 Review and updation of Procurement Plan / Project Implementation Plan
