 Assist to prepare human resources planning process, to determine the


Company’s long-term staffing needs through discussing the personnel needs
with department managers and prepares personnel forecasts to plan
employment needs.

 Working closely with departments, increasingly in a consultancy role,


assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and
procedures.

 Preparing Business correspondence in a professional manner. Maintaining


an effective filing and follow-up system for all correspondence and
documents. Preparation of Agenda for meetings and Transcribe minutes of
meeting. Screening Incoming mails and visitors, and General Office
Management.

 Provide time to time information to the Management
