Evidence: My motivators

Studies of successful individuals have found that there are a few motivators that
guide their career and job choices, and make working an enjoyable and successful
experience for them. Below you will find a list with the motivators that are most
commonly mentioned by high-achieving people. For this evidence you have to
organize them in order of importance from 1 (the most important) to 10 (the least
important) and write a composition expressing how they have been part of your
professional development. Recycle the grammar and vocabulary you have learned
in this learning activity. (Example: I feel variety is the most important factor in my
motivation. I don’t like doing repetitive things. In my current job I have learned how
to use Photoshop and how to market different products online. I am becoming very
good at it and now I am able to teach others.)

Composition
My independence has been and continues to be a greater motivation because I do
not have to depend on the demos and I can achieve everything I set my mind to,
the challenges have been my motivation to achieve what I set out to do because it
is a goal to achieve, The interest has been what leads me to do the things I do so
that it motivates me to be able to develop the activities that I propose, the
competition has been another motivation to be able to leave things in the best
possible way, the recognition has been one of The great tools to be able to
generate relationships to be able to get all my projects afloat, self-confidence is
about knowing how capable I am of doing the things that I propose to do, the
lifestyle has been a 180 degree change in my life to live in a way that brings all my
projects afloat and variety is a good incentive not to fall into the monotony of things
and not to get bored.
