User guide / help system

For guidance in installing, configuring, and using the SDM software, Kodak Partners and Service Dealers can refer to
Using Service Dongle Manager as a dealer. For further details and information on specific features available to Kodak service
personnel, refer to the Help Guide installed within the SDM application.

Download
Service personnel can download the latest version of the Service Dongle Manager (SDM) from the table below. After you have it
installed on your PC, you can check for and download updates directly from within the software via
Help > Check for updates.

NOTE: Before installing the new version, it is good practice to manually remove the previous version via Windows Control Panel >
Programs and Features.

IMPORTANT: Never install Service Dongle Manager on a customer's computer.

Dongle The external and internal Service-Dongle-Servers are moving domains. Since the addresses are hard-
coded in the software, these have been updated.
Manager Both old and new names are still included to make the switch over as painless as possible.

Service Dongle Manager has been updated for VS2008, IS2009, Dotfuscator4.4. It is now rev'd to 3.3.5.
SDM is now forced to be a 32bit application, so it can be installed on 64bit operating systems with no
side-effects.
Sentinel driver has been updated to 7.5.0, for Win2008/x64bit support.
