To whom it may concern,

My acquaintance with Mr. Ahmad Zohaib is for about two years as his course instructor and final
year project advisor. I have, therefore, come to know Mr. Zohaib quite well and am in position to
assess him.

Mr. Zohaib is a well motivated, hard working, and competent individual. He has sound grip of the
key concepts that had come across during his course work. He has a direct and simple approach
towards problem solving which is complemented by a great flexibility in ideas. He has
commendable interpersonal and communication skills and I’ve found him actively participating in a
number of class discussions.

In my association with Mr. Zohaib, I have found him to possess potential and promise in the field
of electrical engineering. The characteristics, which differentiated Mr. Zoahib from most of his
other class fellows, were his self-motivation, dedication, hard work and team work. I would like to
state his Final Year Project, Self Balancing Human Transporting Vehicle Prototype, as a brilliant
example and a proof of his dedication, enthusiasm towards research, and hard work. He worked
with complete dedication and gave his full effort in his project and showed that he has the ability to
solve a problem systematically. Therefore, he was awarded an “A” grade in his final year project.

He was also actively involved in extracurricular activities. He was in member of university Table
tennis team, and was the runner up in university’s annual sports event 2011. In additionally he has
sound communication and written skills in English language.

To conclude, I would like to rank his case as “particularly worthy of being promoted” because of
his research oriented mind. I am confident that owing to his ability to work hard, his dedication and
persistence and his intrinsic intelligence, Mr. Zoahib can perform exceedingly well in any research
