6.5% of the actual. [2]

d. The size of the dining room is 36𝑚2 . How many Italian tiles are needed to cover the floor if
one rectangular tile is 30cm by 30cm? [3]

e. Find the new price of the rollers if the factory adds 9% tax on the price. [2]

f. Estimate, to the nearest hundred, the total amount spent on purchasing all the items after

g. The ratio of wall covered with subway tiles and wallpaper is 4:5 respectively. Suppose that
only one side of the wall is being considered and that wall has an area coverage of 45𝑚2 .

6. Fish Tank Co has designed a mini aquarium tank which is made up of a hemisphere of 12 inches
in diameter and an open cylinder of 12 inches in diameter and 13 inches in height.
