Production Manager (10/16-Present)
 Lead and manage a diverse nine-person production team in the manufacturing diagnostic medical
supplies.
 Work closely with all departments including quality control, customer service, shipping and receiving,
accounting, regulatory affairs, and engineering to meet and exceed customer expectations while
achieving company goals.
 Continually work to improve and make more efficient company processes, saving the company tens of
thousands of dollars annually on over-time pay, lab supply usage, and raw material waste.
 Responsible for all steps of product manufacturing from raw material acquisition to finished product

arise.
 Address non-conformities and other issues in the production process by investigating, often with other
department personnel, the root causes and creating solutions to ensure future improvement.
 Hire and train new production personnel, as well perform competency checks and evaluations.

Research and Development Technician/Microbiologist (9/13-10/16)


 Work in a team to design, fabricate, wire, and install fermentation and sterilization, reactors and controllers.
 Install, program, and establish connections between a variety of PLCs, HMIs, PCs, relays, pumps, agitators,
