1. ON THE DOCUMENTS NEEDED TO BE SUBMITTED: Please take note of the documents
needed with the corresponding deadlines for each:
a) Hard Copy of Weekly Home Learning Plan – Weeks 1-8 (September 28)
b) Hard Copy of answered LDM Course 2 (September 28)
c) Hard Copy of IDLAR (one folder per teacher from June – recent) (September 28)
d) Printed LAS/Modules in EPP (per adviser for Grades 1-6 and subject teacher for Grades 7-9) and
Kindergarten
e) Sample copies of reading and numeracy exercises for the first 4 weeks (5 exercises every week)
(September 28)
f) Sorted modules ready for distribution to parents on October 2 (Friday). If modules are not
enough, divide the class into 2. AP, MAPEH, English, Science, MTB-MLE will be given to the
half of the class while EsP, TLE/EPP, Filipino, and Mathematics will be for the other half. The
subjects will be swapped the following week. Together with the modules from the division will
be 5 reading exercises and 5 numeracy exercises.

2. ON THE NEW ALTERNATIVE WORK ARRANGEMENT: All teachers are required to travel
per week but physical reporting to school will be done alternately. Group A (Monday and
Wednesday) and Group B (Tuesday and Thursday). Teachers are encouraged to stay at their homes if
they are not scheduled to go to school. The schedule will also be done alternately. Meaning, if this
week Group A reported on Monday and Wednesday, next week they will be reporting on Tuesday
and Thursday. Starting September 28, teachers are required to wear their school uniforms.

3. ON NEW GROUPINGS FOR AWA: Starting September 28, this will be the new groupings: Group
A will consist of Ma’am Mezzalei Gonzales, Ma’am Wenlene Denito, Ma’am Donna E. Atijada,
Ma’am Dolly Ann Dorde, Ma’am Raissa Domulot, Sir Cristopher Dilapdilap, Sir Rodmar Pineda, and
Sir Jerome Daon. Group B will consist of Sir Ronald Joe V. Dela Cruz, Ma’am Angeline V. Dequito,
Ma’am Alma M. Fronda, Ma’am Charity Magtanong, Sir Jim Bacorro, Ma’am Evelyn Deliquina, and
Sir Randy Dumlao.
4. ON HAVING TEACHER BUDDY: Every teacher must have a buddy to take care of the concerns
of his/her partner when the latter is not scheduled to physically report to school. This is the list of the
teacher buddies:
Ma’am Mezzalei and Ma’am Dolly – Ma’am Charity
Ma’am Wenlene – Ma’am Angeline
Ma’am Donna – Ma’am Alma
Sir Rodmar – Sir Ronald
Ma’am Raissa – Sir Jim

5. ON STRATEGIC AREAS: Starting October 5, this is the new schedule for the delivery/retrieval of
modules:
Boenlawak – Ma’am Donna, Ma’am Alma, Ma’am Angeline, Ma’am Eve
Pintulan – Ma’am Mezzalei, Ma’am Raissa, Ma’am Gizelle
Mababuyan – Ma’am Charity, Ma’am Dolly Ann
Casares – Ma’am Wenlene, Sir Jerome
Duglo – Sir Ronald, Sir Randy
Oraan – Sir Jim, Sir Cris

6. ON DELIVERY, DISTRIBUTION AND RETRIEVAL OF MODULES: The first distribution of


modules will be on October 2 and the first retrieval will be on October 9. After the first week, the
distribution and retrieval of modules will be every Monday. Tuesday will be allotted for checking of
modules and making of mastery tests. Wednesday or Thursday will be allotted for delivery/retrieval
of modules for those parents who were not able to go to school. Talk to your groupmates on your
assigned strategic area how to schedule the delivery.

7. ON LITERACY AND NUMERACY PROGRAMS: With Ma’am Mezzalei as the team leader and
Ma’am Charity and Ma’am Dolly Ann as members, the Kindergarten literacy and numeracy team will
be responsible for the literacy and numeracy skills of kindergarten students. On higher grade levels,
written exercises must be given to learners. Advisers, through the help of language teachers, must
devise an intervention to help struggling learners by giving reading exercises, exercises on
handwriting, and numeracy exercises.

8. ON Individual Daily Log and Accomplishment Report. Please follow the format below and always
be ready for MOVs if required (e.g. pictures or actual document).
