MOTION FOR REDUCTION OF BAIL

IN FORMS OF CASHBOND
COMES NOW, accused MA. CARMELA DEL RIO JIMENEZ, by herself unto this
Honorable court, respectfully state and:

1. The accused is charged for Carnapping and the bail bond recommended for his
temporary liberty was fixed at Php300,000.00 and presently detained at Highway Patrol
Group, Malolos City, Bulacan;

2. In view of the principal situation of the accused who is in financial difficulties and, that
she fervently prays that her bail be reduced from Php300,000.00 to Php150,000.00 in
forms of Cash Bond;

3. Considering the foregoing, and in consonance with the right against excessive bail and,
likewise for humanitarian reasons, it is prayed that the amount of bail be reduced from
Php300,000.00 to Php150,000.00 in forms of Cash Bond.

WHEREFORE, in the interest of justice, it is respectfully prayed of this Honorable Court that
this motion be GRANTED.

Other reliefs just and equitable are likewise prayed under the premise.
