Class Routines and Guidelines for Assessments (Students’ Copy)

Part I. Class Routines

There will be two (2) sessions per module (week). The duration of each session will be two (2)
hours. In every session,

● The first 1 hour and 15 minutes is purely dedicated for INDIVIDUAL STUDY TIME.
The student is expected to read lecture notes, watch the videos and take notes.
Discussion Threads for that session will also be open for questions and clarifications.

● The last 45 minutes will be dedicated to the following to a LIVE Google Meet Video
Conferencing. The link is given on the Stream Tab of the Class’ Google Classroom.

What will happen in this 45 minutes?

➢ Question and Answer Portion. The student may ask questions/clarifications

and the subject teacher will answer the question LIVE.
➢ If there are no questions or if the Q&A portion is finished, the remaining time will
be dedicated to answer some additional problems from the Learning Sheet. The
teacher will select a few problems to solve for the class LIVE.
➢ The student is NOT REQUIRED to be present in this video conferencing. The
students will have an option to just continue their individual study time and/or join
the live meeting. This is an opportunity for the students to learn with the guidance
of a teacher.

Consultation Hours: Mondays and Tuesdays (3-4 PM). The mode of consultation is primarily
