Having an experience of Ten years in the field of Human Resource Management and
Industrial Relations with manufacturing & Construction sector. Core competencies lies in the
formulation and implementation of Human Resource Policies and procedures, recruitment,

Presently working with M/S Hero Motors Limited as Manager - Personnel & IR at Noida,
since August 2009 to till date.
Worked with M/S DLF- LAINGO’ROURKE INDIA LIMITED, as Manager- HR & Admin, based
at Gurgaon,(From June 2007 to August 2009).
Worked with M/S Brakewel Automotive Components (I) Pvt. Ltd., Noida as Asst. Manager-
Personnel & Admin Since December 2004 to June 2007.
Worked with M/S NEW SAMRAT METAL COMPANY PVT.LTD & Varnali, OKHLA IND.AREA
PHASE-II, DELHI as Sr.Executive- Personnel & Admin Since Oct 1999 to Dec 2004.

Job Profile:
Personnel & Industrial Relation

 Statutory Compliance: Supervision of regular maintenance of all statutory records,


registers, timely remittance of all returns, challans etc
 Contract Labour Management: Responsible for the recruitment, statutory compliances,
Exit & Full & Final Settlement of Contract Labour.
 Handling Grievances: Solving all the Grievances of the Employees as head of
Grievance Committee.
 Conciliation & Adjudication: Handling all Labour matters of the company before
conciliation officer, Labour court, Employee compensation Commissioner, ESI and EPF
department etc.
 Liaison: • Liaison with concerned labour department, Provident Fund authority, ESI
authorities and assist in getting periodic inspection from various authorities.
 Discipline Management: Responsible for planning pro-active strategies for any IR
Issues.
 Negotiation skill/Experience with union and Liaison with management.
 Experience of Domestic enquiries and also of certification of standing orders etc.
 Experience of Handling strike, Look out and retrenchment lay off.
 Handling IR/ER issues and resolution of disputes
WELFARE ACTIVITIES
 Ensure smooth functioning of Canteen, transport, Crech, First Aid, Ambulance & other
welfare services, Monitor & Control expenses of Welfare facilities & Establishment Cost.
Social welfare activities, such as village development and awareness education etc.

HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT


 Recruitment and Selection: All the recruitment starting from worker to Executive Levels
for Plant.
 Performance Appraisal: Responsible for initiating and conducting the appraisal from
Trainee to Manager at Plant.

ADMINISTRATION
 General administration including security, canteen, Uniform and transport etc.
