III. RATIONALE:
In the implementation of DepEd Order no. 35, series 2016, or the Learning Action Cell as a
K to 12 Basic Education Program School- Based Continuing Professional Development Strategy for
the Implementation of Teaching and Learning, the school planned to undertake activities to help
each teacher to upgrade or strengthen their strategies and techniques in molding the mind of the
learners.
The school-based learning action cell primarily functions as a professional learning for
teachers that will also help them improve their practices and learner achievement.
Therefore, there is a need for us teachers to be updated on the strategies to improve the
learning processes.
IV. OBJECTIVES:
The SLAC for teachers aim to enable the participants to:
1. improve teaching-learning process
2. to support each other to continuously improve professionally
