CHAPTER VII

CONCLUSION AND RECOMMENDATION

This chapter provides the conclusions derived from the data that were gathered

and analyzed which will serve as a basis for establishing the proposed business.

Certain recommendations were derived from the conclusions.

Conclusions

After thorough of the five aspects of the proposed business namely

Management, Marketing, Technical, Financial, and Socio-Economic, the following

conclusions were formulated.

Management

Proper observation of the business policy as well its principles will be strictly

implemented for the harmonious flow of the organization. The manager is the one

responsible to lead, plan and monitor the business, evaluate employee performance,

create and implement the business rules and policies and ensures productivity

standard. Compensation will be based on the standards provided by the Department of

Labor and Employment in conformance to the law.

Marketing

The proposed business is feasible in terms of marketing aspects. The location of

the business is suited for the operation of kalabarkada snack station. The price of the

product is timely for the budget of the customers. The study entails that Kalabarkada

Snack Station will have a great potential to compete in different food stall inside the

campus.

Technical

The proposed business has clear objectives, guidelines, and the proper

procedures and services in the production of the said product, as well as the needed

building facilities and required resources of the project site. There will also be methods

used as to waste disposal that could be cost-efficient for the stall and that it would be

helpful to meet its social responsibility.

Financial

In business like production and establishing, one must have sufficient fund in

order to sustain its operation until it can generate profit. Cost and expense strategy

should be observed to minimize losses and to control the unnecessary expenses for the

operation. The financial ratios and financial statement analysis were the basis is

determining the feasibility, of which result to a feasible one.

Socio-Economic

Kalabarkada Snack Station will provide a good benefit to its consumers in terms

of health and social responsibility. Society is one of the factors that business must

involve. The main goal of the business is to satisfy the customers.

RECOMMENDATION

Management

The researchers recommend that the proprietor must encourage the employees

to be responsible to the operations of food stall.

Marketing

The researchers recommend that Kalabarkada Snack Station business must

have an efficient managerial procedures and marketing strategies to promote the

products to be profitable.

Technical

The researchers recommend that Kalabarkada Snack Station will give assurance

to customers a high-quality products and services at a reasonable price.

Financial

The researchers recommend that the proprietor must be efficient in controlling

business expenses.

Socio-Economic

The researchers recommend that the management must be strict regarding with

the proper waste disposal.
