 REQUIREMENTS FOR OPENING DINE-IN IN RESTAURANTS

Step 1: Place the Consumer Advisory

- No admission to kids (3-12 years) and elderly

above 60 years
- Dining time must not exceed 3 hours

Revised Seating Capacity = Total Dining Area in Square meters (m 2) ÷ 4

Example

Dining Area = 120 m2

120 ÷ 4 = 30 is the
Revised Seating Capacity
DINE-IN: SEATING ARRANGEMENT

Revised Seating Arrangement = 30% of Original Number of Chairs

Example

Original Seating= 180

Revised Seating = 60

However, if the maximum

seating capacity is 30 as per
area, the number of customers
at a time cannot be more than
30.
DINE-IN: FOOD COURT
Revised Seating Arrangement = 30% of Original Number of Seats
2 Meters distance between tables and any two customers who are not from the same family
or group.
