REQUIREMENTS FOR OPENING DINE-IN IN RESTAURANTS

Step 1: Place the Consumer Advisory

Revised Seating Arrangement = 30% of Original Number of Chairs


Example

Original Seating= 180

Revised Seating = 60

However, if the maximum


seating capacity is 30 as per
area, the number of customers
at a time cannot be more than
30.
DINE-IN: FOOD COURT
Revised Seating Arrangement = 30% of Original Number of Seats
