2013 to June 2014.

 CAIRN ENERGY INDIA LTD in India at Rajasthan Mangla Process Terminal field as
PRODUCTION OPERATOR from Aug 2010 to July2013.
 OIL AND NATURAL GAS CORPORATION OF INDIA (ONGC) with RELIANCE
ENGINEERS at Mumbai High OFFSHORE WELLHEAD&PROCESS PLANT in India
worked as a WELLHEAD OPERATOR from June 2005 to May2010.

OIL FIELD EXPERIENCE:

Oil and Gas Gathering Stations:
Familiar with oil manifolds, HP & LP separators (Two/ Three Phase), Booster Pumps,
Crude transfer pumps, chemical injection, Gas/ Oil line pigging operations, changing orifice
plates, Fuel gas scrubber, Slug Catcher, knock out drum, Air compressor and Routine
sampling of oil and gas wells.
Central Production Facility:
Receiving Crude from different Gathering Stations, HP, MP & LP separators (Three
Phase), Transfer pumps, Dehydration Tank, Heat Exchangers, Demulsifier & Anti foam
injection, other chemicals (Scale Inhibiter, Corrosion Inhibiter, Water Clarifier, etc.)
injection rate calculations, Desalting Crude through electric, Firewater pumps, Pig
launching and receiving. Storage Tank operations, Produced Water Tank, produced water
flash drum, knock out drum, preparation of daily production reports (Gas, oil & water),
Well Test Data entry, oil & gas calculation for GOR. Well aware of Plant Safety Equipment
& Emergency Procedures, etc.
Operation & Control of Roof Top intermediate Tanks (5000 M3), Float Top Main
Tanks (150000 M3), handling transfer pumps, booster pumps, Main pumps, reading about
the current level oil in the tanks, Bottom oil transfer operation, water draining and
operation of all motor operating valves at Crude Oil Pumping Station.
Start up knowledge of Air compressor, Air dryer operation, Panel operation, and LP
& HP stage cooling water radiators. Familiar with pneumatic panels, different types of
valves, controllers and transmitters. Familiar with the Power turbines (ALSTOM)
parameters, starting from the DCS panel, CO2 and UV detectors isolation for internal
inspections, Fuel Gas purging and filter cleaning etc. Additional requirements involved lab
sampling (oil & gas) and analysis like BS&W.
Control Panel Operations:
Conversant in handling of all types of control panels, central control panels, local
control panels, pneumatic control panels, DCS (Distributed Control System) and SCADA
(Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition), Systems, Various types of valves PCV, LCV, FCV,
Fisher controllers, Gas detectors.

GAS FIELD EXPERIENCE:

Gas Dehydration Unit:

The system has one dehydration train. The dehydration consists of two sections.
1. Dehydration section and 2. Glycol Regeneration section. Natural gas from HP, test
separator constitutes feed to Gas Dehydration system.
Glycol purification, Glycol Regeneration, Natural Gas dehydration, Coalescer
separator, Glycol contactor, Glycol Recovery scrubber, Reboiler, Burner Reflux coil, Glycol
Flash Drum, Glycol and Charcoal Filter, Lean, Rich Glycol exchange, Glycol storage tank,
Three way value, Glycol Booster and circulation pump operation Glycol pumped in the
system and also the pH value checking at Glycol, Fuel gas, Pilot gas, Blanket gas and
stripping gas operation.

Dew Point Depression Unit:

 The sweet and dehydrated gas is feeding the dew point depression unit in order to
avoid condensation in the pipe line, so the heavy hydrocarbons need to be removed. It
consists of two sections. Chill down section and Propane refrigeration section, Operation
of the heat exchangers, Gas Chillers, Filter separators, Condensate transfer pumps,
Propane compressors, Knock out drums and Propane accumulators. Despatch the gas at
-2.5 deg.C.

Condensate Fractionation Unit:

This is the gas expanding process, Feed gas supply, Feed gas cooling and drying,
Feed gas chill down and separation, Lean gas compression and dispatch, Dryer
regeneration, LPG Column, Refrigeration system, Fuel gas system, Control all of the dryers,
Filters, Heat exchangers, Control and operation of LPG column reflux pump, LPG dispatch
pumps, Expander and Compressor.

Gas Injection Unit:

Inject high pressure dehydrated gas into the well reservoir, Operation and
maintenance of multistage gas compressors (Burton Coblin), Scrubbers, Inter Coolers,
After Coolers, separators, Start up and shutdown operations of compressor at gas injection
unit, control the dryers, pressurization/depressurization of the dryer, control the cool box,
operations and maintenance of single stage and expander, handling LPG dispatch
centrifugal type compressors and NGL pumps.

Offshore Production:
Well experienced in offshore production installations and rigs, well testing,
well completion, well actuation, start up and shutdown procedures, technical room
operation, emergency procedures, water injection wells, gas compression, chemical
injection, gas lift systems, (intermittent & Continuous) worked in Bombay high & Basin
Platforms SHP, ICP & BHS, BPA & BPB and familiar with the well completion things like
packer, pump out plug, expansion joint, Mandrel GLV, SSSV, Sliding sleeve and tubing
hanger etc.( made by BAKER & CAMCO).

Water Treatment and Injection:

Start up knowledge of water lift pumps, electro chlorination Package units,
chemical injections like biocide1 & 2, Antiscale, Antifoam, coarse filter, sand filters (220
m3/h), back washing sequence of the filters, blowers, deaerator,O2 scavenger injection,
Vacuum pumps, Boost pumps and, PCV & FCV (Mini flow) controlling, export line pressure
monitoring and water Export line Pigging Operations.

Utilities:
Well experienced in utility operations such as Gas Turbine Generator, Utility &
Instrument Air Compressor, Centrifugal Pump, Piston Pumps, Water Treatment Plant,
Produced Water Treatment Plant, Raw Water Treatment, sewage water and effluent
treatment, cooling tower, chemical injection.
