4).The Purpose of Narrative Text is to amuse or to entertain the reader with a story. Sets the scene:
where and when the story happened and introduces the participants of the story: who and what is
involved in the story. Tells the beginning of the problems which leads to the crisis (climax) of the
main participants.

There are many action verbs, verbal and mental processes.

Direct and indirect speeches are often used.

It usually uses Past Tense.

Linking words are used, related with time.

There are sometimes some dialog and the tense can change.

was a real estate agent and a father who was a businessman. He is of mixed ancestry with his

That's why all the boys went crazy when it comes to her. She is the best friend ever. She tells me that

I'm really proud of her because of that. And I'm really proud of myself because I can make friend
