Hello,

Project Management course is sure essential to all of us and will be beneficial in our

daily and social life. We must know the challenges and risk involvement before starting

project as outcome is totally dependent on how we plan and execute. Since Project

management and planning directly affected to the final outcome it is indeed important to

understand team efforts and individual skills during project.

Though I had mere idea about project and program, but after going through chapter 1

we can easily understand the how both differ in terms of characteristics and process.

“Program vs. Project” gives aspect and difference of both. We must understand process from

start to end involved in project thus Product life cycle help us to describe what key features

are at different stages of project.

It was great to experience to learn these new information covered in chapter 1 that we

can only imagine. I believe when we learn basic thing in detail and key definitions of

different terms we better understand the subject in depth. Sure by selecting course like

Project Management we will learn many new things which will help us in future.

Second chapter deals with strategy of project based on implemented goals in the end

and future of firm. Strategic management process clearly defines various key terms that are

important in carrying out any project. Chapter 3 speaking about structure of organization

such as coordination between marketing, engineering, manufacturing and procurement

interaction decides and affect project duration as well as cost. For better project outcome

maintaining healthy culture and integrating different members of people working on project

ultimately enhances working at different levels.
