Re: Salt Lake School Board Policy B-1

Section: Complaints Against Board Members
A. Complaints against board members shall be filled with the
Board’s attorney.

Dear Mr. Tanner:

Using the information provided by Reporter Adam Herbets of Fox 13 and a

parent currently residing in Salt Lake School District; I hereby file a complaint
against Board Members, Kennedy, Hanson and Salazar for unlawful behavior,
discrimination and violation of Utah’s Open Public Meeting Laws, against myself,
students, parents, other current Board Members and the tax payers of Salt Lake
City.

I also request an investigation into the above complaint and that a resolution
of the same be made.

I also request that the above complaint be handled formally.

I also request that a thorough investigation be completed in accordance with

the procedures outlined in Salt Lake School District’s G-19 Policy.

Enclosed you will find a copy of an e-mails provided by Fox 13 news.

Additional copies of the many other emails will be provided upon request from
Fox 13.
If you are able to acquire Board Member Kennedy, Board Member Hanson
and Board Member Salazar’s resignations, then I would drop my request for an
investigation and proceed with a discrimination suit in the Federal Court.

Sincerely,

Michael J. Nemelka
