JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
Co – coordinating Recruitment process through sort listing CVs,
conducting preliminary interviews of candidates, scheduling
interviews, salary negotiations and issuing offer letter to selected
candidates.
Pre & post joining formalities – Carrying out joining formalities for
new joiners i.e. Identity card, Medi Claim Insurance, Employment
application, PF, ESIC nomination forms processes.
Preparing Induction schedule and carry out formalities with
feedback for induction process.
Updating Employee database for pay roll process based on
employee record.
