Covid 19 has bought many opportunities and threats for the company. For some Staying home
has forced many people to learn. These days, hundreds of people are learning new skills while working
from home. Many people learned that their jobs were possible to do from home. Engaging with people
is possible any time working from home can be possible when necessary. It has witnessed that
technology plays an important part in our daily life and we are surrounded by innovation. It has made
cleared that how dependent are we on each other and made us realize that how communication is
important for operational excellence.
